Have stayed here multiple times and that is because it is a beautiful home with a picturesque backyard and a short walk to Fuller Park and downtown Napa. Very quite neighborhood and comfortable accommodations for all of us - 5 adults. This has become a staple for us for our annual visits to Napa. You won't be disappointed in any aspect of this home. Highly recommend.

A perfect getaway for our family. We used and enjoyed the entire house, especially the lovely back yard. The office/sitting space in cottage was useful. We will be back!

We are a family of 3 adult couples and a baby. The house was wonderful for our needs. So beautiful inside and the private garden and patio outside. There was room for time together while also providing solitary space when desired. We felt safe walking the lovely neighborhood. It was also a great location to journey out from. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Our small family outing to Napa of three adult couples fit well into this house. The backyard garden, hot tub and deck were private and comfortable. We loved the front veranda as well. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to participate in cooking and clean up. Plenty of driveway and street parking.

We stayed in the art house with our young children and had a great time. I appreciated that there weren't any excessive checkout instructions. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and using the hot tub!

We stayed here in late September for a girls trip. Perfect time of year to visit! The house is spacious, clean, and welcoming. It's about a 30 min walk to downtown or a quick 3-4 min uber/lyft. Great communication with the property manager. Beds comfortable and there was a lot of towels. The backyard/proch area was really cute with the hot tub, patio set, flowers, and twinkle lights. Lots of mirrors available for getting ready in the morning. Quiet location. You can tell the property managers really take care of this house and want the people who stay in it to really enjoy themselves and feel at home. Our grocery order arrived before we did, and the property manager took our groceries inside and even put the items in the refrigerator that needed to be kept cold. They also left a gift to enjoy with eight glasses set out to welcome us to Napa. The women who stayed on the pullout in the guest house said it was really comfortable. Lots of outlets and areas to charge It was really nice. We would stay here again if we decided to stay in napa.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Beautifully decorated comfortable, cozy house. All amenities, great location. Lovely patio, hot tub and bonus room. Highly recommend to anyone for a terrific stay. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property located within a short walk to downtown Napa. Close to Fuller Park and easy access to Hwy 29. House was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful backyard and additional bungalow off the patio. Very relaxing and quite neighborhood. We've booked it for next year....and then will for every year thereafter!!

Very nice property close to downtown which we walked several times. Many rooms need a high ceiling clean especially in ensuite. Overall would stay again. Very responsive when we required extra supplies.

The photos in the listing do not do this property justice!! The backyard is an oasis and so beautiful with all the flowers blooming this spring. It’s a 15 minute, very enjoyable walk through the neighborhood to downtown Napa. The hosts have thought of everything and we had plenty of towels, linens, mirrors, and dishware for our group of 8. If I’m lucky enough to make it back out to Napa, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for having us and hosting our girlfriend weekend!

The house and backyard is very beautiful! We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the patio and the hot tub. The house is located close to the downtown area of Napa and it was easy to get the the wineries to the North. We appreciated the notebook and basket filled with suggestions and maps.

Kathy, Lupe, and Eduardo were amazing hosts. The property was even better than it’s photos and was perfect for our group of 6. So much detail and car to add in little things that were so helpful during our stay. Had to message twice about minor things and Kathy’s response was almost instantaneous. Would stay here time and time again. Thank you all for being amazing!! Highly recommend this property for your stay.

Loved the space for 8 people (6 in main house and two in detached bungalow) lead to cooking fun in big kitchen area and gathering around fireplace in living room and big dining room table. Great location to all Napa and surrounding wine country has to offer. Property managers very responsive to questions and issues. Would stay here again.

This was a very comfortable house in a nice neighborhood and the property managers were terrific! It was easy to get in and out of town for daily excursions too!

we went to napa with a group of friends, and the home was perfect. Very homey and the backyard is beautiful...not to mention the jacuzzi. We loved our stay and would love to come back!

We were in Napa for a wedding. This is a great location for walking to downtown. Clean home and had a great outdoor space.

The Art House exceeded our expectations. Our family created special memories in Napa and the house was the perfect fit for us. Not only was the inside beautifully updated and comfortable, but we really enjoyed relaxing in the back cottage and courtyard. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to walk to/from downtown Napa! Nice artwork throughout the home, as well.

We had an amazing time at this property. I love all the detail the owners put in to make our stay much more comfortable including a heartfelt welcome note and a courtesy bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We loved how tranquil the backyard was with all it's greenery. Perfect place to sit and relax with your favorite beverage. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with occasional walkers greeting us with a friendly hello. I would definitely be staying again!!
