We took two kids to Vegas for hiking (red rock canyon) and shows (O and David Copperfield). The host is friendly and helpful. The property is clean with amazing views. We would stay here again.

This property was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated, clean, great views and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are big, beautiful and comfortable..The kitchen is very modern, with high end appliances, but poorly stocked. Great location with easy and convenient walking access to the Aria and Cosmopolitan. Owner/host (Ford Brown) was very helpful, answered messages promptly and gave us great tips for our trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property with a group of 6 people max for comfort.

We loved they layout and location of the condo along with the smoke free environment. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped for our cooking needs as we anticipated and the furnishings are a bit tired.

Ford was great to work with and his place is amazing! For a family trip to Vegas, his place is perfect….felt like a real hotel/condo, and loved that we didn’t have to walk 1000 miles through a smoky casino with our kids! Would definitely recommend to others and excited to stay here again in the future!

Came into town for a bachelorette party and stayed at Vdara in one of Ford's suites. It was exactly as described online and in pics plus Ford was SO responsive and helpful! 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Ford!

It was as listed. No surprises. It was a perfect venue to have small social gathering and business meetings. Worked out great. The staff at the Vdara are very friendly and helpful. Other than check in being delayed, no other issues. Our host got a fair credit on our spending at Vdara to offse tthe delayed checkin.

The other reviews of this property are pretty spot-on. This is a phenomenal penthouse with views of the Strip, mountains, and other parts of the city. The host was fantastic and communicate well and timely during our entire stay. Everything you will need to enhance your stay is available, and the entire hotel is non-smoking and quiet, which is an added plus. This is a highly recommended location and a wonderful opportunity to experience the Las Vegas Strip without the noise and smoke of the casinos, and without experiencing any high resort fees. You will be excited to reserve this property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Clifford was the best! We'll definitely be back.

The property is very unique because it has terrific views of Las Vegas from 240 degrees, which is very rare. The suite was as advertised and the owner was very responsive and helpful....

The condo was extremely nice.

The condo is beautiful. We ran out of Keurig cups. there was no dishwasher soap and being on the strip, there was no easy way to purchase supplies.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect!

When we arrived at 4pm, I was told the suite wasn’t ready for checkin due cleaning. Checkin was supposed to be at 3pm but we had to wait in the lobby till 7pm to checkin. The front desk was not very helpful and made it clear they are only there to checkin the guest and provide keys. They have very little control of the room situation. I did contact the owner Ford, he was very nice and got back to me right away. He made some calls to the hotel in effort to fix the situation. The hotel suite is as described very nice with beautiful views. I did find in the kitchen cabinet and dirty syringe cap which I took a picture of and sent to the the owner. I believe he reported it to the hotel management. Guest services were non existent. When we arrived there was no Valet or Bellman to take the bags up to the room and the same at departure. We were in Vegas to enjoy the nightlife, if you slept in till mid day Housekeeping would never pick up the phone. We washed our own towels and bought cleaning supplies for cleaning. We have stayed at the Vdara several times and never had this kind of problem. I assume it’s due to Covid and maybe the lack of staff. We did have a good time, the suite was beautiful and the owner Ford was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was late and staff was extremely unhelpful. Cake was delivered to bell desk they never called me and bell desk closed. Unfriendly staff day one. Check out staff very nice.

Wonderful Stay!

One of many best stays in Vegas. Highly recommend if you like a great view of Vegas and a first class experience. Host was awesome also. I hope to do a repeat soon. And if you like the Raiders.... Perfect view of the brand new Allegiant Stadium ! Thank you for the amazing experience!

The accommodations were perfect. The property is great. The room was exactly as described. Clean, plenty of dishes and glasses available. Nice appliances. A stones throw from the Aria, the Vdara is a great place to stay. No casino, no crowd, no smoke.

Location, views, cleanliness all great. Unit is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Love the vdara.

Ford was very easy to work with. Check in took a few minutes, but we were aware of that prior to check in. Condo is a penthouse with windows on three sides. Amazing views. Condo is very well equipped. This is definitely a 5 star VRBO. Very easy to get to Bellagio, Aria, MGM and the strip. Went to a Knights game at T-Mobile arena and just took the free monorail from the property. I would highly recommend. Great for groups up to 7.

The property Really was extra special, had All the amenities anyone would require and had space in abundance! The owner Ford Brown Was super helpful at every stage of the process and I would highly recommend anyone to use his service! Five star all the way and then some!

Everything was perfect for our stay. Its nice to stay in a non casino but still have access with a short walk to Aria. The views from the penthouse are amazing and it had pretty much everything we needed. Ford was super easy to communicate with as well.

Stunning corner penthouse. Private with none of the noise, commotion, smokiness associated with a casino. Hassle free check in and out. Free parking with valet. Great pool and hot tub. Staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A very nice penthouse, the owner was helpful and nice, sent me multiple emails about this property. Nice view, clean room, very high-end. Worth the price, will come back.

We had an event to attend at the Bellagio so we ended up staying here instead. It was perfect. No loud casino, no smoking and off the strip yet close enough to all the action. We loved it and will be back.
