3 flights of stairs every time I wanted to go out. unable to connect to the internet!

the location was very good. ideal for tourism. very close (15 min away) from the Boston common and public garden. a lot of restaurants and shopping stores close to the studio.
we had to shower with cold water during fall (very cold) because the were no instructions to use the shower, not easy to guess. when I communicate with them they explained to me. we found a spider in the shower. the bathroom is tiny, and there were no elevators, so if you bring heavy luggage is going to be super difficult to go upstairs. luckily we only bring a backpack.

Location is excellent - great choice of food and retail, well connected. size was good - definitely bigger than a hotel room.
Shower was temperamental- hot water took a while, on one of 3 mornings we had cold water only.

Location was perfect right in Newbury St. in the center of Back Bay, the best area to be in a short stay in Boston. Easy to get to from Back Bay train station.
Check in process was perfect, this could be a standard everywhere: we got all the information we needed via email, some hours before the check in we received instructions and codes to open the front door and our apartment door. We received also contact numbers to call in case of need, but we didn't have to use them.
Room was exactly as advertised, a great place to rest after a day walking. We didn't have any unpleasant surprise. A pleasant surprise was complimentary coffee and water bottles (even though tap water is drinkable and can be found all around walking in Boston).
Bed was comfortable, though I think we'd prefer a firmer mattress.
Bathroom could be bigger and have ventilation. For a short stay we didn't mind.
Our room was 4 floors up with no elevator. We didn't care and we enjoy walking, and this was advertised, so not a surprise. Just mentioning so that Booking don't think my review is too short.

The location was fantastic - shopping, restaurants, coffee shops...we love Newbury street!
There was a coffee pot, refrigerator, dishes and utensils + there's Delucas market right outside the door to the left! A bit pricey but very interesting stuff for a small market!
The only thing we really didn't like was the four flights of stairs up with our luggage. Going down was definetly a lot easier lol...Could've used a bit more cream for coffee and a bigger bathroom but we only stayed one night so it was fine.
We, also, couldn't get the tv to change channels?

The location was AMAZING, the price was reasonable, and it was safe. I felt comfortable by myself.
It was a little dated and the vents weren't cleaned well but for the price, I wasn't offended.

Location was ideal for our first trip to Boston. We really enjoyed the city. Apartment was Convenient for all sights and subway. Area had lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment clientele were very quiet/ respectful of patrons. The bed was comfy. There was a wide selection of supermarkets locally.
We booked to stay for a week and I did expect to have at least a towel change (spare towels in the closet) There was very little in the hospitality basket - two tea bags and 2 coffees. We travelled USA for 3 weeks and were delighted with the quality of the hospitality we found. There was also a lot of Construction/road works going on at night. - not the fault of the property obviously. As regards the staff question above - The only contact we had was when I asked for information regarding luggage storage for our departure day as our flight was not till late afternoon. I was told they would email me a list of storage facilities in the area but I never received same. However I did google and found one directly across the road .

I liked the location/view, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was fairly quiet
The bathroom was very small and without any storage or shelving, things constantly fell through the wire shelves in the shower, one of the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work, the lighting was dim, and there were only two large bath towels,
