We really enjoyed our time at this condo, it was a very short stay but perfect for what we needed. The balcony was so cozy and so was the couch. We would absolutely return to this condo. The pool and beach area was of course very busy, but everything you need is either on site or extremely close. You cannot go wrong with this condo.

We spent our nights comfortable on the balcony in the sectional watching shooting stars and most of our meals were shared there listening to waves rolling in.

The property was right on the beach. You have to take an elevator down which got pretty busy during the day with sometimes a 20 minute wait. The water and sand was perfect, never too crowded. We did go ahead and pay to reserve beach chairs. The AC wasn’t working with average temps being 79 inside but we are from TX so we could deal.

Called maintenance still didn’t work I would recommend this property, but management definitely needs to work on the elevator. Horrible internet connections.. phones couldn’t call out or receive messages, you had to go to different parts of the building to get reception. The elevators, internet connection and the air conditioning system was the worst and frustrating part of staying in Phoenix West 11. If you could move this condo to another location it would be perfect.The condo is not the issue it’s the property.

The ocean was gorgeous (crystal clear) for the week we were there and the beach attendants were great. Parking is easy and close to the building. My only complaint is the horrible elevators. We were there during the busy 4th of July holiday and it often took a really long time to get an elevator. It was so bad that there was a line of over 50 people waiting on an elevator one day to get up from the beach. Since this condo is on the 19th floor, walking the stairs in not ideal. Maybe this isn't a problem during slower times, but beware if you have someone old or fragile in your group that can't easily wait in long lines.

This was “hands down” the best condo rental in the past 30+ years of visiting gulf shores/orange beach area! Perfect bed arrangement, interior furnishings, and balcony furnishings. It felt like home with a beach/pool/lazy River bonus! We had a wide range of kiddos and they ALL were comfortable and entertained. Thank you!

This would be a five star place if the place had air conditioning that worked , I called management twice Maintenance came out said nothing was wrong , the temp stayed between 76-78 and was set on 71 , actually had to open the doors to the hall way and put out a box fan to somewhat cool the place . That is my only complaint is how humid and hot the condo stayed . Went to a neighbors condo on the same floor and their place was chilled. Would stay again and recommend if this issue was resolved.

Washer and dryer barely worked. A maintenance man checked them on our second day and told us he would be back shortly with loaner W/D. 9 days later, we never saw him. The ice maker was also broken. Several people “looked” at it, declaring it was working, yet we never saw ice during our 9 days. Also, the bunk beds in the kids room were broken. We spent more time reporting issues to Liquid Life, than enjoying our vacation.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing with the large Jenga blocks that were there. The beach was very nice and very clean. We had a day when the waves were way too rough to enjoy being on the beach but the condo has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a splash pad, water slide,and lazy river so we never miss out on any fun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

This is our second time at phoenix west II…..and it was as amazing as it was the first time. The amenities are awesome and the actual condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back!
