The house is in a good location with a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well appointed.

Be aware before you stay here. The espresso machine didn't work when we arrived. I texted Tina about it, she was in Europe and said she would reach out to the management company about it. She ended up trying to charge me $480 for the espresso machine because it didn't work and she wanted me to buy her a new one. There was no damage to the espresso from us but there was a lot of mold in the coffee puck bin and the water had stuff floating on it. She didn't take it in to a repair shop to determine why it didn't work and I ended up having to fight the charge through my credit card company. I wouldn't stay here again because of these reasons: 1. She will try to charge you if the ac, refridgerator, tv, oven, etc stops working even if you don't damage it or use it. 2. The hot tub is like a warm bath. Never got to 100 degrees. 3. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We spent the first night cleaning the dried on food off the glasses and dishes. 4. The road in front of the house is busy. It is not peaceful sitting on the front balcony. 5. The Sling TV only gets a few local channels. 6. Cheap can opener didn't work. 7. One of the skillets had a broken handle.

The house was exactly as listed. Great location. Tons of beach gear. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was great. Would highly recommended.

A perfect spot for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. We had 4 kids—they loved the pool, the adults loved the hot tub and the beach is just steps away. Great place!

My family loved our stay at this property in Bonita Springs. It was incredibly clean and well-appointed. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to the beach and drive to restaurants and shopping areas. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to visiting again.

After visiting Barefoot Beach and Naples Pier, would say that access point closest to house was just as good and more convenient. Coconut Jacks was good, pool was good, beach supplies very helpful, enjoyed a bike ride. Naples downtown and restaurants were good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs! The house was spacious and comfortable and very accurately depicted in the listing.

This property was just perfect for a family getaway. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very clean, convenient to the beach, and my grandkids loved the pool!! Jesus was very accommodating, and the property owner, Tina was so congenial and was so wonderful to answer our questions in a timely manner. The home is well equipped with just about everything one would need. Don't hesitate!

Our group of eight stayed in this well appointed house for the week. The location couldn’t be better for heading north toward Ft Myers and Sanibel or south toward Naples or just locally for restaurants and points of interest. Access to the quiet beach is just a short walk across the street. The property manager was quick to respond to any needs we encountered.. We won’t hesitate renting this house again for future stays.

Stayed here for a nearby conference. House is awesome! Close to beach and check in and out was quick. Well worth the price and great location!

Wonderful house for a large family or two small families. Short, easy walk to the beach. Pool area is just enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and well located. Having every bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom was wonderful. We loved the "backpack beach chairs" and we ventured across the street to the easy beach access during the day and each night for the gorgeous sunsets. Jesus was very helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Would recommend!
