We had a great week. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the linen service. There were lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. Overall excellent!

The house was extremely spacious and filled with modern day amenities to make our stay so enjoyable!

The house was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and amazing garage with almost too many bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. We had a multi-generational gathering with people from 82 to 2. Everyone had a great time. The multiple outdoor showers and elevator were really used. The Host, Doug, was very responsive and friendly. We had a user error issue with the elevator and he immediately responded and walked me through the easy fix. Multiple guests, especially those with little kids or canes, remarked on how great it was to be so close to the beach. When leaving the dunes, you can see your house just a few steps away. Great for a quick moonlight stroll or a rush home to deal with kid issues. Will definitely try to make the gathering at this house a yearly event.

We had a fantastic week with our group of 17. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and the proximity to the beautiful private beach can't be beat. Doug was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well equipped for everything you might need during your stay. Plenty of extra blankets, coffee makers, etc. Great week, thanks again!

My family of consisting of 12 adults and 4 teens had such a great weekend here. There house was amazing. Very clean lots of activities and accommodations. Would absolutely stay again.

Our family rents VRBO houses frequently but I have to say this house is the most well equipped, most comfortable, most up to date and the best house for lots of people. Really close to the beach and so private. We all loved our stay! Thanks Doug!

We had the best time and felt totally at home in this house. Plenty of room and even closer to the beach than we had thought. So many bikes to use and things around the house that made the stay feel so comfortable. All the linens felt very clean. Everything felt high end which was an added bonus. Cannot wait to go back!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Easy booking and check in and out, timely communication with Doug, and the property had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic three night getaway! Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby, and of course the beach and ocean just steps away!!

The house was fantastic with very nice large bedrooms. We loved the house and loved that they have all the towels and beach gear you could need! Just a 1 minute walk to the beach

Our family, a group of 6 different households totalling 21 when all are present . Rent homes around the country for Christmas: Fla,Texas, North Carolina, Maryland and Delaware. And we all voted this house as our best! Doug , the owner was the best host! He was constantly in contact with me ,ensuring that we we satisfied and well taken care of. The home is very, very spacious and very well stocked! And to top it off it's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! Incredible!

A fabulous, Grand home with everything you need to enjoy yourself and all the amenities to be comfortable and cheerful. My quest and I loved the layout and extras the host has available. We have been renting vacation homes for 15 years. But never one as gorgeous as this one. There are 12 of us and the house could have accommodated many more. This house would be the envy of every cook. It has everything you can think of in it. The family room is huge as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. But more importantly is the homeowner. Doug is so kind and attentive. Any questions we had , he was back to us instantly. We would give him a 10 as well as the home. Definitely are planning on renting again. Beautiful home very close to the beach. House was well stocked with items for cooking and very comfortable to live in for our extended weekend. Elevator was a plus for one who had slight mobility issues. Overall had a wonderful stay in the home

Such a beautiful home in the perfect location!! We could not have been happier with our stay in Bethany and had such an amazing host with Doug and his wife thinking of everything a group may need while staying in their home! We brought a group of adults to the beach as my husband and I finally celebrated our wedding/anniversary (2 years later). Everyone was comfortable with their own bedrooms, the common areas and outdoor space seated all 11 of us comfortably. Doug was incredibly helpful with communication and updates. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing - so much that my husband wants to explore purchasing a home in the area! Loved the private beach access as well - hardly anyone out when we were there on the weekend and always nice when taking walks in the morning and evenings! We found leaving our shoes near the door also made for zero headaches with sand or debris being tracked in - it wasn't a shoeless requirement but for future folks to think about!

We had the privilege of staying at this property for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint. The property is in a great location, and is a short walk to a private beach. We realized just how lucky we were to be on the private beach after seeing just how crowded Bethany beach was. The kids loved hanging in the bunk room and each bedroom was beautiful. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs and supplies in the garage and really felt like we got to relax while we were there. Doug was very quick to respond to questions. We are super thankful to have had such a great week!

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had their own space to sleep comfortably and with 9 little kids, that is no easy feat! The house was perfectly equipped with everything you would need and Doug was very responsive. We had such a wonderful family vacation and we hope to be back next summer!

Doug's house is everything described in the VRBO website and Doug is a very responsive host. The house looks just like in the photos with very little wear and it's fully stocked with all of the needed appliances for a very comfortable stay. Also, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we've had in a rental with everything needed for cooking and enjoying. The beach is a short walk and very private - no crowds like in downtown Bethany even though it was a perfect beach weekend. One location amenity that's not mentioned is the great bike trail (Fresh Pond) just across the highway. We took advantage of the provided bikes and explored the trail multiple days. The location also was close enough to bike into Bethany to check out the shops. Overall, we could not have picked a better house for our family reunion.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this very nice and spacious Bethany Beach house right next to the beach. The elevator was extemely helpful for my 80 year old parents. Location is great. Quick drive into “downtown” Bethany and 15-20 mins to Rehobeth. Even drove down to Assateague to enjoy the wild horses. Great Family bonding time!
