We absolutely loved everything about this house and location. Stunning views of Canandaigua Lake and hills. Sunrise and Sunset just stunning. So many amenities, fireplace, fire pit, pool table and beautiful large deck with a grill and tables and chairs to enjoy the view while you eat. There is also a great swimming pool but not open this time of year. The kitchen was gorgeous with hi tech appliances. Will definitely be back and the hosts were fantastic to work with. Also pet friendly so that was a major plus for us!

If you're looking for a unique property to release your worries and clear your mind...this is the place! As it is written, you must have a AWD/4WD vehicle and I will tell you "that's the truth!" Without this type of vehicle, you'll not reach this beautiful property. I'm in my mid 70s + use a cane and/or treking poles while walking, etc. + I found this home was accessible for me.. there is a main floor master bedroom w/bath. The two other bedrooms (both with a full bath) were on different levels of the home. All were fully accessible for me + my guests. This property offers the peace + tranquility that is truly needed in our present lives... I was a guest from Monday 4pm check in - Wednesday 10 am check out. During this short stay I witnessed a beautiful pink sunrise sky, a star show, an early a.m. greeting by dear roaming around the apple trees, pure silence + all the other sounds a secluded property could offer. These experiences are hard to have when living in the city but at this property, you'll feel like you won the lottery!! This property had been well designed... great inground pool (a short distance from the home) with a very comfortable furniture grouping allowing you to enjoy as much time as you wish; the firepit area was designed so that you could view and enjoy the property from a different perspective while sitting around the fire; and lastly the hot tub was the cherry on top! It was a delightful stay...DO IT! You won't be disappointed. R+ to owners!

Beautiful as advertised. View awesome,plenty of area fir the grandkids to play,we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. The pool table was a great source of fun for all. The road up to house is in need repair.

The house and property were amazing and exactly what my family needed for our annual vacation together. We had an easy time entertaining ourselves with a heated pool, large private lawn for games, hot tub, and pool table inside. The owners were clear with instructions and easy to get ahold of if needed.

Truly an amazing property. House is as described but pictures do not do it justice. We had perfect weather and used the pool and hot tub daily. Had a few minor issues and owners were prompt to respond. Detailed information when checking in was very helpful. Do not let the warnings about the driveway deter you but all wheel or 4 wheel drive is a must. We hope to return someday

We wanted to visit the finger lakes and this cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed for our week of fun. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing.

The setting is fabulous! We enjoyed a very relaxing week even though the weather was not cooperative! The house was well maintained and more than roomy.Gary and Annie were extremely helpful and responded quickly to address any questions.

Myself and three other guys came in for a golf weekend during the PGA championship. Although the house was 45 minutes to an hour from the action, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend some downtime and just unwind from our busy normal days. The view is amazing of the lake, the backyard is exceptionally manicured, and the house did not leave attention to detail! We were close enough to a small town in order to get provisions but other than that it seemed it was set an a location to offer a very relaxing weekend or weekdays for whoever chooses to stay here. Of course we are from Texas and are used to humidity and high temperatures. This area proved to have exceptional weather, except for one day of rain, which was a cold front that came through but we took advantage of the downtime and just relaxed. I highly recommend staying at this property! The owners were very informative prior to arrival, and they were merely a text message away for any questions that we had. First class service for a first class location!

Eagles Nest is a beautiful place with everything you want in a vacation home. There is plenty of open space, lovely views, and a home that has all that you need for a delightful stay. Amy and Gary were wonderful and helpful in answering all our questions after we arrived (like how do you turn on the lights in the living room? Answer, the switches to the left of the fireplace!) Anyway, the only negative was there was no heat in the downstairs. This time of year, it was impossible to utilize the area. I do not think this would be a problem in the summer. The driveway is quite steep, and best traversed with a 4WD/AWD. But once you get there, the place is fabulous! The town of Naples is close by with plenty of interesting things to do there. We hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool (which looks lovely!!).

We loved the open feel of the home. Plenty of space. Each bedroom with dedicated bathrooms sure came in handy. We had no problem getting up or down the driveway! Annie was very accommodating and available. One consideration: Some of kitchen pots and pans are a little worn out. If you are going to do a bunch of cooking, you might consider bringing critical pans of your own.

Our family had a wonderful fall weekend in this great spot with a commanding view of Canandaigua Lake. The property is well maintained with all the amenities you really need. Far enough away from the city lights to offer an amazing view of the stars and quiet enough to hear the falling leaves. Check it out!

Annie and Gary’s home will not disappoint! The views are peaceful and stunning. Loved having our daily morning and evening visits by 2 deer families. The pictures of this home are spot on. Three bedrooms to choose from for a good nights sleep. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is a must. Thanks again Annie for a wonderful week spent in your home. My daughter was totally surprised by my visit! Thanks for making that possible!

Gorgeous home with an equally gorgeous view. We brought three dogs that were able to live their best life on this property.

My family of 4 spend a week at this great property we loved the private location and the house met all our needs-we grilled-we made fires and enjoyed peaceful swims-we also were thrilled that the owners were dog friendly as we brought 2 dogs who also loved their get away-we hiked-toured wineries and the highlight was 3 total amateurs horse back riding-we hope to come back sometime in the future and thanks to the owners for sharing your tranquil paradise-Gregg-Colleen-Brynn-Drew

Excellent all around stay! House has everything you need!

This was our second year in a row staying here, and we had another amazing vacation! Super isolated and peaceful, and the pool was amazing! It's just a short ride in either direction to great restaurants or to the local beach. We will gladly return in the future. Thanx again!

The house was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the pool was great for laps or just cooling off! The descriptions of the house and property were accurate. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Would totally come again!

The owners of this home clearly take care of this amazing property! They gave us detailed instructions. The house, pool and property were so clean and well organized! The decor was amazing as well. We had a girls weekend getaway and this spot was PERFECT ! 20 minute drive to local yoga and wineries for tastings ! Stunning view of the sunrise on the lake. I have already recommended this property to friends and family for future use. The Brinks were available via text and email for all concerns that we had! (Of note: they DID NOT lie about the driveway. Would absolutely not attempt the gravel driveway without AWD or 4WD). A local grocery store allowed our guests with rental cars to park there for the weekend.

We cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation! A beautiful, very private setting, nine secluded acres mostly wooded, balanced by the unbelievable views of the lake and paired with the well appointed house overlooking the valley; tastefully designed, comfortable bedrooms and baths, ample communal living spaces, great outdoor decks, perfectly fitted modern kitchen with a pantry, awesome island, great appliances. Clean, efficient, everything is special, all details are just right. So many cozy spots to relax in. Great internet speeds and TV watching options. We stayed 7 nights, fortunate to experience snow to start with and summer temperatures in the end; loved every moment, it was actually hard to leave the property. Quite a few outings took us to the wine trail just few minutes away, the nearby towns with numerous options for dining and shopping. We were a small party for this big house, 3 adults and 2 dogs. My elderly father joined us, and it is important to say that the first floor was perfectly suited for him. After the entrance (3 steps), the entire first floor is open and easy to navigate with a walker; dad took the principal bedroom on the same floor and loved spending time on the deck. And the dogs were in heaven! Summer stays would also come with the large in-ground pool. We found the driveway very easy to use driving a 4x4 with a small trailer behind. To conclude, this is a beautiful place that makes for the perfect vacation spot if you are looking to relax, disconnect, spend time outdoors, away from everything, but close to many attractive activities. The house is gorgeous with amazing views! Annie and Gary are very thoughtful and caring hosts and have prepared the house preempting the needs of all types of guests from kids to pets! Had one of the most relaxing vacations ever!

This was a perfect place for my two children and their spouses to stay with my husband and me for my other child's wedding nearby. Each bedroom having its own bath was so convenient! The kitchen was also very well stocked. Fortunately we all had 4 wheel or all wheel drive, which is definitely required. The view is gorgeous. Would be amazing in the summer with the use of the pool. Very nice place! Highly recommend.

It’s SO easy! From communication with property owner before renting to finalizing our checkout, the bar is quite high for another experience. The property pictures are accurate, it’s a beautiful location and a well appointed house/kitchen (my standards are high), from small appliances to grill tools, they even had a cast iron skillet! The drive way is a bit scary the first time or two, but quite manageable with AWD. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

My husband and I have visited the Fingerlakes several times, but it was our friend's first time. We found ourselves spending more time at the vrbo than not because it was such a nice escape! The entire property was private. The sunrise was a beautiful sight to see every morning and we thoroughly enjoyed our time next to the firepit in the evening. I would 100% recommend this property. It was very clean & accommodating. The check in/out procedure was completely painless and I only dealt with Annie, but she was a pleasure. We plan to visit again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Eagles Nest offers something for everyone!! Sunrise was spectacular, this is a quiet and private get-away with lovely amenities. Annie and Gary are super responsive hosts, and our family would highly recommend a stay here. Our only suggestion is to add two or three additional days to your stay, you’ll be glad you did!!
