This property is so nice and has just about everything you need for small to medium size groups (or even a family). The location is beautiful and the view from the house is just amazing! I'll definitely be going back!

The concierge was amazing and responsive. We asked at the last minute to come early to beat the storm and they were incredibly accommodating. The house is both beautiful and comfy. Our crew loved the ski in/out feature and the ski storage room. Five star!

My group loved staying at this property on the slopes at Northstar. The views are spectacular! Not to mention the access you receive to the Treehouse next door which is a full service club. Looking forward to returning for a ski trip next year.

Very modern and upscale place, perfect for family get-together! Very kid-friendly, the place is equipped to host toddlers to teens! Heated floor throughout the home, ski-in/out mudroom, fully furnished kitchenware, and exceptional views are some of the features we really enjoyed during our stay!

This amazing home was so close to the slopes you could slide out the back door to start your first run of the day!! Great home, very modern, lots to do for adults and kids! The Northstar mountain is great, lots of awesome trails and fun stuff at the bottom in the village also. Also the pool and hot tub right next door are first class and were a great finish to a day on the slopes. Can't wait to try it out in the summer months!

VIEW is Amazing! This vacation rental was more than we could have ever expected. It was clean, family friendly, gorgeous inside and out, all utensils needed for cooking were there, and the amenities were a huge added benefit. It was so easy to get to the mountain and back to our house, even with our 6 year old. Highly recommend this place, we will be returning!

The pictures do not do justice to how great this home is! We were a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teens who were there to ski. You walk from the amazing ski storage room with lots of cubbies, built in ski racks and a boot warmer past the hot tub on the deck right onto the slopes. We also had pool tournaments each night in the play room and enjoyed going to the Treehouse next door with the heated pool, video games, gym and shuffleboard table. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with great appliances, lots of dishes and utensils and we were especially impressed with the waffle maker which we put to good use. We can't wait to go back!

We traveled with our 3 adult children and our 17 yo son. The location is excellent as are the amenities. The bedding configuration is suboptimal with one king, one queen, 2 singles and a bedroom with four bunk beds that are very short so we had to use the foldout bed in the activity room. The blinds in the master are very sheer and the light streams in first thing in the morning the snow ploughing grooms the run every morning at 5.30am so don’t expect to stay asleep unless you can sleep through a storm. The bathrooms and kitchen are very well appointed. We had a great time.

This home is by far the most amazing ski home I’ve stayed in! The view alone was incredible! The house is so well appointed and the property manager was extremely helpful. You can ski in and ski out right from the back patio! And the hot tub was the perfect spot to watch those mountain stars.

Wow! This luxury Northstar residence is not to be missed. The view of the slopes and Martis Valley from the living room is stunning. Perfect setup for skiing with a family or friends as you walk out of the backdoor and are on the run. Not to mention, the personalized service from the concierge at the Treehouse. Truly a a 5-star experience!

My group loved this house! Being right on the slopes was the perfect experience for us. Not having to get the kids and gear into a van in the morning and sit in traffic trying to get to the slopes was a huge luxury. The house was well set up, too. There's a great game room and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. The views are amazing, too! I will be staying in this house again. Highly recommend.

If you want the perfect Tahoe getaway, rent this home! It is pure luxury. Every detail in the home has been well thought out. The home has an immaculate view and the most upscale amenities. A perfect location and walkable to a recreation center that has a pool table, a fire place, pool and comfortable space to play games and hang out! The home is warm and cozy. The space is perfect for a large group of family or friends. The hot tub and fire pit outside are the icing on the cake. Not only was the house perfect but the management company is the *best* I've ever worked with; friendly, flexible, thoughtful and helpful. Book your stay here!

This cabin is fantastic -- great location, beautiful home, and great views. We went with our family of 4, plus 2 couples and their 2 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a well-stocked kitchen for meals in. The family room and kids play area were nice touches. I also like that the cabin is located near the Treehouse (the neighborhood clubhouse), which provides free drinks and snacks during the weekends, as well as yoga and exercises classes. The free shuttle service around Northstar also is a bonus. We will definitely be back!

This house is awesome! We will be coming back soon! Having ski-in / ski-out access was a great feature for our group. Especially with the all of the snow we had! We loved having our own hot tub and the amenities at the clubhouse. The house has incredible views and is beautiful on the inside. The service from Equity Residences was top knotch. You will love this place.

This house has everything you could want for a beautiful ski weekend. Being able to take our 8 year old daughter right out the back door onto a non-intimidating run was a great way to get her going on skis. The home's interior is lovely. I loved reading on the sofa in front of the fireplace and the kitchen table is beautiful. They obviously put a lot into decorating this home. Very high end.

house worked very well and well equipped. There were a few things that needed repair, and the gondola right outside the windows was an issue. The main disappointment is that it was advertised as ski-in/ski-out. There was a trail that an experienced skier could have used except that part of it was roped off. Using it could have subjected one to having his lift ticket pulled.

Amazing view. Amazing set up. Access to a shuttle and a large heated pool. One of our favorite places to stay.

The house itself is really nice. What was disappointing was the quality of the mattresses, pillows and bedding in all bedrooms. The living area had a rug that shed all over the place (we were covered in synthetic fibers) and the furniture was scant and super low quality. There wasn’t enough seating for our entire family if we all wanted to hang out in the upstairs seating area. The location is great - just a heads up that the house is incredibly close to the Ritz Gondola so if you are in the master bedroom or living room/kitchen area you have little privacy as everyone peeks in while they pass only feet away and eye level in the gondola. I would only stay again if furnishings were changed.

We spent a lovely weekend with two other families in this great property. It is spacious and yet so cozy! Stocked with tons of games and amenities for both adults and kids, including a pool table. We loved the wall of glass doors/windows in the great room that opened up completely to let the outside air in and make the room feel like an outdoor space, with incredible mountain views as icing on the cake. We enjoyed the Tree House next door complete with gym, swimming pool, hot tub, vintage video games, complimentary drinks and snacks and a sports court. The Tree House felt very exclusive and was never crowded. The basketball hoops are adjustable to a lower height, which was a huge hit with the 6 and 9-year olds in our group and kept them entertained for hours. But the best part is that the court is visible from inside the house so I was able to keep an eye on the kids while indoors enjoying a glass of wine! We ventured out to the beach in Tahoe Vista, which boasted warm waters and breathtaking views of the mountains on the South Shore, and rented a boat to water ski and inner tube in the serene Donner Lake. It was a glorious weekend full of memories and so hard to leave!

Just got back from our two night stay at this residence and it was amazing!!!! The house is HUGE- and the views are incredible. My kids loved the game room (and the giant bean bag). The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit. We also used the pool at Treehouse. We walked to the Ritz (Under 10 mins) to take the gondola to the village and back- it was free!! We went there to relax and that's exactly what we did. Mary, the onsite manager was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The booking manager Laura was quick to respond to all my inquiries. I only have one small issue- Saturday was a really hot day and night and the house did not have AC. We opened the Garage door, the big sliding glass door and all the windows to let the house cool. Not an issue but a little inconvenient. Sunday was much cooler, so we used the hot tub and the fire pit. Mary told us that the management firm ordered fans and blinds and they were going to be installed soon. The grocery store (Safeway) was a good 25 minutes for the house, so we picked up items before we got there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Definitely going to come back- hopefully sooner than later.

Wow. The house is a brand new uber-modern luxury residence with killer views of the mountains. The house has everything...hot tub, fire pit, steam shower, gourmet kitchen, and game room. And, you get access to the Tree House private club in Mountainside. We used the pool there and the gym and hung out in the private lounge..great perk! The only downside is that it is a long drive to a grocery store from the house! But, the house manager stocked the fridge for us before we arrived...another nice perk! I can't wait to back during ski season as the house is sitting right on a ski run and it looks like you can step right off the deck onto the run!
