Fine property, nice view, good communication with owner EXCEPT it’s listed as 0.1 mi from City Center.Actually more like 3 miles. In application message, asked to confirm city center location - was not addressed in confirmation reply. Again, property not as advertised as located in middle of town. Owner needs to correct that on first search page AND detail map in listing. Would never have chosen this location!

We were well pleased with the overall experience. Every thing was high quality and well done. Kitchen was well equipped with high end utensils and appliances. The linens and bedding were so comfortable.
Only suggestion would be to install grab bars and non slop surface in the downstairs tub/shower.
Would definitely repeat our stay.

Nice house that accommodated 6 adults. The parking is a little challenging but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Aida’s place is absolutely lovely! This has most certainly been one of our favorite stays. For years, our two families have traveled together, making new memories and becoming more family than friends. We always say that it doesn’t matter where we go because we will have fun no matter what. This year we got to have our cake and eat it too- fantastic fellowship in a fun, adventure filled, relaxing environment! The beds were so comfortable and all of our needs were abundantly supplied! Aida’s attention to detail and generosity do not go unnoticed! Phenomenal place to stay. Pictures do not do the size justice!

Amazing house, well appointed, clean and what a wonderful view of the mountains from the porch! Host was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Waynesville, NC.

My trip was awesome! Aida was very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and spacious with everything we could’ve wanted or needed.

The property was very nice and an easy drive from downtown Waynesville. It was more house than my group needed but we enjoyed it, especially the porch!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this home. This time we got to meet the owners. We had difficulty getting in the driveway. I called Aida and she and her husband were there in minutes to address the problem. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with! They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the repair to the driveway. Excellent place to stay! Beautiful location! Convenient to Waynesville and many other things. We love it and will come again in the future!

Nice spacious townhome in West Waynesville--enjoyed staying there. Aida was very responsive when I had questions. Would stay again!

We didn't spend much time at the property; mainly just sleeping, showering and morning coffee. Location was very easy to find, property was nicely appointed and very clean. The only caution I would include is large, crew cab or long bed trucks are not an easy vehicle to maneuver in and out of the property. Fortunately we were able to leave our large truck at our daughter's house near by and drove another daughter's SUV back and forth. Would highly recommend this property!

I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars because of the following.
Broken Recliner needs replacing
Downstairs king mattress needs replacing
Downstairs sheets need to be deeper
Needs light over kitchen sink and downstairs vanity
Needs shades on windows behind TV so you can watch in the daytime.

Property was very nice. Lots of room. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Driveway was not too curvy and long. I will definitely stay here again if I visit the Waynesville area.

The property was very clean. Lovely house in the mountains with a beautiful view. Spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen. Super soft pillows. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to staying here in the future.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. We love this place. Comfortable King Size beds in all three rooms. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Close to town and lots of attractions. The outside temperature was perfect for us from Savannah, GA!!!!! We will return again in the future for more stays here!!

Came fomr California to meet with kids who live in Charleston and Nashville. Perfect property for 3 couples and one little one. Well-appointed property, with lots of deck space. Each bedroom was like a little suite, with its own space and bathroom.

The house was beautiful- woke up to see the mountains every morning with coffee on the porch, plenty of space to spread out and have privacy when needed, very comfy beds, a huge garage to park in, all the amenities you could need, and so nice and quiet. My only suggestion would be to better light the driveway- pulling in at night is rather precarious. Will definitely be staying again!

Aida's place was amazingly beautiful, relaxing and had a gorgeous view from the porch!
While the stone driveway was a bit tricky with trucks and trailers with motorcycles on them, we managed it okay with the advisements from Aida.
I highly recommend this host and property.

This was our third stay with this host in Waynesville, different rental each time. All three properties were amazing! Spotlessly clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, peaceful neighborhood. Close to town, but feels like the country. Aida, our host, was professional, accommodating and friendly. Nice outdoor decks with comfortable seating to enjoy the view of the mountains. Good restaurants close by and the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is a short drive away. Another successful stay that left us relaxed and happy. Thank you, Aida!

Close to grocery store. Easy to get back to interstate. Very roomy house. Loved the porch. Beautiful views. Very helpful to have hand soap, bath soap and shampoo provided. No issues. Enjoyed our stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The wonderful covered porch was a pleasure even on the last day when it rained most of the afternoon - we could still enjoy sitting outside and listening to the rain and the birds. Lovely house to stay in.

Seven guys on motorcycles riding surrounding area, somewhat challenging getting up the gravel drive & into the double garage but doable. Location was great, Aida (owner) very nice and the house was fantastic! We would go there again! Thank you Aida!!

This little slice of Heaven is wonderful! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s close to the darling little town of Waynesville, NC and not too far from Lake Junaluska and Cherokee Casino. My husband and I went with two other couples and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. The kitchen was stocked if you wanted to cook, there was a washer and dryer, three full bathrooms, wonderful living area! We are so lucky we stumbled upon this! Get some fresh air on the large deck! It even comes off the master bedroom! It truly is fantastic! The views of the mountains are as well!!! We will be back!

This property had beautiful mountain views and was located just minutes from downtown Waynesville. Some of us visited Biltmore Estate while the guys played golf. It was close to Maggie Valley. Everything we needed was right there. We had a great stay.

We had such a great time. We felt that thing that only you feel when you are at home. You had everything you need in this place. So comfortable. I would love to come back any time soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, super clean home. Kitchen was well equipped, views were beautiful, neighborhood was quiet, home is convenient to everything and Aida was a wonderful host to work with! If we are ever in this area again we will definitely be staying here!
