Wonderful visit to the Dunes and Lake Michigan City. The VRBO was perfect for our stay. The owners have put a lot of attention to the details to ensure your stay if a great one. Especially loved the new kitchen and the outside lounge area with the gas fire pit. Just a few short steps to the lake. Will definitely go again and stay.

This stay BLEW our group away!! We had a larger group with family and friends in town for the weekend and could not have picked a better spot. The house is clean, updated, steps from the beach and has an amazing outdoor patio with a firepit that we used daily!! Thank you Craig for the warm welcome and letting us stay for the weekend!

This house is nice. Craig was very easy to deal with … we had six adult couples that stayed in the house. Each couple had their own room and bathroom … and that still left several empty bedrooms. We hung out at the fire pit on Friday night - the porch area behind the house is a great spot. Also, this place is literally steps from the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies for cooking too. We needed a slow cooker for dinner on Friday night - I texted Craig and within three mins he texted back with the exact location of one in the house. We would come back to the same house for sure - we had a very positive experience.

Our group likes to get away for a weekend every year. This was a nice short drive from Chicago area. Accommodations were nice. Locale good, short walk to lakefront.

Amazing location, spacious home. We ended every night on the patio around the gas fire pit. Walking distance from breweries, a park, and seriously 100 steps from the beach. We all loved it,

We were very lucky to find a place like this that has so many bedrooms and bathrooms and also close to the beach. Check in/out instructions were very clear and detailed and we knew exactly where and how to find things. House was very clean and organized. Several rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. There were at least one bedroom and bathroom whose locks don’t work and several doors that should be replaced. A few mattresses were squeaky and uncomfortable. But overall we appreciated the care and thought that went into making the house as comfortable as possible for a large group like ours.

From the time we reserved this home and throughout our visit, Craig was very responsive to all of our questions. Our family of 15 (8 adults/7 children-8yrs and under) was able to relax and enjoy each other with plenty of bedroom and bath space for each individual family. The proximity to the beach and the private back patio are bonuses. The kitchen may be small, but it's very well equipped for a large group and the dining space is ample. Should we ever return with a large group to the area, we would definitely want to stay at La Terrazza again.

This property was very welcoming. You can tell the owners spent some time and money bringing this old house up to the modern requirements of today. Multiple bathrooms, all newly updated. A hodge-podge room layout that allows you to get as many bodies in as possible, which worked perfect for our group of 22. A beautiful outdoor setting that allows a big group to eat at the same table with a gas fireplace and sting lighting to help the ambiance. Natural gas Webber grill is also available for use. Beautiful updated kitchen with everything a chef would need to make a delicious meal. We had a great time and would recommend this property for any larger group looking to get away for a weekend.

The owners have taken great care in decorating and supplying this rental. Although we had a list; some brought too much. However, we found storage and did not have clutter. We all enjoyed our togetherness. Spisak Family

We couldn't be more pleased with this home for our trip to Michigan City. The home was well appointed and very well suited to accommodate 12 adults. We would highly recommend this home.

High school girls getting together to celebrate our 50's is something we are going to continue. We ad such a lovely time and the house was gorgeous!! WONDERFUL, stunning upgrades had been made since our last visit 2 years ago. Any group will be lucky to book your event here!

Call it what you will, but to (all 24) of us, this annual destination for our family is known as, "Our Beach House." We've enjoyed lots of updates over the years, but the well-thought out upgrades that took place during Covid Time are nothing short of amazing. Better still, Craig & Cathy managed to preserve the quirkiness we have all come to love. Important basics: stellar location to beach access (morning coffee & sunrise!), space & bathrooms aplenty, USB ports affixed to headboards & strategically placed elsewhere, sit-down eating space inside & out for all of us, nice water pressure, great kitchen & grill, user-friendly traffic patterns inside the house. Ok--so it's easy to get lost upstairs, but that's why I sleep on the 1st floor. This place is more than a summer break, it's a memory maker, and we have thousands of photos to prove it.

This is a wonderful house that is steps away from the beach. We loved being able to walk whenever we wanted without packing up a car. Beach was lovely and not too crowded. House decor was nice and everything was clean. The nearby zoo is a must if you have little kids! The actual town is a bit depressed; no quaint downtown etc. also, be careful on bunk beds as the ladders were not firmly fastened. All in all, great stay!

We had a family reunion ages 12- 88 years old and found something for everyone at this house. It was roomy, clean, well appointed, and the owner was so easy to work with. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening meals on the patio, the short walk to the beach and many other fun things to do in the area. We'll definitely be returning to this house.

This was the perfect home for our extended family reunion. Our group consisted of five households totaling nine adults and six children (kids all years old and younger). We had plenty of space to spread out in the good mix of bedrooms and beds with room to spare. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and appliances that one would expect to see in their own home. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated and were in great shape. There was plenty of space to spread out for dinners and relaxing -- in the house, on the porches, and in the courtyard. The courtyard is a great place to eat, grill, hang out, and unload gear from the beach. The house is very near the beach -- a quick walk across a quiet street to a beach access. Walking with small children was no problem. Craig was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure all was well with our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed everything , especially the brand new up- to-date kitchen and the new porch swing. Everything was lovely.

Absolutely seamless reservation, check in, and check out process. House is old but kitchen and baths newly remodeled. Comfortable lodging, super location, and everything a family might need is readily available

We have been renting from VRBO for a long time and the single best property we have ever stayed in..clean, great maintenance, amazing location and very quiet. Craig was tremendous in communication before during a d after. Not a matter of if if a matter if when we will come back. Been taking family vaca for 30 years as an extended fam of 30 and we all agree the best trip we have ever taken. Thanks Craig!!!

5-94 years old, this was perfect. The patio was perfect for our group. The walk to the beach was difficult for the eldest until we found the path with mats just one block away. The kitchen was to die for, all the dishes and the knives, if you like to cook you know how important good knives are. The internet was great, but cell service is spotty. The only problem we had was getting 24 people up after 2 days on the beach so we could make the 10:00 checkout.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so clean upon arrival which is so important for us. There were sooooo many amenities to take advantage of which was also great. We were exactly 24 people and we fit perfectly and comfortably. Outdoor sitting area was perfect for us. The only concern is that the beach access requires going up a big hill, it was alright for the members of my family. If you are looking for something ADA accessible this house is not the best option for direct access to beach. One nice thing about the beach is you can easily walk to the lighthouse at the state park which was awesome. The only concern about the actual house is that the door handles in some of the rest rooms do not seem to lock fully.

Great place to stay, had all useful tools for the kitchen and the gas grill for the large meals we made for a very wide assortment of ages. Kids loved the patio area where they could play and hang out even when the weather wasn't the best. I would 100% recommend Craig as a host and would easily stay at his property again... just need to be promised warmer weather next time :)

La Terrazza was the perfect house for our group of 14 - the house and patio are spacious and are well stocked with everything you need to host that many people, and the beach is just steps away. Craig was kind, helpful, and super communicative - would definitely rent here again.

This house worked out perfect for14 of us as we were celebrating a bachelor party. The location is perfect too as it is close to a lot of local restaurants as well as the Blue Chip Casino. (In my opinion the Four Winds in MI is better and worth the 15-20 min drive) You are also just steps away from the beach. The house itself has been nicely updated including new bathrooms and kitchen. The patio setup was great as well. We couldn't have asked for an easier, better stay on top of a great host.

5 families shared a wonderful long weekend at Craig Easley's beach house in Michigan City. The house is spacious and well-appointed with all your needs anticipated. You will be pleased with the 8 bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms, The retro kitchen is fully equipped so you can do serious cooking during your stay. There are 2 of everything you need (coffee makers, blenders and crockpots). We loved the patio and its fire pit, festive lighting and Sonos sound system. The house is about 100 feet from the beach. Craig is very accomodating and makes sure his clients are completely satisfied. We fojnd 120 Georgia Avenue to be the perfect spot for our getaway.

We had a great time staying at this house. It was well equipped, and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach and the outdoor patio with the huge table and fire pit we’re two of our favorite things. It was a memorable family gathering to celebrate a big birthday in a wonderful setting.

I had never used VRBO before but Craig made it a wonderful experience. He reached out to me and answered my questions immediately. The property was incredible. Everything was perfect! The location, the decor, the size and set up of the house and the awesome patio were just what I was looking for. Our group of 22 fit comfortably and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!!

Craig was very responsive, and the property was as described. We had 22 guests, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We reserved to celebrate a birthday/engagement with family and friends. I would recommend to anyone looking for a larger group gathering. The patio outback is definitely a highlight to the house (grill, lighting, fire pit - plenty of seating). The bathrooms are nicely remodeled as well. We hope to be back soon!!
