We had trouble getting in every time using door key. TV did not work. We heard gun shots so we checked out a day early. I wouldn't stay there again we. didn't like the neighborhood.

Everything listed was accurate. Location is very convenient to downtown New Orleans and uno Lakefront arena! Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great place to stay with a pet. Fenced in yard on a street that is safe to walk any time day or night. Very clean cottage and plenty of room for two people.

Was perfect, great yard for doggie guest, quiet walkable neighborhood. Convenient shopping and access to downtown. Uber/Lyft drivers impressed with neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The rooms were comfortable and the courtyard was lovely.

Coming back to this cottage again made our vacation in NOLA so much nicer because we already new the lay of the land and the cleanliness of the place made us feel so at home!!. Michael always hands on for anything with a laugh and great advice on restaurants and surrounding area. So much better than staying in a hotel!! We are looking forward to our next visit already! We stayed here during a cross country move (after leaving our house but before travel) and this space was perfect. It had everything a traveler could want, and as a bonus there was a lovely outdoor covered patio. We enjoyed using the kitchen and we appreciated the laundry facilities. The hosts are friendly, communicative and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

The neighbors were nice, the accommodations were nice. Michael was awesome. The neighborhood was close to the fun, but felt safe. The only minor downside was the bed/couch in the livingroom was uncomfortable to sit on for visits. We would 100% recommend this place.

This property was great to bring our dogs to. The only thing I would say is to maybe get a chair for the livingroom. The day bed does not provide comfortable seating.

Felt like a real retreat. We didn't use it but nice to have a full kitchen. We loved the covered patio. Jasmine and begonias smelled wonderfull in the yard. A bird and butterfly haven. Michael was very nice and easy to deal with. Thank you!!!

It was quaint. Very nice small house. Owner was available when called on for few wifi issues. Location was convenient enough. Nice neighbors. Very cozy outdoor area. Wonderful nutmeg smell in the patio area, and i never figured out which plant it was...Id surely stay again. Only issue was, needs curtains for privacy in living room. We hung towels at night over windows. Nice match stick blinds and decor though...good value. Pretty place. Thank you and I loved it.

This is a great place to stay in New Orleans. It is very safe, looks just like the photos, has a beautiful yard to enjoy with a shaded area with seating, great for a dog, and with very gracious and generous hosts. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the unit is very clean with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. The host has fantastic restaurant recommendations and NOLA has the best food. It is a short 20-minute drive to the French Quarter where we went to the New Orleans School of Cooking for a cooking class that was fun and delicious. We highly recommend this unit and the hosts. Thank you!

Michael was a great host! When we had questions he responded to messages right away. We tried several of the restaurants he recommended and they were all great local spots to eat. The cottage was a great spot for us to stay while visiting New Orleans.

We will definitely rent this again when we return! VERY safe neighborhood!

The cottage is located in the backyard of a larger home that is also a rental. Not only is it spacious and clean, it's also only 13 mins from the French Quarter and has everything you need to truly feel at home. Full kitchen stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker and coffee/ creamer. The outdoor space has a large, comfortable sitting area overlooking a beautiful backyard. Parking and entry to the cottage are very convenient as they are fully paved. There is a 24-hour market and donut shop just minutes away. I will definitely be booking this cottage along with the main house the next time in im Nola.

Upon arrival to property you realize your driving thru sone questionable areas of town. When we located address we saw nothing that resembled the pictures we had seen. After calling the owner we realized the place was a group of “cottages” with multiple people on property. We thought we would be by ourselves with our dogs. There was no couch as pictured. Instead it had been replaced with a squeaky and uncomfortable daybed unsuitable for sitting and watching tv. Kitchen was tiny. Bathroom was especially small. There was no luggage rack so I had to get on floor to get my clothes out of suitcase and then put my makeup on in kitchen. Barstools at kitchen counter was only eating area and barstools in picture had been replaced with stools with no backs and too high to get legs under counter. Wifi and tv were sketchy at best and worked for two of four days we were there. Water faucet in kitchen leaked all over place. Grass finally got mowed late Monday evening. The Manager asked what he could do and we told him give us our money back. He laughed. Light bulbs were out all over. Not pleasant. Then the neighbor yelled at me because he had two huge dogs that were right on the privacy fence and my dogs barked when they were out to pee. He screamed that he lives there and did not ask to be by a b and b. He told me I was a guest and take my dogs inside. When we told the manager he chuckled. Not funny for me. We may never do a VRBO again. The cottage was a converted storage building.

Just minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and convenient. Michael was great was very informative about some unknown locations in the area. Will definitely stay here again very soon!

Overall a good stay, accurate listing, clean overall, neighborhood is average, quiet area overall.

The place was great. Safe. Clean and it was very comfortable. The shower is amazing! The fenced yard was the cherry 🍒 on top. My dogs loved it! 10-15 minutes to the French Quarter. Everything is close from this property.

Perfect size for a couple, within great distance to everything including the french quarter. Neighborhood was very nice and safe. Dog friendly, my dogs loved it. House had everything we needed for the stay. Will definitely be coming back and we recommend it to anyone looking to have fun in New Orleans.

We were happy with our stay and would happily return. Great location. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio, but would suggest a fan be made available (mosquitoes were a nuisance at times).

We loved the location of this property. It was within walking distance to a bus stop and we were able to get downtown, and also the owner left some great tips for driving downtown. Good food suggestions. Only complaints would be that the place while mostly clean, there are a few places that look like they haven't been touched in a while. Tops of photo frames, and vent grills for A/C were dirty. Some of the walls could use a good cleaning, or a new paint job. These are minor things. Overall, the property is very cute, and was very comfortable for my family of 4. The washer and dryer was a nice perk, so we could take clean clothes home instead of having to do laundry upon returning home. I would recommend this property, I just hope they do a spring cleaning on some of the overlooked spots that can stand out if you are looking around. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice area to stay in, no issues at all with location. It was a cheap Lyft about anywhere we wanted to go, would stay here again if visiting the area.
