The home worked great for our group. We loved the large, well equipped kitchen, large dining table (easily fit our group of 13) and large outdoor hot tub and stream shower in master. Easy access to slopes by feee bus or 5 minute drive.

This was the perfect ski house for our group. The decor was perfectly “ski themes” without being tacky. Plenty of room to spread out- having en suite bathrooms in all the rooms made it so that no one felt like they had a “lesser bedroom.” The bunk rooms were adorable!

We definitely had an amazing time especially bc this property was just perfect. Modern, elegant, and luxurious. We enjoyed everything about this house!! Definitely worth every penny. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home in gorgeous Breckenridge. With 8 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room to spread out. Hiking trails into town were just a short walk away. The house had all the necessary amenities to feel like home.

We are three families that enjoy vacationing together with our adult children. This property is great for a large group. It is furnished beautifully and they have everything you need to entertain and cook for a large group. The view is spectacular!

Beautiful property. Spacious and classy decor. I put 4 stars for cleanliness bec expecting 12 people staying in a house having to keep the garbage in the garage is disgusting. The property should have 4 large bins lined up outside

We enjoyed house, it has everything that you need to enjoy vacation the only thing what bother us so much it’s not enough oxygen, we have to pay extra $600 to get us oxygen machine:(

This was our family’s first trip to Colorado. We are a family of 8 and this house had more than enough space for us! Absolutely beautiful! Close to town of Breckenridge, ski lifts, easy to find home nice neighborhood felt very safe staying here. Loved that the home was kid friendly, we had a wonderful time! I would definitely rate the home at a 10!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Location was fantastic, close to town, close to ski hills very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again! I gave the cleanliness a four star rating because it wasn’t vacuumed very well there seem to be a lot of tinsel left over from the previous people that stayed there. I would have vacuumed but I couldn’t find a vacuum! House had all supplies we needed for the kitchen with plenty of storage. One other problem we had was every once in a while there was a sewer smell they came through the house but after talking to several people ( locals) they said that happens quite regularly here it was quite unpleasant but there seem to be nothing anybody could do about it or that’s what we were told from people we spoke to. We did not call or notify the management about it. As I said before we would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you for making your Christmas vacation wonderful!

Beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi along with the fire pit and indoor / outdoor sound system! The master bed had an awesome steam shower and fireplace in suite and the living room had a spectacular view of the mountains with oversized comfortable furniture for all to gather. The elevator came in useful to move luggage from one floor to another and because of the elevation it’s easy to get winded on stairs so for us out of towners the elevator was helpful. The house is less then 10 minutes from downtown which definitely added value as well! Great choice for a large family with kids or a group of friends! The one thing I was disappointed with was that I was not able to rent a movie on t.v. There was an access code that is not given out to renters which makes it impossible to rent movies which is unfortunate. All in all it was everything I had hoped for and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large upscale log cabin type home in the mountains!

This home was absolutely perfect! We knew it would be amazing, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. The amount of detail and thought put into the home was beyond impressive. The kitchen alone made us want to cook at the house instead of eat out. The layout of the house was wonderful. The four master bedrooms gave each couple plenty of room, while the children were able to play xbox in their bunk room. The decor throughout the home was first class. This house exceeded our expectations in every area. We would LOVE to return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a first class property in Breckenridge.

Kayla Johnson and Pinnacle provided an unforgettable experience in Breck. We were greeted with the warmest welcome (even though a snowstorm hit as we drove in from Denver) and the amenities and attention to our reservation was unsurpassed. The home [Hawk's Hideaway] was gorgeous and worked extremely well for our group. We will definitely go back to Breck and use Pinnacle again and again!

We took our family - 8 adults and 8 grandkids. Best facility we have ever rented. The house is simply amazing - top of the line appliances, beautiful detail, convenient location, great views. For us, there were no negatives AT ALL!!! The kids asked if we were coming back again - my reply, "I sure hope so!" No one wanted to leave - just an all-around great home and great time! Our thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Hawks Hideaway is absolutely amazing. The house & views are spectacular in every way! We stayed February 4-12, 2017 and had the BEST family vacation ever! There's plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, at one point we had 15 family members & it never seemed crowded! Many happy memories were made around the outdoor fire pit after skiing & then fun times shared around the huge dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked and we found it was very easy to cook for a large group. We especially loved that there were two dishwashers! It's definitely a house we will return to next year! Shuttle service was very prompt & for the more expert skiers there is a 'ski in' trail. Thanks for sharing this absolutely beautiful house! Two suggestions... To better accommodate large groups it would be nice to have more than one trash can in the garage. Also, the rug on the concrete door in front of the hot tub area was very slippery.
