Great location, walkable to #7 lift, first floor, 10 minute walk to central Telluride. Unit was well stocked with extra towels, kitchen supplies. Perfect for 2 people.

We had a wonderful time in Telluride and Kevin’s property was the perfect location. An easy walk to lift 7 or a bit longer to the gondola, made it easy to stay without a car. Everything was exactly as pictured with all of the essentials required. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was great. Nothing was missing and it was quiet. It's a pretty short walk to lift seven and you can walk to everything in town. I would recommend it for two people or a couple in the bedroom and one other person.

We spent 6 days here with our teenage son and it was GREAT. The pictures actually don't do it justice... it was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect with a short walk to the lifts, gondola and town.!

Roomy, convenient, clean condo. Just minutes from grocery store and 1 minute walk to the bus stop! Owner gives detailed instructions and maps. I would highly recommend this place.

The 1 bedroom was spacious, clean, and cozy. Had everything we needed. Owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. Location is walking to distance the Clark’s market (in my opinion the best in town), wine mine (a little gem), and Lift 7. One note for owners, there’s not enough mirrors for my vanity! A full length on one of the the doors would have been appreciated LOL. My family had one of the best ski trips of our life. Absolutely would recommend.

The communication provided by the owner was great. The condo was nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed, and the location was in walking distance to town. We were a little worried about overnight parking at the property the first night as the Blues Festival was taking place and town was crowded. We parked in the nearby public lot during the first day (a short walk from the condo), and we were lucky to secure street parking in the neighborhood after 6 PM as the public lot does not allow overnight parking. However, once the festival ended parking at the condo was not a problem. Overall it was a good stay in Telluride!

We rented this apartment for our visit to the Telluride Jazz Fest. It met all our needs and expectations. It was close to the bus stop for the free bus that took us around town and to the shuttle. It was also close to a gourmet grocery store and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner left us good instructions and local recommendations. If we come back to Telluride we would stay there again.

Everything was perfect! We loved the ease of access to the town and we walked everywhere! This condo had everything we needed! Great Stay! we hope to return. One thing to ponder on is assigning actual parking spots to each condo.

This condo is really cute, clean, and comfy. The only problem is that there is very limited parking and people will double park and block you in. Other than that the place was great!

Telluride Ski Trip
We had a fantastic trip. The condo was very comfortable and the location was convenient to the grocery store, chairlift 7, liquor store, and downtown Telluride. My husband really appreciated the ski boot drier. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants around town and also a travel issue we had during our trip.

this was a roomy and very nice condo, it had to be more than 500 sq ft. The bed and hide a bed were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had lots of extra small appliances. There is a Keurig and you might bring some pods.

Really nice 2 night stay in Telluride, but small
We really liked this rather small 1-BR place even though it is quite small. Hey, that's Telluride. Fairly centrally located and easy walk to everything, including skiing. Kudos for the well designed unit which had all the small stuff (e.g. white plates of various sizes, ice in the freezer, wine openers, soap in the shower, etc.) that drive you crazy when they're not there. Updated furnishings and comfy mattress is appreciated. Parking is an issue but worked for us as we grabbed the last spot.
Needed to communicate with owner regarding checkout details, and my call was promptly returned. Would definitely return which isn't always the case.

Location location
Park the truck, unload and don’t touch it until you leave. A 5 minute walk to lift 7 and all that the mountain has to offer. A 10 minute walk to the shops, bars, and every kind of dining experience you can imagine.

We enjoyed our stay.
Parking is tight, but was available, so not an issue for us. Carhenge is also VERY CLOSE, so you could easily park there for the day before checking in.
Market, food, chairlift all very close.
Would love a few more niceties in the kitchen (like non-teflon cookware!) but otherwise mostly complete with cooking utensils etc.

Ski getaway
Excellent, clean one bedroom condo with kitchen. Convenient location to market, liquour store, Lift #7, and town of Telluride. Its location was so convenient to many of the places that were important to us we didn't even use the town shuttle.

Fantastic condo close to the ski slopes
My dad and I visited Telluride for a week of skiing, and this condo was perfect for us. It has one large bedroom with a king size bed and a pullout queen size bed in the living room, plus a twin sized air mattress. The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything you'd need to make a home cooked meal. The grocery store, Clark's, is about a 2-3 minute walk, and the nearest ski lift is about that far, too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again--fantastic!

Super close to the chair lift, walking to town was 5-10min great not to have to drive a car everywhere, had 31IN of snow which was great!

Congenial Host, Excellent Location, All the Comforts
Perfect for a couple-wouldn't work for any more than that Not quite ski-in, ski-out but LIft 7 quite close and bus to the gondola even closer. Also convenient to major supermarket, Clarks which also has decent coffee.

My wife had dreamt of a ski trip to telluride, and with prices that best snowmass/aspen. You gotta save somewhere but without compromise. And this is the location. It’s a block from lift 7 which is a perfect depart from town to the village. Would definitely recommend if you’re trying to ski the world famous telluride at a reasonable price.

Quiet yet convenient
Telluride can be very congested, but this first floor condo is just on the edge of downtown so easy to walk anywhere or take the free town bus at the corner stop. The king bed is comfortable and the unit is quiet and looks out on a small creek. The condo bldg is behind other buildings so a little challenging to find the parking spaces. But overall, it is very clean, modernized and furnished with just about anything you may need doing your stay.

Great location. Great host.
This was the perfect home base for our days in Telluride. Parked the Jeep and never cranked it again until we left town. Easy walking to trails, restaurants and the gondola. Kevin was a very helpful host with great tips and insight.
