This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we really like this place. The unit is perfect and the resort has a ton of amenities. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent location next block over from the Las Vegas Strip Basically a spacious 2 bedroom apartment Host is an excellent communicator and we were very pleased with the service. Check in at front desk was a breeze.

Really good room, nice location right next to Topgolf and the strip. Only issue we had was several key cards and wristbands to get into the room didn't work.

Everything was exactly as shown on VRBO. The host has great communication skills and great customer service. I recommend renting from this host if you appreciate professionalism and cleanliness.

We had a trip that included our 2 daughters ages 7 and 12 there was plenty for both the kids and the adults, including a theater and game room 3 pools one opened 24/7 and an adult only pool.

Everything was outstanding, from the host contacting me to our checkout! Definitely will stay here again.

I love the Wyndham experience, with all the amenities, and comforts of home.

We used this condo as homebase for a trip to national parks and state parks. This was a FANTASTIC unit. We loved how spacious it was. With two adults, two teens, we never felt on top of each other. The pool and staff here are fantastic. Hands-down the friendliest people ever! So great to have a washer and dryer in unit. They even have BBQ grills for guest use. It is an easy walk to the strip if you cut through MGM parking garage/underground access and then the casino. We made wonderful memories on this trip! I wish it had been made more clear that toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap was provided-we had purchased those for our use before check in.

Very clean and helpful staff. Property was big had great amenities. Definitely going back!

We enjoyed our stay with this booking. The suite was very spacious for our group of 7. When we needed extra towels or soap the resort delivered in a timely fashion. The suite was set up with all the dishes we needed to cook in the room. The only downside of this resort was the walking distance from the strip to the resort after shuttle hours. We made the mistake to carry grocerys on the long walk one day but discovered the Instacart delivery app for the other grocery needs. We very much enjoyed the 24 hour pool in tower 3 and utilized it every day. This place is a great stay and The owner Matt communicated very well with us and we had no problem with checking in and out.

This place is located in a great area, close to the airport and the strip! It has a pool and fitness center as well on location.

The owner was great to work with. No lack of communication and overall the property was very well kept.

Great place for a family

Not too far off the strip and the price is great.

My stay was great however I was disturbed that it was never disclosed to me that I had to pay a $150 resort fee upon checking in. I feel that this type of information should be shared with the guest upon booking.

Had another great stay at the Wyndham. It is an easy venue to get in and out of unlike so many casino hotels now. Great staff and well appointed rooms!

This property was GREAT - Matt was quick to respond and the property owners made it easy to check in/out. Location was perfect, exactly between The NFR and the Strip.

I traveled with my family, and we were super comfortable and could spread out. This property had everything we needed, and the manager responded to any questions very fast. It's only a 15 minute walk to the strip, so we ended up leaving our car at the resort for the free parking.

Excellent property. Many amenities. Impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. Staff at the Wyndham was gracious and accommodating. Family of five had plenty of room. The free shuttle to the Strip was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed everything about the property except the check in process. They pressure you to go to their sales presentation.

The condo itself was perfect. Stocked with everything you need. Dishes, washer and dryer, laundry detergent and stove etc. The beds were comfortable and the locked door felt like a separate room. The location is not too far from the strip and they have a shuttle to bring you. If you use it. The pools are amazing and the adult pool with a bar is perfect. My biggest complaint would be the check in process. After check in you are directed to a "Welcome Booth". The sales people there do NOT take no for an answer. We politely declined and they became very pushy and I felt attacked. Outside of that, during our stay a room flooded and they had the dehumidifier going all day and night. Not only was it loud and hard sleep but the smell was terrible. They also had construction starting at 7 AM the rooms above us. These would be my biggest complaints Overall, the room itself is great and could easily fit 8 people.

Such a lovely property, beautiful pool area, great family atmosphere, stocked with full amenities! We had such a wonderful weekend with absolutely no complaints!

This was perfect for the 4 day vacation. I appreciated the laundry and soap, no dirty clothes to take home. We also made a couple of meals there, dishwasher was awesome. We wanted to grill but the 4 were very busy. It is about a half mile away from the strip and also campus which was a beautiful run one morning. Definitely recommend to families!
