A fantastic property on a fantastic island. A beautiful beach nearby provides a luxurious alternative to the well looked after pool at the property. The island provides a great base for the active scuba diver, and of course the property is located on the golf course. I've been here with friends and family and this for me is the perfect base for exploring the island and surrounding area.

Lovely accommodation- highly recommend it.

We arrived on Dec 20th with a family of 11, and unfortunately the house was not ready for visitors. I don't know whether the ownership or the property management firm recently changed, I sent an email to the owner asking for clarification but he never responded. When we arrived I was asked to pay extra for air conditioning use which was not identified as an additional charge in the vrbo listing or the rental agreement I signed. Didn't matter, because the air conditioning didn't work. Two cribs were included in the rental, but when we arrived there were no cribs and again we were asked to pay extra. The a/c finally got partially fixed, the cribs were delivered, the dishwasher did get fixed, etc. - things got resolved but not what we should have had to deal with during a one week vacation at this price. Understandable if something breaks during the week and needs to be fixed. These items were not working when we arrived, and this is not acceptable. Too bad, because the house was perfectly suited for us - a nice location, large pool, close to the beach and on a very nice golf course.

Fantastic vacation in a wonderful family house. Location brilliant - on the exclusive and quiet golf club estate, 5 minute walk from spectacular Grace Bay beach. Would definitely return.
