La beauté du lieu, piscines top, jardin magnifique et nourriture très bonne.
Le personnel est attentionné et les chambres spacieuse.

Uns hat alles insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Die Stimmung war sehr familiär, da es nicht so groß war. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und typisch marokkanisch, aber es gab auch das ein oder andere einfachere Gericht, sodass für jeden was dabei war. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, mit den ganzen Blumen, Orangen, Kräutern etc. angelegt. Auch mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden, es tat sehr gut ein ruhiges Plätzchen, nach dem turbulenten Marrakech zu haben. Auch, wenn es sehr außerhalb lag, war alles gut zu erreichen, dank dem kostenlosen City-Shuttle und alle anderen Touren Angebote.
Leider war das WLAN nicht so gut, doch das ist und oft in Marokko passiert.

- Le terrain est magnifique. Les photos ne montrent pas l’ensemble de la priorité qui est immense.
- il y a bien 3 petites piscines et un jacuzzi mais en dehors des périodes pleines, elles ne sont pas toutes praticables.
- la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel est top. Pour une si grande propriété, l’hygiène est entretenu.
- le champs d’oliviers est magnifique, les nombreux arbres fruitiers et fleurs embellissent le terrain.
C’est vraiment l’extérieur qui en vaut la peine. C’est calme.
- les chambres sont correctes et toutes accompagnées d’un balcon avec vue sur le terrain.
- les lits sont bien durs.
- le personnel est sympa, merci à Monsieur Aziz.
- il y a un service de hamam et massage disponible et un restaurant.
- le mobilier est un peu trop vieillot à mon goût. C’est très joli car c’est du traditionnel classique mais tout est massif et pas rénové. Cela a son charme. Les chambres sont sommaires.
- le service est bien mais n’est pas aussi chaleureux que nous avons pu connaître dans d’autres hôtels au Maroc.
- la propriété est tellement grande qu’en période creuse, tous les équipements et bâtiments ne sont pas praticables.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le lieu loin du bruit de la médina de Marrakech . La piscine et les jardins. La cuisine est excellente et le personnel aux petits soins

Aconselho vivamente a estadia neste paraíso de sossego, bem saber receber, com um jardim muito bem cuidado, boas piscinas e um jantar divinal. Ao todo ficamos cinco dias repartidos por três estadias.
De repetir num futuro próximo.

Le cadre est sublime et reposant
Les équipements en général lit commandé avant notre arrivée pas de le lit de bb dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer pas digne d’un établissement comme celui ci

Sehr schöne ruhige, grüne und gepflegte Anlage.
2 schöne größere und ein sehr kleiner Pool.
Gute Küche wenn auch die ganze Woche nur eine Menükarte. Tolles Massage Angebot. Sehr schöne Zimmer in den Villen sogar mit Terrasse/Terrassen.
Leider kein Gym oder Fitnessstudio/ -bereich.
Frühstück sehr einfallslos und ab 8.45 Uhr war es bereits schwierig noch alles zu bekommen, was ohnehin schon sehr eingeschränkt war. Es gibt jedoch Eierspeisen auf Nachfrage.

Nous avons adoré ...le cadre ,le calme,le personnel, Nicolas( le propriétaire) est très agréable.
Les repas sont très bon .nous étions en pension complète pour 6 jours..les frites et le potage je dit VOUIII!!!😅
Je recommande cet établissement pour sortir du bruit de Marrakech .
Navette gratuite si besoin, sinon les taxis sont toujours présents.
J'y retourne sans problème

Great hotel where you have everything you need. Excellent atmosphere, great staff and the rooms are huge. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pools are great, it feels like an oasis in the desert. They also offer a free shuttle to Marrakech city which is very handy.
The restaurant prices are a bit overpriced, but the food is ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful setting, lovely staff and comfortable rooms. A perfect place for a quiet break. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant was over priced and the food was cold. There were no apologies when we mentioned problems. I understand it is hard for staff to work during Ramadan. it was very slow service and none of the staff seemed interested in customer satisfaction.

the property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained
my bathroom needs a little attention. the shower head is falling off and my air conditioner was overheating and cutting out and then heating up instead of cooling

The quietness and the wonderful sun terrace. The room decor was Marocain style which was lovely. The all inclusive is great - you can choose from the à la carte menu. The best dishes were the Marocain ones - which were very tasty. The European dishes were not so good but OK. The breakfasts were Morocain style continental and we were very happy - there was so much to eat and plenty of choice.
The grounds were beautiful - although being January, it was too cold to use the pools, they were still lovely to sit and look at.
The bathroom was fine for us, but anyone with reduced mobility would struggle - as there is a fixed shower screen on the bath, so it makes it difficult to get in for a shower.
The staff were very helpful and friendly - but the service was sometimes a bit amateurish.
