Heres what my wife had to say- We had to book this last minute to save us from a disaster of another booking. I was ready to go home at that point. Mr. Garcia and his wife not only took the time to get the condo ready for us a bit early, but was the most kind man in ensuring we would be confortable staying at his condo after what we had gone through. This condo was beautiful! Clean and confortable, stocked with towels and toys, with an amazing view! Mr. G truly saved our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend and book with him again. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

Condo was extremely clean and great for our family. Very spacious for our party of 4. Views were amazing from the balcony. Highly recommend renting from owners when staying at this condo. We love the ease of being at the beach and highly recommend the food at Schooners restaurant next door.

We decided last minute to book a much needed vacation, we have stayed at Seychelles two other times before so we’re looking there exclusively. The Garcias were awesome hosts. They met us at check-in with the necessary information…plus unexpected items a bottle of wine and a couple of beers for the adults, bottles of water and Jelly Belly’s for our daughter. Property owner met us upon arrival. Very kind and welcomed us. He showed us around and even had water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. He also called to check on us midweek. Cleanest condo i’ve ever stayed in and i’ve been coming to PCB for years. Highly recommend.

Wonderful time at Seychelles!
I visited here with my daughter and four grandchildren. We loved the condo- it is beautiful and the facility is right on the beach. The owner is so friendly and gracious, we all enjoyed meeting him. We definitely want to stay here again!

Nice place
Owner was extremely polite and the place was really nice. Only complaints are the shower in the hallway is pretty slippery and both of my kids fell, one busting his lip; the panel on the washer/dryer falls off easily, but the owner was quick to come by and fix it; and the wifi is password protected. I asked a few times for the password, but was never given it. Everything else was nice though.

Great Stay with a Great Host/Property Owner

Beyond expectations
Chon was a pleasure to do business with! There were no issues with the condo, whatsoever! It met every expectation we wanted. The ocean view was breathtaking every morning, with dolphin views daily! The closet had some unexpected beach gear, which we contributed a beach chair and umbrella to the next vacationers as well! We will definitely reach out to Chon for our next PCB stay! Thank you!
