Beautiful cottage! Very charming pine board interior, cabin like feel! Lovely outdoor patio. Mary was very welcoming and it was great to meet her. Easily walkable to downtown and Moosehead Lake.

The cottage is exceptionally clean and had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The location is perfect ~ on a quiet little street and walking distance to the downtown area, harbor, restaurants, picnic areas and hiking. Mary was the perfect hostess, answering our questions and giving us recommendations and helpful information. Mary and Gil have done a tremendous "makeover" on the old flower shop - you can see the hard work and energy they put into their home, making it one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! You will love the interior and decor that makes this cottage so special! You won't regret staying at 9 Cottage Street!

Our stay at the Cottage was great. They provided everything we needed except for having to bring our own sheets and bath towels. All the list amenities were great. Thanks for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed our time even though we never saw a moose.

This was our second stay. Love this rental Close to town, nice backyard patio, cozy yet spacious. Would be perfect if sheets and towels were included. Luckily we have relatives in town who let us borrow.

Cottage was very nice. Owner supplied many items i.e. condiments, paper goods, cleaning supplies, firewood, hair dryer. As we normally timeshare a lot of these items are not supplied. She provided a detailed description of what she provided prior to us getting there. The cottage has a nice patio with outside fireplace. The location was very handy to the town landing and grocery store nearby. Great location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Great location, spotless, big open floor plan. Walked to bars and restaurants. We came to moose head lake to see moose, we hired Young’s guide service, WOW was it fun. Next time back, seaplane and fishing. Great place to start and finish your day. Perfect

If you are looking to stay at Moosehead Lake, this is a good choice. Location is excellent. WiFi wasn’t great but it worked well enough. The place is well stocked and beds are comfortable. AC worked well. My only complaint was getting nickel and dimed $50 for linens. I’ve never heard of that before. And then, upon arrival, you have to make your own bed. Perhaps locals bring their own sheets, I don’t know, but it seems strange from someone coming from out of town. Otherwise we had no issues and I’d recommend staying here.

Lovely weekend in moosehead lake. Convenient in greenville maine. No moose but maybe next time. Comfortable kitchen and living area. Bunk beds not the best for adults. Better for kids and parents get main bedroom.

We had a great weekend here, even though the weather was rainy and cold. The cottage was cozy, warm, and very comfortable. We loved it!

Definitely a beautiful spot with wonderful flower gardens!!! The firepit was a great option also. And walking to town was a plus!!!

Excellent location surrounded by a peacefully and friendly town (late September) Lots of diverse things to do and see. The house itself is warm and cozy, spacious, very comfortable.

The cottage has all the comforts of home and is impeccably clean- we cooked all our breakfasts and dinners here-there’s even an outside patio with gas grill to cook on - great location quite close to the center of town for activities around Moosehead Lake - highly recommend this gem.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything for whipping up a gourmet meal (if we wanted to). Thoroughly enjoyed your property.

Check in was easy. When I had a question, the owners responded quickly. The location was great for us. We were able to access the atv trails from the house. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. The house had lots of games to play, beautiful gardens and a nice outdoor area to relax in. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves while visiting Greenville! Can’t wait to return!

Great cottage in Greenville, Maine . Immaculately clean and comfortable with a great views from the patio. Walkable to downtown which has cute shops , great restaurants, and the historic boat the "Katy" . Also close to the Lake, Lily Bay State Park, B52 crash site, and many other beautiful and must see areas. Second time staying at this cottage, and looking forward to our next visit.

We loved this cottage! It's close to town yet the street we were on was very quiet. The cottage had everything we needed (we had to bring our own sheets and towels but that wasn't a big deal). We would stay there again.

The Cottage is a very well appointed and comfortable home. Every amenity was well thought out and has beautiful decor. It worked perfect for our visit to Moosehead Lake. Greenville is a quaint town and the Lake is beautiful. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while our Cabin was being set up that we purchased. We felt right at home here and Mary was an amazing host. Beautiful decor, gorgeous landscaping and oversee the whole town.

This is a very well thought out location. The kitchen has everything, the space is well arranged, but the patio is the best feature. And it’s an easy walk to the center of town, but there’s plenty of parking in town if you want to drive.
