Property was as described. Everything needed was available. No surprises. Great location and easy access to the beach. Beautiful weather. Would definitely return if we have the opportunity in the future.

Stayed here several times and have not been disappointed.

This was our second stay at this property. We like the separate living space for us while adult children can stay upstairs. Short walk to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need is provided and a tankless water heater means that you never have to wait to shower. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He will even keep you updated on rocket launches which are awesome to see.

Wonderful unit with a great view. Tom was very attentive and responded to questions almost immediately. Would love to return soon.

I took my two young kids, my teenage niece and my parents to NSB for the week and we had the best time! The house is so clean and inviting and had everything we needed. You can hear the ocean at night and watch the sunrise each morning. Easy kitchen to cook in! Steps away from the beach with beautiful greenery all around. Tom was so helpful with the check-in process and available as needed. He even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch. Hoping we can return next year!

Everything we expected and more at this lovely beach home. Tom was very accommodating and the home was well stocked. The ocean view and breeze were exceptional. We recommend this for anyone that would like a relaxing, stress free vacation!

Sea Dunes is wonderful, so comfortable, relaxing, and restorative. The view and sound of the ocean, the long, flat beach, just steps from the door and nearness to great restaurants makes this place a gem.

This property was the only one with beach and stair access after Ian and we were thrilled!! It is lush and beautiful on the grounds. Having two separate spaces to live was great for a multi-family trip. Tom was so helpful and personable.

Just pack your clothes and toothbrush. Everything you need is at your fingertips. This Sea Dunes villa was the perfect location for our family vacation! The view of the ocean was phenomenal and being just steps from the best no drive beach in Florida was great for our two small grandchildren. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our week!

We had another great week! The owners went above and being to make sure we had a perfect week. The home includes everything you need so you can just relax and walk the few steps to the ocean!

I can’t say enough positive things about our visit here. The host was quick to respond to all of my questions. Check in was simple! Everything and more that a family might need is here. We enjoyed our space downstairs while the adult kids had their space upstairs. Beach is almost private and the pool is as well. Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful, clean unit!! It felt like home. The kitchen is equipped for any meal and the store is minutes away. The beach has easy access and practically private. The pool is new and very refreshing. The balcony has plenty of room and seating. The sunrise are gorgeous!!

Loved this place! We rented with my parents and my brother (so 3 couples) so to work for a week and go to a wedding at the week's end. Was fantastic. Super well equipped for cooking and gathering! Wonderful place to relax and remotely work. Was incredibly nice for having extended family visit while in town for the wedding. And Tom was great giving us tips about rocket launches. Had a really nice stay! Thanks!

Wonderful, relaxing retreat from our Cleveland winter. The home was charming and so comfortable with the hosts providing beach towels, chairs, and other great touches. The natural beauty of New Smyrna Beach and the view of the ocean made for a special vacation. Thanks!

We had a lovely time at the house. Everything we needed was provided, and there were many conveniently located stores and restaurants. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Communication from the owner was efficient and helpful.

Our 4th year here and hopefully next year too! The views were amazing and the place had everything we needed. The beach is the best, clean, uncrowded, and got to see dolphins every day. I just cannot imagine spending our vacation anywhere else!

Our family enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and convenience to the pool and beach . Our hosts had everything we needed for fun at the beach for our children and grandchildren.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have never be disappointed. It is always well-stocked and ideal for family gatherings. The separate lower unit was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and infant son (who needs his quiet time😴). The no-drive beach location is a safe, added bonus and the local restaurants and shops are worth a visit. Thanks Tom for another great stay!

This was our 2nd year staying here and we hope to be back. Its such a great space for a large family. Our grown family is able to all enjoy a week together with plenty of space for kids. Grandparents are close but can enjoy their own space with the downstairs.

What a perfect week! The house was spacious and spotless. Tom provided literally every single thing one would need from toiletries, detergent, fully-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and the list goes on and on. The deck was huge and we enjoyed the beach being just a few steps from the house. One night we even saw a shooting star fall into the ocean! My parents came with us and stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment below. It was perfect for them. We had the beach to ourselves! The teens could run from the beach to the pool all day. There are lots of restaurants around within minutes. We would love to return next year.

This home had every possible amenity you would ever need. From beautiful deck and ocean view to the true comfort inside of a true beach home. The parks in this are are the best for total seclusion to the wonderful fun town in NSB. The owners have thought of everything a family would ever need. Looking forward to returning again. We’ve been coming down to New Smyrna for over 30 years and this location has to be one of our favorites. The condo was very clean and came everything we needed for a relaxing and stress free vacation. I can’t thank Tom enough for answering all of our questions and being so accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

Sea Dunes is a lovely home to relax, to get away from the noise, to sit on the deck watching an oceanic sunrise while sipping on your coffee. I loved falling asleep listening to the noise of the ocean, and the master bed room was wonderful for this with lots of windows. The house has an open layout with the exception of the two bedrooms, and the open layout combined with the vaulted ceiling makes the living space feel warm and inviting. The house is very clean and had a clean house smell as well. The kitchen is full service, including oils and spices and lots of dishes, and the tap water tastes neutral (a good thing). Downstairs is a grill that is in excellent condition. (The coffee maker is a drip type.) Also downstairs are large, new washing machine and dryer.Just outside the living space is a well-maintained deck with several nice deck chairs. Down the stairs is a boardwalk to the beach, about 150 feet. In the other direction is a nice pool ranging in depth from 3-6.5 ft. The kids enjoyed alternating between the ocean and the pool. (The pool is not heated.)I live in a small community, and I felt safer leaving my kids on the beach for a bit (while running to the house to get something) than I do at home. While NSB is home to a wide age range of vacationers, I would say that the majority are retirees, and everyone I met was polite and even friendly. The beaches are wonderful for wading out, with a very shallow slope. And the sand is amazing.Make sure that if you find a piece of polished glass from the beach, you put it in the jar in the master bathroom! Also, if you have kids and they catch lizards (c'mon, let your kids have fun), make sure they catch the brown non-native ones not the green anoles (the green ones are native and are more rare). Keep an eye out for the large, friendly gopher tortoise near the beach. You must also go out at night to look for tiny ghost crabs, which come out of their holes around 10-20 feet from the sand bank on the beach.The only (petty) complaints I have are: 1) the driveway, since it's both curved and slanted so care must be taken when backing out of the driveway. 2) The front screen door made a loud noise when shutting.Overall the property is very clean, well maintained, fully furnished, has great beach access, a nice ocean vibe, and is a great place to relax. 10/10

Highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway to rest and relax. The beach in this area is beautiful, especially having it steps away from your door. The views of the full moon from the balcony were priceless. Tom the owner was very hospitable and the unit is well stocked with everything you need.

This was the best week ever. The villa was exactly what we needed and had everything you could ask for. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool especially our 5 yr old granddaughter. Our 2 yr old grandson enjoyed the beach and playing in the sand. We would highly recommend this property - - it surely was nice with this pandemic going on - beach was perfect with very few people and having the villa we were all to ourselves. We surely will want to come back next time we head to the beach. Mr. Cook was great with letting us know everything that he had going on and we appreciated that.

Tom was a wonderful host and his house on the beach was perfect for our family vacations. We would love to come back!
