Close to Orange County Convention Center. Was down for volleyball tournament. Grocery store close by, nice pool area

The location of the condo was perfect. Easy access to Disney, Universal Studios and so much more. The condo was not clean when we arrived. Lots of greasy handprints on the mirror, tables were dirty. And the condition of the paint, bathroom fixtures, etc. were not up to the standard portrayed in the photos. I also was upset that I was not made aware before arriving that I would need to provide toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. and that the property did not supply any of these things. However, the condo was spacious and the layout fit well for our family of 6.

The property was not terribly clean. The floors definitely had not been washed and the white woodwork and doors had visible layers of dust on them. The areas that were carpeted were disgusting. One of the 8 toilet paper rolls provided looked like it had been dropped into water and dried. The manager did send someone the next day, which was appreciated. However, when a customer pays a hefty cleaning fee, you expect it to be well-cleaned. There were also many nicks and dings in the paint and the stove/oven was wobbly. This place was fine but I wouldn't rent it again.

This was a nice place for our family to stay while we attended a conference. Plenty og bathrooms to shower, quiet community, able to walk to a nearby drugstore to purchase a few things, near plenty of stores and activities, suited our needs well.

The quality and cleanliness of this unit was better than most others I've stayed at Vista Cay. As with the other units, I wish it had a little more ammenities like more than one towel for the kitchen, a dish rag would have been nice, etc. It is close to the road so it can sometimes get a little noisy.

Perfect for our group
This VRBO was in a great location (close to Universal) and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We will be looking to book from this company again when we return ro Florida next October.

We are very satisfied of the vacation in Majestic dreams. It's a comfortable house, well equiped. The swimming pool is very nice. The only small complaint is the road that passes by and that generate a little noise.

Great stay and location
The place looked like the pictures! Clean when we arrived and they even left us a package of Oreos as a welcome gift!! It was easy to check in. We used the grocery delivery which was AMAZING. It was super close to the event we were going to so we just walked. I would stay here again!

We were very pleased with the townhouse we rented. We had one couple and two individual adults in our party so the three bed/three bath was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It was far enough away that we weren’t right in the main tourist area but close enough to all the attractions that it took only minutes to get to each one.

Everything was good except the air. It was too hot!
I like the location, the place was very clean. I did not like the fact that the cooling system was always re-setting to 78 degrees. January is a cool month and it was cooler outside than inside. I had a hard time sleeping because the rooms were too hot. I set the temperature to 72 which is reasonable but it would reset to 78 or 80 immediately. I was not pleased with that.

A fine place to stay
Easy booking and check in. House as advertised, 20 mins to Disney, decent amenities. Lots of traffic noise in front bedroom, inadequate shades for sleeping (if you need that), clean enough (though carpeting could really use a thorough shampooing). Tableware was dirty, but a run through the dishwasher fixed that. Decent pans for cooking, good wifi, nice toiletries provided. All in all, a fine place to stay.

Only one "llittle" issue
We loved the location and the property. The furnishings were great, comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Our only problem was the upstairs bedrooms were warm. The ceiling fans and closing the blinds made it much better. We would stay there again!
