The condo was as advertised. Right in the heart of River Run, walkable to everything you need. Pinball was sooooo much fun! Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. Ground floor unit was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway.

Very nice place to stay. Played some pinball, took a swim, skied & relaxed. Good location to ski ABasin. Highly recommend it. The property management was helpful & prompt.

We had a nice stay and it was close to hikes. Comfortable bed, fans for comfort, very fun pinball machine. The pool, hot tub, and additional amenities were under construction so if you’d like to use those during your stay, I would check with owner before booking.

The property was perfect for our family. Easy access to the gondola, no need to take stairs or elevators inside the building, and the boys really enjoyed the pinball game!

The place and location was perfect! Couldnt ask for more. Everything was near. The only thing that disappointed me was the bedrooms were cold. heater weren’t working or maybe it was but not good heat and so we just left the fireplace on. And there was some left undies and clothes on drawers. Undies under the bed too. Other than that, everything was good and family enjoyed the vacation! So thank you.

The unit is clean, very cozy, and within a very short walking distance to the slopes and restaurants. The unit is very quiet and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Went for an extended weekend during the shoulder month of Sept to check out the fall foliage and getaway. The building and and River Run ski town was practically empty which left us with the pool and other facilities mostly to ourselves. Access to the pool was super convenient with this first floor corner unit. Pinball machine was an awesome little touch, which our kids loved!
There was some construction noise across the way but nothing that can be controlled.

We have stayed in the Buffalo Lodge before and it’s a great location!! We visit Keystone every August for the Keystone Bluegrass and Beer Festival and you can’t get much closer to Keystone Village than this. One of the drawing points for us was the pinball machine! My sons are 9 and 11 and loved it!! (My husband did too!) The unit is small, but had everything that we needed and the beds were comfortable. I liked being on the 1st floor so I didn’t have to drag my bags too far and the pool/hot tub were right there! I could hear people in the pool area on Saturday night when I was trying to sleep since the pool is on the other side of one of the bedroom walls, but I closed the window and turned on a sound machine and fell asleep just fine. Overall we enjoyed this unit!

This property is in a perfect location for connecting to the extensive bike paths and biking in Keystone. There is a game room and a lovely pool and hot tub on site. The beds were very comfortable. This was a perfect location to enjoy the last few days of skiing for the season at A-basin.

Beds were comfy. We brought a few minor maintenance issues to the attention of the owner but they didn’t impact our stay. Overall unit is as advertised and a good value.

My family stayed for a long holiday weekend and were all very happy with the location and amenities. We enjoyed being very close to the pool and hot tubs, and having easy access to the village. After a long day at the slopes, it was a relief to be staying so close and not having to trek very far with all of our equipment. We would definitely stay here again and hope to have the opportunity to visit again soon.

200meters from the lifts so if it was winter, that’ll be great. We visited in Sept so it was nice to walk 100meters to coffee, dinner, groceries and close to a lot of fun activities

Wonderful mountain getaway
We stayed at this location in Keystone for a couple nights and were very pleased with not only the location, but how well stocked the condo was and the responsiveness of the owner. The pinball machine was an added bonus and a hit with our kids (and my husband!). The kitchen is very well stocked and there's so many bonus items included for your use such as fans, humidifiers, and the pinball machine. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Property
We stayed in July, but this would be a great location for skiing as well. Close to the gondola and all the River Run restaurants. My son (and I) loved the pinball machine. I will definitely look for this unit every time I come to Keystone.

Great Spring Vacation
The room we stayed in had great access to the pool, restaurants, and shops for a family spring vacation. This area also has great access to some of the best ski areas in the world so within in twenty minutes from this location you can get a great view of the Rocky Mountains at it's best. Want to go to the best concert location on the planet? The Red Rocks Concert area is only an hour away. Would love to visit in the winter and ski. The beautiful lake Dillon is only minutes away!

First time staying in this area, was very nice. Condo was very clean and spacious. Very quiet. Was disappointed that the pinball game did not work!! That was one reason that I booked this room!! Someone came to look at it,but had no idea how to fix it.

Family Ski Trip
What an amazing property. The condo was clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. (Which I think lacks in a lot of rental places, but not this one!). You have a beautiful view of the. mountain and are literally right by the exit door to go to the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully next year when we come back to keystone.

Short Ski Trip
We had a great stay. The condo was close to everything in River Run (Gondola, restaurants, and shops). Excellent heated pool and hot tubs. We even took a day trip to Breckenridge by taking the bus that stops right outside the condo.

Nice but tight
Unit was very tight with large furniture in a small space. We all had to climb over furniture to sit down BUT the location was great! Heating in master never worked and we couldn’t find the said space heaters.

Great Condo for Skiing at Keystone!
Condo is really perfect for a Ski trip at Keystone. Short walk to the Gondola, views of the Gondola and Summit Chair. Cozy and super comfortable, everything works great, loved the Pinball machine, gas fireplace gives great heat, super shower heads. 1st floor is great as elevator is slow/busy. No concerns with noise. Heated garage was very nice. Will return for sure!

Loads of Fun
This is a great condo. Great location and hub for all the fun that Keystone has to offer. It is not even a block away from the town center where all the restaurants and stores are, but it isn't right downtown, so it is still relatively quiet. Underground parking was awesome. Pinball machine was awesome. Just barely missed inputing my initials for a high score. We loved the place and would definitely go here again. Thank you very much for a great ski trip, even if there really wasn't any snow. We had a blast.

Short Family Getaway
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and honestly we can’t say anything negative about this place. It was perfect for our little family and very close to lots of the fun things we wanted to do. We stayed during the off season so it felt like we had the town to ourselves and it was very easy to make this place feel like home for a short time. Thanks for allowing us to stay here. We will definitely come back here if we get the chance.
