This was our second stay in this unit. Owner made a few improvements since our last visit. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Clean, great communications with manager. Love the location and Lava Falls.

Stayed in this rental for a soccer tournament and had a great time. The location was great. The kids loved the pool, it was close to great hiking, and all the fields of play. The rental is clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The group of condos is gated and very quiet.

Condo is as advertised. Clean, well set up. Good proximity to trails, restaurants, grocery stores. Pool / Hot tub area is awesome. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to have a couple kids crash on the floor when our group got larger at the last minute.

Great property, location and so many things to do. Property manager responded quickly. Definitely looking forward to another stay.

The fireplace was great to sit by and get warm. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The condo was spacious and roomy. We would stay there again, even though I think it had some issues with cleanliness.

Home was clean, spacious, and close to softball complex. We had access to all of the amenities of home and will definitely be staying again.

Ideal location near the Snow Canyon. Great spaces, rooms and gathering areas. The only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order for repairs during our stay, other than that the stay and accomodations were perfect!

Perfect setting and home to enjoy. Has everything you need to relax and experience the area. Can’t wait to return!

Was in town to volunteer, be a spectator for the Ironman race and train with friends did. Great location and close to all the amenities needed.

Place was clean and nicely decorated. It was as described. Close to downtown and parks.

We stayed at Lava Falls at Entrada in St George. The apartment was clean, well taken care of, had all the amenities you could ask for. They were easy to work with. We were so happy here!!!!

Loved the rooms, the kitchen had everything, the location was perfect for our activities of Tuacahn and Snow Canyon.

Nice quiet gated homes located in a residential area, conveniently close to softball fields and Harmons supermarket. 4th year staying at Lava Falls Entrada. 1st year renting with Vacasa. Looking forward to renting with Vacasa again.

Power went out twice!! Couldn’t get out of the garage or gate!! This place was very dirty! Needs carpet/ furniture cleaned!!

Place was very nice and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Convenient and beautiful scenery all around!

This clean & comfortable home was in a very quiet complex. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from the upstairs bedroom balcony. Lava rocks decorated the outdoors. It was nice to park our car in the garage. The King bed was super comfy along with the pillows. A close drive to Zion & 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon. We loved staying here! Very clean, lots of room, and a great view from the master balcony! Pool was wonderful too! So many great places to explore nearby…we will definitely be back!

Lava Falls at Entrada is our preferred location when we visit St. George. We have stayed in this small gated development numerous times over the past several years, but this is the first time in one of the townhomes. We loved it. This will be our first choice next time. Comfortable living room, well-appointed kitchen, queen bedroom on first floor, very spacious master suite on 2nd floor, as well as a spacious queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. Location is close to beautiful Snow Canyon (stunning with great hiking) and Tuacahn Theater (great outdoor performances with the amazing red rock backdrop). Paved biking trail just outside the development. Great for an evening walk. We'll be back. Rate it a 4.5.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for! Upon arrival home was very clean with great space. The pool and hot tub area was great and never too crowded even during these times. We would definitely stay again and tell all our friends!

Well appointed town home, spacious, clean and updated. Quiet little neighborhood with close/easy access to pool/hot tub. May suggest a new master bedroom mattress soon. Great location w/in St George.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was roomy for 7 guests. The beds were comfortable. The gas fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance. The small number of units that share the pool make it so it’s not overcrowded. My only major complaint was that the master bed sheets were not clean! I always pull down the blankets to check this when staying. After doing so I could see dog hair on them and they did not smell fresh...kinda musty like men cologne. Luckily there were extra sheet sets in the closet so I was able to quickly replace them. Things that could have been better; more cleaning supplies like dish soap and more forks and spoons. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I would not stay in this home again, the neighbors were very nosey, the furniture was ok at best., they should have TV's in all bedrooms, they should also have wine glass for those of us who like to have a glass of wine.

Very nice property in a gated community. The property was as clean and organized as any we've stayed in. Great location in St. George to easily get to all the local fun spots.

PERFECT STAY!!

This house was top notch! Very beautiful, with high end finishes. The master bedroom was large and the bedding was heaven! We had the quiet pool all to ourselves the entire time we were there. The pool was clean and warm. This is my favorite house I have ever rented.(and I travel often) I will be renting again in the future!
