Beautiful home on a lovely, quiet culdesac. Very close to the beach, restaurants and pools. House was well equipped with all of the kitchen items you would need. We had a great week with our family!

Familiar with area, this area was perfect. Away from GP pools activity but still close enough for easy walk. Picturesque street lined with white picket fences. Quiet cul de sac. Would stay again.

It was a lovely house and the location was awesome. Parking was a little troublesome as you're only allowed two cars. And you're not allowed to park in the street. We had multiple cars and a golf cart so that was tough at times. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything you could need to cook and be comfortable. However, a day before our arrival we were notified that the dryer didn't work and they were in the process of getting it fixed. We understand that things happen but it was the runaround we got that was very frustrating. We were told we could take our stuff to a laundry mat on the Island if we needed. That was the initial solution they came up with. We decided to just hang as we needed until they were to come and fix it a couple of days into our trip. Since most of us traveled by plane we packed light knowing there was a washer and dryer. We were told they would be out on Tuesday to fix it so we purposely didn't wash thinking we would make up for it after it was fixed. We waited all day and nothing. (we didn't have to wait for them but we anticipated the fix), Later in the evening when they hadn't come we called the property manager that we had been cooresponding with and they said the schedule was overbooked and they would come the next day. The next day no show. We called again that night and they told us a part was ordered and wouldn't be there until Friday! A day before we were to leave. How was a part being ordered when no one had been out to look at it? We felt like they were totally dishonest with us. We had multiple texts and calls about our frustration and finally were told on Thursday evening that we could send our laundry out on Friday morning to a service and they would take care of it. Mind you, if we sent it out Friday morning it would not have been returned to us in time for us to check out on Saturday so that would not work. Some might not think that a dryer is not a big deal but we would never have chosen a house if it didn't have a dryer. Again, we know that things happen, but this house was not cheap and we felt like weren't told the truth from the property manager from the beginning. After all the frustration we asked for $500 back but were given $300 which is better than nothing. The weather was perfect so that made up for any frustrations. We loved the house but not quite 5 star with mold in the ice maker, broken shutters on the front door and dresser drawers that fell out.

Well equipped home in a perfect location. Great for families on a holiday get away. Highly recommend! The property presents way better than pictures. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed! Quiet and beautiful area! We had a great time and would stay again.

The property was lovely. We traveled with 6 adults and three young children. We especially liked the short, easy walk to the beach and the screened back porch where we ate most of our meals and played games.

This house was perfect for our stay on Isle of Palm. Updated, beautiful and clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you would need. Loved the location and short distance from the beach/pool. We highly recommend this property!

Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and bedrooms all have TVs, good resort location near to beach, golf, tennis and pools.

We absolutely loved this property. It was very convenient for our family to stay together and worked well with the kids. We enjoyed many family meals around the great big dining room table (cooking our own fish from the fresh fish market right there on the Isle worked great for us!). The walk to the beach was so doable and extra easy with our golf cart rental because they have a parking area for the golf carts right down by the beach. The house is located on a cul de sac which was perfect with the kids; we could sit on the front porch and watch them ride bikes and play in the cul de sac with very minimal traffic. We did have an issue with the air conditioning quitting on us one morning, but the property manager responded to me very quickly and sent someone over to have it fixed so it was all set within a few hours! Some areas of the house had not been cleaned very well but as a whole it was in great condition. We debated our stay because of many COVID closings around, but we were very happy we chose to go and enjoyed things not being as crowded. There are great restaurants and so many fun things to do right there on Isle of Palms, and we also enjoyed putt putt in Mt. Pleasant and checking out downtown Charleston. The house was very well equipped and we would absolutely stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better getaway than what we had here. Our group had four adults and four kids (9 and under) and the house was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac which allowed the kids to ride bikes without us having to worry about traffic. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and we loved sitting out on the screened in back porch at night. We ran into some issues with a few of the resort amenities (due to COVID-19), but the property owner was able to help us figure out what was going on and quickly resolved them for us. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

We had an awesome visit! The house is fantastic and perfectly situated between all that Wild Dunes. The kitchen has everything you need and the house was immaculate!

We spent a long girls weekend at this house with 10 of us and it was perfect for our trip! The house was clean and spacious, close to pool and beach and the grocery store. Would recommend!
