Very clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay conveniently located to the slopes, restaurants and shopping. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen was well equipped and included some basic items such as spices, coffee filters (no Keurig), baggies, trash bags, etc. Dishwasher a little tricky to turn on. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after long days of skiing. We primarily used the shuttle to Park City Mountain ski lifts rather than using the lift to the Black ski trail near the Condo. Owners very responsive when planning our stay. Highly recommend this property and location.

The owners were super responsive and helpful. The place is really close to park city ski resort and the main downtown. The shuttle system is great as well.

Everything was wonderful! Debbie and Dan were fantastic hosts and the house was clean, updated, and perfect for our group of 8. They were super responsive whenever we had a question and were beyond helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable. All beds, linens and furniture clean and cozy. Location great. We are four old friends and cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, hung out in the living room and hiked and did some sight seeing.

The condo was nice and plenty of space for all 5 of us. The location was ideal for convenience around Park City. I didn't realize they didn't have a BBQ grill when I booked it and it would have been nice to grill vs cooking everything in the kitchen. Deb was great at communicating and keeping us informed.

We got together with our adult children for a week in Park City during the summer, and this property worked perfectly for us. There were just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all comfortably, and the private hot tub was a huge bonus. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked, and the living room was comfy. The location was ideal - close to downtown PC and easy access to the surrounding areas for hiking, biking, and taking in the sights.

We had a whole family stay here for a week and loved it. Great location right on the golf course right close to everything. We had a great time.

Our family, all adults, stayed at the condo and it was amazing. Great location to Silver Star cafe and ski mountain for hiking and biking. Every amenity was at the condo for use that one can think of using. We will definitely come back if we go again for the Fourth of July. Highly recommend the Condo.

Comfortable, lots of space, short walk to bus to ski hill. Right by a cross country trail (fee trail). Kitchen is well stocked and comfy for sitting around. Great hot tub. Thanks!

The location is close to everything. Bus is so convenient! The kitchen supplies were perfect. Washer/dryer so handy. Plenty of space and bathrooms for a family to be comfortable. Games, books, movies! The Golf course view was great. Fun watching the cross skiers. Easy check in. I would recommend highly.

Great place to stay.

The property was perfect for our needs. We had four adults and 4 teens and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped; however does not have a coffee grinder so be sure to have ground beans. There were plenty of books, games, and puzzles. The lift was a very short walk across the street and up an elevator. The ski runs tho are all blue or black so you will have to take a quick bus ride to the main mountain if you need ski school or green runs. Helpful hint, take the green bus to the resort and the blue bus home! The owners were so amazing. Very helpful and always communicating. We had flights cancelled and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Thank you Debbie!

Debbie and Dan have an excellent property with everything you could need to make your experience one to remember! Our family of 8 was there this past week with amazing snow and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year! We used the kitchen and cooked every night and it had everything we needed. The sleeping arrangement was perfect with one adult in the third floor bedroom with the half bath, my wife and I and toddler (provided a comfortable pack n play), stayed in the second floor bedroom and our 5 and 7 year olds slept in the loft on the twin beds outside of our bedroom. My parents stayed in the first floor Bedroom. It worked out great and was plenty spacious. We used the hot tub every night after skiing and it only added to an already great week! The shuttle was close by and ran regularly and the walk to the elevator to take you up to the Silver star lift and cafe was walkable for our five and seven year olds. This was their first time skiing and the blue runs off of the silver star lift were manageable for the kids (thanks to the amazing snow). Debbie and Dan were great hosts and very responsive to messages and texts. They were quick to reply and were willing to meet any requests that they could to improve our experience. The rate was very fair and we would definitely return and definitely recommend. Our only complaint is that we had to leave. Thank you for a great week!

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!! The condo was clean and well stocked with basic needs(toilet paper, paper towel, hair dryers, make up wipes, shampoo, conditioner). Plus several board games and puzzles for the kids. The owners were very helpful in recommending grocery services, ski rental, and restaurants. Condo was walkable to the Silver Star chairlift and ski rental, plus shuttle bus pick up at end of driveway. Private hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of skiing!! Would definitely rent here again!!

First of all, Debbie was an amazing host, super helpful and accommodating. Loved the property as it was close to the mountain and main street and comfortably housed 8 adults. The bus stop being across the street was super convenient and comes pretty frequently to both sides of the mountain. Having a hot tub to come home to relax in was a huge plus. One thing to fix for future guests is the second night we went in the hot tub, our eyes were stinging and we couldn't really sit in it, maintenance might've added too many chemicals, but other than that, can not recommend this property enough if you want a comfy home away from home in Park City!

We had a wonderful family stay for Thanksgiving. The property was located across from Park City mountain. It fully stocked with kitchenware, board games, and the hot tub was as hot as you wanted it to be (great for after skiing). The only complaint we had were some cobwebs in the ground level bedroom. Besides that the property was very clean. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful time and Park City. Accommodations were fabulous and the condo was stopped with all the cooking utensils and dishes we needed. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the hot tub was amazing. It was very beautiful and peaceful.

Great Hosts! We were provided detailed instructions and recommendations before our stay. We were slightly worried about having no AC in the home - especially during a week with temperatures reaching 100 degrees and more. Thankfully being in the mountains, temperatures would drop at night and the mornings would be very comfortable. Even with the high temperature during the day the home stayed relatively cool, especially on the first and second floors. The third floor was warmer but would not deter us from staying here, even at the hottest times of the year. We enjoyed our stay & hope to return soon!

My six sisters traveled from all over the country to meet for the first time in ages! Park City unit was perfect. We were able to explore PC and STL and even took a trip to Arches NP! Four hours each way but well worth the drive. Being from the East coast we came to realize you don’t need AC in PC! It’s a very comfortable home! Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful summer visit with my family. Property looked recently renovated and super clean. Super location in Park City on a golf course and walkable to ski lifts during ski season and hiking trails in summer. Everything was close…restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Look forward to a future stay.

Perfect place for a family to unplug! Residence had everything you needed! Laundry to wash your clothes after a long hike or bike through town…check! Internet to send that last minute email to work…check! Pots, pans, plates, etc for a big family meal...check! Comfy beds and couch to recharge for the next adventure…check! Location was great! Nightlife and busy life was walking distance but far enough for some peace and quiet. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a girls weekend at this beautiful home and it was perfect! Only 5 minutes from downtown, roomie, and we loved using the deck and hot tub. We will be back!

We’re from the salt lake area, but just need a change of scenery and this did the trick. Nice cozy feel to it. No issues outside of maintenance draining the hot tub Monday morning that we were not aware was going to happen. But it turned out great because it was filled, clean, and hot by that night which was perfect!

Great location, excellent setup, and terrific hosts. We will be back!
