The communication with the owner before and during our stay were awesome. The descriptions don't do this property/location justice. Each sunrise kept getting better over the lake while watching the abundant wildlife scamper around the property. There is plenty of space throughout the house to have multiple activities going on at the same time and the hot tub and firepit were over the top.

Booking this place was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. The lack of communication throughout the process was unprofessional. If anything someone should be hired to manage this property for rentals. The place itself is very nice and kept up very well. Having the boat dock is perfect. The instructions on cleaning process are unclear with what todo with bedsheets and towels. But overall the place is nice somewhere to lay your head after a day on the water. Stereo system through the house did not work, was not informed prior about that.

Very convenient location to the boat launch as well as the Tiki Hut. Cove was quiet and peaceful as well. Would definitely recommend reserving a golf cart if even the slightest mobility issues, it was great to have for us and the rental service was great! There was nothing that we needed that this home didn’t have. Having two ice makers right at this property was so nice to have for filling our boat cooler as well. The only downfall I would say that could be an issue was that the bedrooms are located upstairs and downstairs, none on the main floor. It was ok for us but keep in mind if you have someone that cannot do the stairs. Boat dock is very nice and well kept and there was plenty of space!

The property exceeded our expectations. Joe was a very good host by calling and checking in with us after our arrival and providing a binder full of useful information. The weekend was unusually warm and Joe was able to help us with adjusting the temperature remotely very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the house and we were able to spend a fun week together.

This place was perfect! There was so much room and all of us fit comfortably! The kitchen is beyond stocked with everything and anything you need. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal and had all that we needed, even a crockpot! The ice machines are such a nice added bonus and we’re used! I will highly recommend this property to anyone looking!

Property was exactly a pictured: spacious, neat, and comfortable! Our family truly enjoyed our stay there. The amenities were great and fun to use. Be sure to follow the owner’s instructions about the driveway and try to arrive at the property in daylight. The area is mountainous so the roads twist and turn. They safer to navigate during the day.

The house has so many things to do, we simply couldn't do them all. The lake was awesome with amazing views. The driveway and walk to the dock was scary steep, but every other house in the area was worse. It was in a quiet neighborhood with nightly walk-throughs from non-threatening wildlife .It is a wonderful, wonderful rental for medium- sized family gatherings.

Trip included six adults and was the cleanest, most well appointed, beautifully designed VRBO any of us had ever experienced. Not much to do in the area during this time of year so we played games and just relaxed. Thanks to Joe for providing us a place for such a memorable time.

Czarnecky House has all the extras for an ideal visit. Wonderful location, clean, plenty of room, well equipped. We loved the dock, hot tub and fire pit. Only surprise was 5th bedroom is in a loft. We would definitely book again.

Highly recommend this place! House, lake, and dock are all amazing and perfect for a large group. Joe is great and easy to deal with. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to use. It has everything you could want in a lake house including 2 ice machines and a covered dock! It really is perfect!

The house is just as described. The driveway is steep and the walk to the dock is steep, but you will find that with almost all the houses. Joe was quick to reply and easy to work with. My family and I had a wonderful trip with many memories!

The home was very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the large kitchen and seating for all our grandkids. The pantry, two refrigerators and freezer were handy for all our food supplies. We also enjoyed the ice maker in the kitchen by the refrigerator for beverages. The dock is very nice, after a week of boating, it was nice just to relax and let the grandkids jump off the dock and swim the last few days. Lake Norris is very clean and we enjoyed having the dock right at the property even if it was a little hike for grandpa and grandma, we got our exercise. It was nice having our boats right there instead of driving to a Marina with the littles in tow. We all enjoyed our 2022 vacation and stay at Lake Norris! Thank you for sharing your home Joe!!

There were 13 of us spanning four generations and we had plenty of room. Everything was clean. The pantry was a huge plus for storage! Lots of refrigerator and freezer space plus a drink cooler. The lake was amazing! We rented golf carts, a boat and jet skis. Nice large dock to hang out.

This property was so conveniently located and we had great communication with the owner throughout the duration of our stay. The accessibility to multiple marinas was such a blessing. I would love to stay again.

I went at a time with less than desirable weather conditions. Lightning storms, crazy rain, and the biggest hail I’ve ever seen! But one thing I can say is that if you’re going to be trapped inside, a house made of glass with plenty of indoor space and plenty of things to do, there is no better place to be! Watching the rain, playing music throughout the house stereo, playing pool and hanging out around the 20 seat kitchen and countertop was enough for me and my guests. The hot tub was clean, the beds were comfy, everything worked, plenty of towels, a kitchen with everything you would need. Steep driveway but we got cars in just fine by pulling in parallel with the street. While most guest won’t experience the property during a storm I was bummed that the fire pit area was unusable after the rain. Also, I did get a call from the owner, who mentioned that the house manager came by to check the hot tub and was concerned about the 4 cars in the driveway because my booking was for two people. However, with such a beautiful house it would be impossible for someone not to want some friends to stop by and check it out! Also, I do believe the owner was genuinely checking in to see how my stay was going and simply curious while being extremely polite. Hmmmm, well, for any one complaint I have there are 10 positive to go along with it. Recommendation, make sure you bring a family or multiple guests because the place is truly made for entertaining, and also make sure to put the right amount of guests lol. Would recommend for entertaining, large groups, multiple families, lake activities and water enthusiasts, and people who aim to impress!

We had a great stay at this property and Norris Lake is a very pretty lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. Having the ice makers was a game changer. Very convenient. Loved how close to the marina it was. Only thing that would deter us from staying again is the amount of steps/stairs in the house itself. When you are not used to it, it can be very taxing at times. That isn't meant to be a negative on the property just for people with limited physical movement. We had a great time and would still recommend this place.

Great home! Plenty of space for our family: my husband and I, three of our adult children and their spouses and seven grandchildren ages 8 months - 9 yrs old.

We throughly enjoyed our week at this property. Joe the owner was super friendly. We had a large group(20+) and never did we feel overcrowded or cramped. Showers on every level and plenty of bed space. The views were beautiful and we even got to eat locally at Bo’s 3, great food and super friendly workers. We would love to plan a trip back during the summer season and explore the lake!

It was nice to have a place to gather and all we had to do was bring the groceries!
