Jolly Harbor is a great place to stay in Antigua, and Villa Sunset is an ideal vacation home. The views were beautiful, and the Villa is well-designed with three private rooms, perfect for a family with adult-age children. The outdoor patios were great for relaxing, and the infinity pool was a crowd favorite. The host and the management staff were very friendly and responsive. The only suggestion we have for visitors is that you may want to forego the rental car and hire taxis during your stay. They are quite reasonable, and it's a lot more fun to let the locals navigate the roads while you enjoy the scenery!

Pictures does not do this place justice. It was everything I never knew I needed and more. It was well equipped and stocked and very clean. There was a cleaner who came by mid stay and cleaned. It is in an ideal location that is quiet and nestled in the hills. All the rooms have picturesque views. It was amazing to see the sun rise and set everyday. I drank wine and relaxed by the infinity pool daily. The hosts were able to facilitate a private dinner for my birthday and that in itself was spectacular. I could go on and on about how amazing and unforgettable this Villa is! I look forward to staying here in the future and HIGHLY recommend.

Absolute excellence! Beautifully appointed home. Another annual trip in the books and the home did not disappoint. The homeowner, Marc responded quickly to all questions and concerns. He also went above and beyond to honor a special request I had. A rental car (they can deliver) or car service is needed to get around. The home sits atop a very steep hill but that’s what allows for such great views. Jolly Harbour beach is a 5 minute drive but don’t stop at just that one. I highly recommend this home and would consider it again on my next visit.

Property exactly as described; in fact the view was even better than we expected, truly jaw dropping. Quality of home was very high with plenty of facilities and equipment. Location was very convenient although the only thing to be aware of was the steep hill - its not very far to Jolly Harbour / restaurants etc but I wouldn't want to walk upwards after a good night out ! Booking and liasion process was easy. difficult to find anything other than positive things to say (clearly its an expensive option but it depends on what you are looking for).

Sunset Villa is definitely the best VRBO our family has ever stayed! Everything was was 5 star-- from the home's furnishings to the outstanding view we looked out upon every morning while drinking our coffee to the mesmerizing sunsets every evening. The communication with the owner was excellent and his villa management team was responsive to our asks/needs while we were there the entire 2 weeks. Can't say enough about Sunset Villa- hope to return again in the future!!

Villa Sunset lived up to all our expectations, and then some! The villa itself is beautifully appointed and all ameneties, fixtures and fittings are a very high standard. And the there is THAT view, which when you sit on the veranda with a cold drink and enjoy the sunset then that is when you realise just how spectacularly placed you are!

We stayed at Villa Sunset in February 2022 for 7 perfect days! Marc communicated with us on several occasions before turning us over to the property management team (Mitty & Joelle) who were so helpful and responsive to all our needs. The Villa was beautiful, immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen and had the most spectacular view. We would definitely recommend Villa Sunset!

We'll begin with the host Marc and villa management who were, without a shadow of a doubt, the best hosts we've ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and Marc was very understanding when I had to move the dates a couple of times due to planning issues. The communication was really clear and very quick responses every time and they were very helpful in arranging covid tests for our friends in the villa for their flight home. Honestly they couldn't have been better so thank you to Marc and the team at villa management. Now the property - AMAZING! It's been said a few times on other reviews however the views really are even more incredible when you're there. Watching the sunset ever night was bliss and it's views that will stay with us forever. The pool is really nice, bigger than the pictures make it look and great have a dip after a long day in the sun or a day round the pool. Even with the beaches in Antigua being so beautiful, the villa still makes you want to miss a beach day so you can have a villa day. The bedrooms are spacious with again stunning views and each has a beautiful bathroom with great showers etc. The lounge area is great for chilling in the evening and the kitchen is fantastic and has all high end appliances and everything you could need to cook every meal there if you wanted. We did however use the BBQ more as it was a high end brand and great BBQ and nice to be able to cook while taking in the view. We just returned from a holiday in Antigua and stayed a week at Sunset Villa. The views can’t be beat and the house was clean and had everything you would need. We would highly recommend this house and the location worked out really well for our family. Marc was fantastic and very flexible when we had to update our travel dates; one of the best owners we have worked with on VRBO. Antigua was an amazing island with some of the best beaches we have been to. The driving is a bit tough so I would recommend renting a smaller car to drive around the island. Highly recommend Sunset Villa!

My wife and I had an amazing week long stay at Sunset Villa for my birthday! My wife's parents joined us during this week in paradise and Marc's place was amazing! The layout was perfect with each suite having its own privacy/space while the common area was great for hanging out during the mornings having tea and relaxing by the pool before heading out for island adventures. The overall views are breathtaking! The villa sits on a private property hillside so we rented a car to get around the town for necessities (groceries, simple activities etc). Taxi is doable (Glenmore Taxi Service is great referral) but recommend car for this location. Location is prime, less then 5min drive to about 5 or 6 beaches with many restaurants in area. About 30min from St John and English Harbor so the rental helped here. Marc and Management were great with assisting on anything we needed with fairly quick turnaround/response time. They also scheduled covid testing which included them coming to the villa for the testing. Overall it was an amazing time - near perfect birthday paradise vacation! We can't wait to visit this beautiful island again while staying at Sunset Villa!

The villa was gorgeous and clean. Everyone that I met associated with the villa were some of the nicest people I have met. Great property in an ideal location. Everything is in good condition except for a couple of minor issues to which I have spoken with the management company (batteries in remotes, burned out lightbulbs). Although it did not impact our stay one bit, stones in the pool facade are coming loose and will require repair at some point. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

For the price per night, you cannot beat this property, the management, and most of all, the views of Jolly Harbour. A friend stayed there this summer and I quickly booked it for a return trip in October. For a group of six or so, I highly recommend!

I came with a group of friends expecting a great place ... but boy were we surprised to see it was more than great it was AMAZING!!! The pictures do it no justice. Infinity pool was magical! Waking up to sunrise and the sound of the wind chimes was super relaxing . Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Each room with its own magical view. We enjoyed ourselves by having breakfast outdoors and our evening coffee watching the sunset . Our host Mitty was above and beyond with guiding us on our transportation and ensuring our comfort during our stay. At night you hear the sounds of the mountain behind you and it was very soothing . Supermarket was close by with everything you can imagine ! The beach down the hill was breathtaking ! Both our check in and check out was a breeze. In the end although it was just for a long weekend the memories my friends and I made were priceless . Although we took plenty of photos , the beauty experienced there is forever engraved in my heart . Thank you again for allowing us the privilege of staying at your magnificent Villa . Villa Sunset truly is the best !

We stayed at “ Villa Sunset” end of March 2019 for a week and couldn’t be happier with our choice! This stunning villa is perfectly built to have a million dollar view of the sunset , Jolly Harbour and marina and of course the beautiful tortoise water! This stunning villa with its tranquil negative edge pool is fully stocked with anything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff managing the villa were available for initial orientation and any questions we had after. We loved our stay and will go back in the future!

This property is spectacular in every way. The pictures of the house and the views are spot on but pale as to the true beauty of the home and surrounding area. The house is luxurious and provides an inviting and comfortable setting for a perfect vacation. The house is well located.. minutes from Jolly Harbour and surrounding (incredible) beaches, resturants. All interaction with owners and property staff was prompt, thorough and courteous.

We enjoyed the villa so much we didn’t want to leave to go to the beach! We loved the infinity pool, bbq, and indoor/outdoor concept of this beautiful, well appointed villa nestled into the mountainside. We couldn’t get enough of the view and will be returning!
