We have a family of 6 that gathered together from LA and Ohio. Host was really responsive to our inquiries. We love the living room and kitchen spaces. We enjoyed the steam room and personal hot tub. Due to the heavy snowfall (4 feet in 7 days), the short cut walk towards the ski slope was really difficult and we had to go via the longer route (no fault of the home). We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Condo was as advertised would use again!

We had 7 adults staying at this condo and it was great! Plenty of sleeping space and great bathrooms. The owners were super accommodating and generous when we had flight cancellations. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to ski slopes and to Main Street. 3 minute walk to gricery store and Walgreens. No need for a car! Beds were comfortable and kitchen is everything you need. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Great property , fantastic location to slopes, dining and shops (all walkable) Accommodated early check-in due to flight changes. Loved steam room and private hot tub. Condo had everything we needed to spend a great family vaca in Park City. Thanks!

The location is ideal for walking to downtown Park City and easily accessing the main resort base to go skiing. The steam room was excellent. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, unfortunately, so we didn't try it out after seeing the water was fairly cloudy and didn't look appealing. Outside of that issue, it was a great spot.

Good location and comfortable property for four guys. Very clean condo and great communication with property manager.

The unit was in a nice location (~5 minute walk to slopes) and in good condition. The owner was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

Only a five minute walk to the hill, very clean. Nice and big, seven adult man slept comfortably.

The place was incredibly convenient and nicely kept up - the master room mattress was too short for me 6’3” as my feet hanged off the end- and the middle floor bathroom sink didn’t drain properly- but that’s all that needed improvement- the rest was very good- will be back Thanks !

Great accommodation, worked well for our family of four. The hill to the lift got a little bigger each day but not too bad :)

This condo is quiet, well maintained and comfortable, located close to downtown, and has parking for at least two vehicles under cover. Very satisfied.

Our son was getting married in Heber City and this was a perfect place to accommodate four generations of family members. Delightful family room. Loved the patio/porch. Location was amazing!

This was the perfect spot for a ski trip. The location is just a short walk to the base of the mountain and walking distance to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for 5-6 people for a week of skiing in Park City. The apartment was cozy, well maintained and close to the mountain. However the steam room was not functional while we were there- everything else about it was fanstastic!

Jen was a great hostess during our stay. She was very responsive to all communication! We had 3 adult couples and had ample accommodations for everyone to have comfortable space whether eating or hanging out in the den area. Two couples had their own king rooms, one with a tub/shower, one with a small shower. One couple had Ozzie and Harriet beds but they could be pushed together for a split king. It also had a tub/shower combo. Just for info purposes, the two king rooms are on the the third floor. The kitchen/den and a full bath /steam shower on the second and the twin bedroom and hot tub closet are on the first floor with the garage. The long porch was nice aprí ski as we had warmer temperatures than normal. We had a quick walk to the grocery/Walgreens and ski rental shop (5-7 min), the Eagle ski lift (15-20 min) or main street (20-25 min). The bus stop is only a block and a half away in either direction, but we never actually used it so I can’t speak to that. There were several perks to the condo that were such nice small things: big bottles of lotion and body wash in each shower, hand soaps at each sink, dish detergent, dish pods and laundry pods available for use. There were also condiments, spices and coffee filters in the kitchen! Such a nice change to not have to run those down! Particularly when we are big cookers for b’fast and dinner and packing lunches for the slopes. There was a nice, new steam shower that held 4 people, and was delightful. We even enjoyed the owner’s beautiful art on the walls!We recommend this property and would stay there again! Thank you!

Great location - a quick 5 minute walk to the Eagle lift. The hot tub and steam room were a perfect way to relax after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely stay again. Great host!

Great living room area to host a larger group and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Very convenient location with the 7-11 next door and grocery store walking distance and about a 15 minute walk to town. Host was very responsive with any requests and also followed up about items that we had forgotten (and didn't realize). Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location so close to the main Park City lift area (3 min walk). Everything was great at the house and we could not have had better communication with the owner. Would recommend to anyone!

The home was well equipped with all essentials and communication with the owner was great. The steam room and hot tub were perfect for apres ski sore muscles! Great comfortable home, would stay again.

We had everything we needed. Perfect space with a bathroom attached to each bedroom and lots of space to eat and relax. Park City Mountain is a 5 minute walk and there is a grocery store and Walgreens very close by if you forget anything. The beds and pillows were not ideal. That

Condo was in fantastic condition and very clean. Floor plan gave plenty of space for 6 college students on a skiing trip and had every amenity which we could've wanted. Easy 5 minute walk to the mountain and a 15 minute walk downtown. Also right on the free and easy to use bus route if you would rather take that around PC. Jen was very helpful and made it a simple trip for us.

Excellent property with great location for skiing and visiting g Park City

The location is great, and the property is exactly as in pictures. We did have one minor issue where the hot tub was left a bit dirty and only lukewarm when we arrived, but Jen was very responsive and had somebody out within hours to fix it. Overall a great stay!

Our group absolutely loved the condo, location and especially working with Jennifer. The condo was so spacious, comfortable and in close proximity to the slopes, the town and Fresh Market. Our group of 6 women really appreciated having an en-suite bath in each bedroom, as you can imagine! The steam room in the 4th bathroom was a special added bonus which we used daily. The living area on the main floor is so open, comfortable and easy to maneuver, including the kitchen while all were cooking. Loved it! The first day we arrived, we scouted the slopes and town. It took us apx 15 minutes to walk slightly uphill to the Crescent and Payday lifts. Since our group of women ranged between 60 and 70 and perhaps not as strong as younger skiers, we chose to take the free bus our first ski day wearing walking boots and carrying skis and ski boots. We then checked our walking boots during the day and checked our skis each night which allowed us to take the much easier and short daily walk to and from the condo. So fast and convenient. It was also an easy walk to town to explore the stores, galleries and restaurants. Fresh Market is also close and very well stocked. But most importantly, Jennifer was outstanding. I’ve been organizing our ladies’ ski trips for 35 years and she is by far, the most responsive, engaging and helpful owner I’ve encountered. I would highly recommend this property!

Spent 4 days on the slopes — it’s only 10 min away by foot and 2-4 min by car. Super close to the slopes. The condo is warm and cozy. The decor is bright and bathrooms for each bedroom is a real plus. Loved the views of the slope from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The hot tub was in close quarters. The steam room was super nice. Parking under the condo is great for keeping the snow off your car. All in all a great spot for spending time in Park City.

This property was pretty perfect. As advertised, with plenty of room, a nice, homey feel, a great steamroom, and of course the location is just perfect. Quite possibly the best location for those looking to do as little driving as possible.

This property is perfectly located with a 10 min walk to the lifts and village, a 10 minute walk to the grocery and restaurants. We had 3 children under 10 and walked everywhere! The property was very well kept and was a perfect size for our 5 adults and 3 kids. Jen was a gracious host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to park city!

The house is very well located, has everything you need, and the owner is very accommodating and friendly.

Nice size kitchen and family room for meals and family time. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots if games. Great view of the slopes from big family room windows and deck. Place was clean, lots of towels, enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable, nice storage for ski equipment. Jennifer was great to work with, even gave us a late check out time when we asked.

Had a lot of fun

We had a GREAT time here! Great place for two families in a ski getaway together. Loved it!
