A cabin in the woods is what I wanted and it could not have been better! 3 stories, so lots of stairs.

Such a nice house. Away from the casinos and traffic. The house had everything we needed.

Graet location, not far from south lake where all the stores are, nice locking from the deck and over all I like a house that has everything in the kitchen plate, knife, spoons, spices, a good oven to cook and a big table where everyone can seat and talk I really enjoy this house.

The location of the house was amazing, super close to everything. The house was clean when we walked in and very organized, the pool table room is the best feature of the house by far. Overall great stay and a great owner, was always quick to reply. Thank you Paul!

We had a good time during our stay. The owner, Paul, was very responsive with any questions we had. The view was nice and you see nothing but trees out the back windows and deck..as far as your eyes can see. It's a pretty private location.

Loved every bit of this property!

My group reserved this property for our annual ski trip. Excellent location, close to Heavenly! Owner was easy to reach by phone and very accommodating. Driveway and garage is a little tight but it does fit four cars. If you do not have four-wheel drive vehicles and will be driving in the winter, just be aware that the neighborhoods leading up to the property can be hilly. Kitchen is very well-equipped, we loved the spacious living room and dining area, and the hot tub has a lovely view. We would definitely rent this property again!

Thirteen of us had a fantastic weekend at Paul's home. We had plenty of beds, a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked meals, a large dining table, and comfortable living room to relax in. Other great amenities included: - hot tub on the deck perfect for star gazing - large deck with beautiful sunrise views - 5 minute drive to Heavenly ski resort (Nevada side) - incredibly responsive host Our only complaint was that the heating did not seem to be fully functional. The downstairs rooms were chilly and the Nest thermostats didn't seem to help, but there were enough space heaters to keep us warm.

Had no issues with the property and was overall a wonderful experience. The location was supppper close to heavenly with great views!!

Everyone that stayed had an amazing time at the property. The location was right next to the Stagecoach lift making skiing in the morning quick and easy. The property had a lot of fun things like board games, a pool table, and a spa. Would definitely book again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the great views of the mountains and trees!

My family choose to spend our first Christmas away from home in the beautiful city of South Lake Tahoe. There are a total of 14 people ranging from the ages of 67 to 5 in my group. The house was beautiful, spacious, conveniently located near (~10-15 minutes) the major activities (I.e. Casinos, heavenly ski resort, restaurants, Snow mobile tour, indoor and outdoors ice skating ring, etc.), and had all of the necessities needed to make my family feel right at home. The host, Paul was very attentive and responsive from the check-in process to answering all the questions during our stay. We were able to enjoy activities such as ice skating at the arena, tubing and snow boarding at heavenly ski resort and snow mobile tour at Lake Tahoe Adventures. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely rent this house again if we are back in the area. Nguyen’s Family

This was a great rental property for exploring South Lake Tahoe. It is about a 10 min drive into town and the location is quiet. The house is fully stocked with all linens, paper supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. They even had thoughtful amenities like an iron and ironing board, blow dryer in the bathroom, and hand soap at all sinks. It almost felt like checking into a hotel. The bed count was off by one, I would not recommend booking for more than 13 adults even though the listing says 14. You can also tell the house is undergoing some improvements but nothing too substantial that it impacted our stay. Overall, I would recommend this house for the location and the great amenities at a great price and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property! It was clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of sheets and towels. The Homeowner was a text away, and he answered immediately. I wound definately rent it again and recommend it highly.

This house has the potential to be wonderful. However, on our trip we split the cost of this vacation rental between four families. Unfortunately on the first night one of the rooms it was completely drenched in water or on the floor. We had come to find out that the floor furnaces had leaked water. That couple could not stay in their room. The owner was great, and refunded A small amount back to us. Later that night we found out another room had also had the same problem, I emailed the owner, I called him the next day, but no more refund. That room, began to stink, never got dry, and it was an absolute mess. Our family didn’t deed find a way to have a great time. The owner was quick to respond with our first indication of a problem with the first room. However, the very small refund we got does not make up for all the problems and all the discomfort that we all had to Indore. The wet floors, smelt! They were never dry! But we as a family wanted to stay together and decided that we could deal with half the floor of the bedroom being extremely wet. This trip was about family, and we all got to be together, that’s what we wanted to be! But this house needs help! It needs fixing! My husband tried his best to help with the problem at hand. And he was on vacation! I hope the owner will reach out to us one day and maybe give us a better refund then the small refund he did.

We had guests and everybody loved. We didn’t need to leave the cabin everything was all right there! Entertainment and beautiful scenery from every corner of the house. I would vacation back here again most definitely! Thanks again Aaron

Wonderfully well-appointed, comfortable and open house made for family fun. Aaron was ridiculously responsive in the reservation process and check-in and -our instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made it fantastic for sleeping and privacy + tub was awesome for full moon (no puns) soaking. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook gourmet meals and so thoughtful touches throughout (pack and play for kids, holiday decorations, lots of soap and towels galore. Pool table and large dining room table made for family fun when not skiing at Heavenly. Great little trail down the hill off Aspen street was perfect for dogs to run around and kids to sled and build snowmen without crowds. Felt like we had Tahoe all to ourselves! WiFi and TV were perfect and fast, we’ll be back if we come to Tahoe again. Thanks again Aaron for a perfect Christmas!
