The house is beautiful! Spacious and nicely decorated. Guests’ ages ranged from 12-92. It was great having two bedrooms on the main floor for those who cannot handle stairs. Our son spent every day fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a nice bonus too to go out and explore the lake. We only left a few times to go to the grocery store, play golf and to the jet ski rental spot, all only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

This is a great property located on the lake exactly as advertised on the site. Alfredo is a very receptive host who kept in touch and was available when we needed him- whether for local taxis or for how to operate the cable box. We were there for Masters' week so were not in the property a lot- so unfortunately did not use it to its full potential. The deck with chairs, the firepit in the back of the house or the seating area by the dock on the lake went largely unused but is there for anyone to use. The living area inside is generous, well lit and with a kitchen right there to make it very homely. The bathrooms were nice and clean with clean towels and sheets. We would love to come back here and use the place properly.

Very well equipped house ! Incredible lake view! You never know what you need at a vacation rental home. This home has it all and then some . The only negative is we couldn’t stay longer ! We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake .

My family just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. You couldn't ask for a better location on the lake. This area will not have boats speeding by, so you can relax as you swim around and enjoy the serenity. The house is lovely! There were 4 adults and one kid, and we had so much room. Here is my advice though. 5 nights was not enough time. That was our only mistake. There is so much to do in the area. We rented a pontoon boat for tubing, jets skis, kayaks etc. Heed my advice and book for at least a week. We would return in a heartbeat!!! I Highly recommend this beautiful house.

The property was everything as advertised and more. Alfredo was a great host, made himself available to answer any questions and provided a ton of helpful information about the area/things to do. The location was great, close to the sandbar if you’re renting a boat. We plan on going back next year!

Owner/property manager was very attentive. Property meets or exceeds the quality depicted in the photographs. Flat lot with friendly neighbors. Convenient to lots of Lake Oconee attractions. Nice separation of sleeping areas for larger families with children. Basement is a great space to entertain the kids when indoors.

Wonderful vacation at Lake Oconee! House was exactly as described and perfect for our group of (6) adults. Excellent communication throughout the process. Alfredo also offered up some suggestions which we took advantage of during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends!

Went with another couple. The home was perfect. Quiet in the winter which we loved. Lake is beautiful. The house is well equipped with summer gear for the lake and even extra propane tank for the grill which we definitely needed.

For the last 20 years, my mom, sisters, and I have gone on an annual girl’s trip to different places in the world. This year was obviously different and we were limited on where we could travel to. We chose Lake Oconee, since it is within driving distance of our home in Miami. Little did we know how perfect of a spot this was, at the exact time that we most needed a secluded vacation to disconnect from the stress of the world we are now living in. This home offers the most beautiful views of the lake at all hours of the day. The setup is very comfortable and offers entertainment options without the need to leave the property. There are two indoor entertainment areas with large, flatscreen Smart TVs. The bottom floor entertainment area also serves as a game room loaded with board games, a foozeball table, Xbox, etc. The outdoor fire pit is easy to use and great for making s’mores! We also took advantage of the surround sound system with outdoor speakers- perfect for a relaxing happy hour. The dock it’s outfitted with a table and chairs, and also recliners... we truly enjoyed that area the most. It offered a peaceful retreat for morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the early afternoon while enjoying beautiful views of the lake and the serene sounds of nature. In addition, all of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and three full bathrooms. Alfredo was THE friendliest host- he was available whenever we had a question and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot wait for our next visit and how others are able to enjoy this wonderful home!

We loved our stay here... a tranquil spot on the lake with a nice dock, fire pit area, and a beautiful deck overlooking the water. The house was clean, well stocked, and had a great layout! Alfredo was so helpful. We hope to be back!
