Nothing like grabbing a cup of coffee and walking out the door onto the beach every morning for a long walk with your dog. It is a great beach with miles to walk. We stayed over the 4th of July and rarely crossed paths with others on the beach. This home is welcoming and comfortable. It is well appointed with everything you need (right down to a great selection of spices and stocked with foil, plastic wrap and wax paper). We prepared all of our meals at the home with ease. The home is dog friendly. We found the home clean throughout and without pet hair or smell. We found the bed comfortable and the furniture up to date. We will be back.

We stayed here a few years ago and were returning again on this trip. The house has everything you could need, the fireplace and hot tub are just frosting on the cake. Annie is a most gracious host. Stepping off of the porch puts you in the sand and you can't ask for more. Great place, great host.

Excellent beach location and pet friendly.

Our family stayed here for a few days during spring break. The house is so cozy! The beds are super comfy and the access to the beach is amazing. And we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Annie’s about 10 years ago for New Year,s Eve and really enjoyed it. So we came back and it is as wonderful as we remembered. It is cozy and has everything you could need for a long weekend. It is literally on the sand so very convenient for beach walks and burning energy for our lab mix. For being in a neighborhood, it is surprisingly quiet. Will definitely be back.

We really loved this place.It was so quiet, except for the wind and the rain. Has a wonderful view and we could catch the entire rainbows out the windows in the early morning. The neighbors we met all seemed really friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the fire eating crab and watching movies with little Zippy. My husband really like the tall chairs at the dining room table. He said it made him feel like a kid again while eating his pie, we are in our 60's.We forgot Zippies "midnight treats" so took the short trip to Rays Market to get some. They had the correct item and the cashier really seemed interested in how Zippy was doing. We also found his a red dot laser for him to play with. We will be returning in the future but will Thank you for having us. We had a great time.

Enjoyed hanging out at Annie's house, relaxing, cooking, and home base after many excursions with a soak in the hot tub. House is well maintained, cleaned, and with a well equipped kitchen. Pictures do not do justice to the wonderful view of the ocean and bridge.

Great little house in a fantastic location - right on the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Loved Annie's house and Annie and John. We enjoyed how close it is to the beach and ocean. Our dog had a blast chasing her Frisbee on the beach. The hottub was relaxing and the sun came out for us. The bed in the primary was sooo comfortable. We will be return customers!

If you want a great weekend on the Oregon Coast. This place can’t be beat!

My husband and I (and our dog, Ollie) had the best beach vacation at Annie's place. We couldn't get enough of the beach (so few people on it!), especially when the adorable, playful seals were in the mood to join us for the walks :) We stayed for 4 nights, but never ventured to town for dinner because we couldn't pry ourselves from the sunsets! Plus, the kitchen is fully equipped with any neccesities one may need. The location is on a gorgeous section of the Oregon coast and close to quaint towns, Devil's Churn, and the Sea Lion Caves. We loved our perfect coastal vacation, though it was far too short. Next time, we will stay an extra couple of days. We were simply delighted with Annie's Place.

We had a great time at Annie's house. House was clean and had any kitchen gadget that we needed to cook. Great place to relax and enjoy visiting with friends we hadn't seen in a while. Thanks Annie!

This house is awesome! It was just the right cozy size. Basically your own private beach 50steps away! Kitchen and grill worked out great for the few times we didn't want to eat out.Hot tub was nice and convenient, for my favorite early morning warm soaks. Garage space and automatic opener were a huge plus too Beds and bedding were soft and comfy, I slept wonderfully!! I cannot say enough good things about this place, we will definitely return!

Very comfortable and easy access to beach.

Very good, great weather. Only issue was that there was no way to play movie ie, dvd player. The furniture was a little uncomfortable, the main bed is way to soft for anyone with a bad back, other than that, it was a great location. Very beautiful and convenient for the beach.We would consider renting it again. Had a great time.

Luna Sea Restaurant is a must! Candy shop next to restaurant to get all your seaside foodie fixes done right- and crowd free! Born and raised Oregonian. More beach visits than I can count. If you seek a private beach experience- this is the place! We were the only occupants for most of our visit. Solo beachfront fire and beautiful star gazing including the milky way. Beachfront property, family friendly, and fresh ocean breezes accompanied by seals playing and more whale sprout sprays to keep one’s imagination intrigued. Thank you for sharing this home with those of us to experience. Will definitely return♥️

Clean and comfortable

This place is perfectly located. Right on the beach! Beautiful house, all the things you could possibly need in the kitchen. Loved waking up in the morning and having coffee right out the back door with my feet in the sand. Beds are comfortable! The family loved that the beach was the back yard. So close to lots of hikes and views. We will definitely book Annie's House again for our yearly stay in Waldport!! Love this house!

Incredible location! We loved watching the whales migrating north with our grandson. Annie’s house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The hot tub was a bonus overlooking the beautiful bridge and star gazing at night. All the beds were comfortable for great night’s sleep. Thank you Annie for making our week so special.

We loved the house right on the beach. It’s 8 mi from seal rock tide pools, which is a must. The place wasn’t super clean and we found we had to wash some of the dishes and pots and pans before using them. Also, bring toilet paper and paper towels! We were left 4 small rolls of tp for 4 for a week! We needed to buy some. The property does not say this in the listing, but you are NOT allowed to cook crab in the house. We love crabbing and crabs, so I would have liked to know this before booking for 7 nights. The beds are super comfy and they have a range of pillows to choose from. The couch is not comfortable, fyi. It also took us a min to figure out the front door and having the directions listed out would have been helpful. Great communication with the host and the town is cute. Thanks!

We where not disapointed, with the property or its location If your looking for a nice place to stay on the beach you can't go wrong with this location, It was perfect for us and our yellow Lab Tobi. Thank you Annie I won't say we will be back, because we have so many other places we have on our list of vacation spots. :) But if we ever did your place would be 1st pick. This house is virtually on the sand with a view of the waves framed by sand dunes. The bedding could be improved with cleaning. There was heavy sand that could have been swept from the landing to avoid tracking in the house. Everything else was great. I'd recommend it with few reservations.

From the couch you can see the waves break and there is only one step onto the deck. Ocean view, ocean access and easily accessible. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything was as listed. 5/5 on everything. Ease of beach access were amazing. Great place.

Perfect house. Great location for site seeing. Beach is literally out the back door. We had a wonderful week. Would definitely stay there again.
