This property was great. Short walk to the beach, and they thought of the things a family with young children would need. The toddler pack N play was great for our 18 month old. They even had a monitor and a high chair for use. The pool toys were a hit with our sons as well. The property was very clean and working with Melissa, the property manager, was excellent. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a great time staying here! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and maintained well. The pool and spa were fantastic and made it easy to relax and unwind on our vacation. The location is great! Easy access to everything and an easy walk to the beach. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we’d love to stay here again on our next trip to the island.

The house was immaculate! We have stayed at several Marco properties and this was so clean, spacious, and walking distance to everything! You can walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and more! House was fully stocked with towels, beach toys, wagon, bikes, spices, paper products, etc.! The pool was also perfect! We hope to stay again!

Regular Marco house renter. This house and its location are amazing. Very clean and well taken care of. Also best stocked house we have stayed in. Property manager Melissa is very responsive. I highly recommend this property. Will book again.

This home is a fabulous rental with a 5 minute walk to the beach and is centrally located by so many great restaurants. The owners take meticulous care of their home, pool, and property. The pictures do not do justice because it is even better in-person compared to the photos on VRBO. There were so many supplies that is worth taking the time to check-in prior to going to the grocery store because most likely you will not need any kitchen supplies other than what you’re planning on cooking during your stay. The property manager immediately responds to any questions within seconds. We had an absolutely enjoyable time at this extremely clean and cared for property as a family of 3 with ample amount of room to spread out or hang out together. Thank you to the owners, Joan and John as well as the phenomenal property manager extraordinaire, Melissa Bohnsack. Great rental property. It is very well stocked and the property manager is very responsive to inquiries. Convenient location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay at this property the next time we are in Marco Island.
