This is the 4th time I have rented this condo. Great value. Very good upgraded living room furniture. I will rent again. Love Stingrays for drinks downstairs!

Loved this condo! So spacious and nice. Calm setting away from the busier areas but still walking distance to shops. Great communication with the host! My one and only complaint was they were working on the concrete on balconies on both sides of the condo. So every morning around 8am it sounded like a freight train in

We enjoyed our time at Dunes and think this is our new favorite property. It's so easy to get to the beach, the elevator waits were minimal and the pool was never overly crowded, even in June. They were doing construction, which happened to be right outside of the bedroom, for most of our stay, which was a bit frustrating as our kids were woken every morning. However, this is obviously temporary. There were a few minor issues with the property: The front door needs replaced, or at least the seal needs fixed. You can see sunlight. The hair dryers were broken in both bathrooms, there are very few outlets that take 3-prong plugs, there were no hot pads in the kitchen, only one small kitchen towel and the guest room shower needs re-done, the drain was very slow. The vents throughout the place were dirty and dusty, they just need a good wipe down. They also seem to allow people to smoke at the pool, which was annoying. Positives: The couch was surprisingly comfy even though it's an indoor/outdoor couch. The balcony was large, and we enjoyed having dinner and lunch at the table. The entire place place is large with plenty of room for our family of 4. The snack shop at the pool was convenient for a quick bite. The beach is in the perfect location, quiet, not busy, and easy to walk to. This is the best side of PCB to be on, traffic is so much better. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

The location was a great place for all types of food and activities to enjoy. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo is a little out dated but it was clean and I DID NOT see any kind of bugs. After reading a previous review about roaches, I was a little hesitant to book, but I’m glad I booked this condo. The condo owner always replied immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo. If you want a more updated condo, then pay more for one elsewhere. Oh yah! I almost forgot to mention that the condo has beach toys, chairs, beach wagon and umbrella to use.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was nice and affordable. The only thing I would suggest is additional blankets for beds. I personally get cold at night.

I had a huge issue while staying at this property. Although the owner did respond immediately and made it right by issuing a full refund, I felt it necessary to leave a review as it was a MAJOR issue and concern.
The condo itself is just average. Although it says newly updated… It’s basic at best. The unit is dated and in need of minor repairs. Missing cabinet pulls, no outdoor seating cushions, the living room furniture is outdoor patio seating/ couch, no overhead fans in any of the rooms and very little lighting. The condo is very large and can accommodate a large group and the location is fabulous. If your looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind the above then go for it. But set your expectations!

Very nice condos. We have stayed for 12 years at PCB, this by far is the best layout condo and complex. Pools are large and clean and are easy to get to with lots of space, tables, and chairs. A ramp to the beach is always a plus!!!! Missed having a hot tub. I know you can't predict the weather but the ocean (double red flags) closed for 5 days sure is disappointing. I love the Gulf Coast just not the storms!!!

Simply amazing. Manal is always quick with responding! I messaged her about some things that needed to be fixed and was very pleased with her response of her husband coming to inspect and fix them! With that being said, I absolutely love this location. This is our second year with here and the stay has always been super amazing and has made it feel like home. The beach is just across the pool, there’s a heated pool across the parking lot, and the location is a great place where it isn’t just busy busy busy. Already planning a trip for next year!

We really enjoyed our time here. The views were fabulous! Waking to see the ocean from our bed was something we will never forget. We loved the beach and all the shells we found. The “warm” pool, as the kids call it, was a fabulous way to end the day. Friendly and welcoming community! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Location: this property was very easy to find, and it was away from the big crowd drawn to PCB. The complex could have been confusing because the buildings aren’t clearly marked, however the property manager was very clear and descriptive on which building the condo was located making it easy to find. It was close to dining, gas, arcades, gooney golf etc., and groceries.
The beach: this is the quiet part of pcb. On Labor Day weekend, our part of the beach was not crowded at all. The walk to the beach was very short and easy, and the beach was beautiful. You may rent chairs for $50/day. There was a wash off station at the pool, bathrooms at the pool, and a restaurant at the condominium.
The Condo: it is very spacious with beachfront views. Simply decorated which made it easy to unpack and get cozy. The couch comfortably fit 3 kids (5 and under). Bring your own toiletries. The property felt very clean and it had everything we needed. The description is correct, and we were very happy with our stay. The property owners were very prompt with answering questions, and they were very clear with instructions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation
Took my teen daughter and her friend for spring break. The condo was nice, building elevators fast and not busy. I was concerned with previous reviews that saw roaches, owner reassured me the building had been treated and I did not see any bugs in the condo at all. Heated pool was great!

Perfect Beach Serenity
Far enough away from “Spring Break” madness to enjoy the beach but close enough to drive to Pier Park. The condo has the most amazing view and peaceful to leave the doors open to enjoy the sound of the waves! Per previous reviews, there are outlets that are not secure so not able to use them, however, there were enough for the 5 of us to plug devices into! When we come back it will for sure be here!

Cockroaches bad
Manal was great! Contacted first day in regards to bugs. She did have pest guy come and spray! But that did not fix problem! It made it worse…I was terrified to go to the kitchen at night. I would turn on lights and they would be everywhere, in silverware, stove, cabinets…crawling on everything!!!! Even in the refrigerator…of course they were dead…but still… place needs bombed to kill them!!!! As long as you didn’t go to kitchen you were fine!! Place was ok.. view was perfect!!! Baseboards and tile need painted and cleaned really well! Refrigerator needs door handles reversed…opens wrong way and makes it difficult to maneuver! Yes one door is falling off henges. Shower curtain is a liner only. It was not what I expected. I spent as much time outside as possible!!!! I would not stay here again unless i was 100 percent no bugs!!! Gave me the creeps bad!! I was afraid I was going to take some home!! Cockroaches carry disease-causing organisms. I understand things are not always able to control, because I had not been to Florida for over 6 years and was very sad and disappointed…

Beautiful Condo, GREAT location
I would love to return to this condo. It was beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous views. Nice condo building. In the master bedroom you can hear the whirling of the elevator but it did not bother my partner or I. (if you are a light sleeper it may bother you) And first and foremost, it was SO clean. I brought my children to Flordia for the first time and this condo was perfect for such. Pool areas were nice. I didn't like that there was not really beach access after pool closed but that is more the condo buildings issue, not the owner of this particular owner. She answered any questions I had very promptly! Can not say enough good things about this condo/owner! Would 10/10 recommend and return! This is on the quieter side of town which I was very pleased with! Family friendly!

Great getaway!
We've stayed in a different unit at this location before and loved it! This was no different. We love staying at Dunes, especially building E, since the beach is less crowded, there is a pool, and a small restaurant/bar downstairs for snacks. The unit was clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable! All of the basic necessities you need for a relaxing vacation!

The place was full of cockroaches, dead and live. Appliances, including toaster, hairdryer, did not work. Refrigerator was hard to get into due to door on the wrong side. Only liner in the shower, no curtain. Couch ( the only living room furniture) was filthy , the coffee pot was completely jacked up. The pans were disgusting. Including leaving a residue on the stove. The mold in the bathroom wash disgusting.
The place was bare of pillows, cushions and not a rug in the entire condo.
If I thought it would help to refund my money, I would. But, I am doubtful that would happen.
This condo. Reds to be taken OFF VRBO. Bad reputation for your website.

We stayed at this resort and room twice. The first time was much better than this time. This time the room was not as clean. The closest in the hall were about to fall off the hinges. We didn't have enough wash clothes. Also we found one too many roaches. As far as the view and location, we loved it.

We had a good size group on this trip and space was not a problem at all-everyone was able to be there and sleep comfortably- even the balcony!
Yes- you can hear the elevator but it was only obvious when relaxing in the main bedroom's bed during the day. Nothing major, but you can hear it.
We didn't mind the fact of having an "outside" couch inside- but the cushions could use a good cleaning. It didn't stop anyone from sitting but it was noted.
There were a lot of pros to the room and very few cons.
My family and I discussed we would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful, Spacious Condo with great views!
This condo was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for us and there was even beach umbrella, wagon, chairs, sand bucket, and toys. The condo had a washer and dryer so we washed and dried the towels and wash clothes as there aren't many of those. Bring your own laundry stuff, dishwasher stuff, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, paper towels etc as they don't keep those stocked but have all the dishes you'll need and a coffee pot and hair dryer. We had absolutely no complaints and enjoyed ourselves very much. The owner is very attentive and answers all questions. We will be back

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular! We were close to multiple attractions and restaurants( all 10 minutes or less). The couch felt very low to the ground, but I'm 6'3, so that's a normal problem for me lol.....
I can't wait to book this place again. We loved it.

View was beautiful! The rooms are good sized. The furniture needs to be updated in my opinion. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond to help with anything. FYI I had 2 small children and the smell of weed was awful it even came through the vents. Great stay for adults who don’t mind the smell.
