We had a great five days at this property and at Casa De Campo. The home is great as is the location. We played three rounds of golf and hit the beach, boat trip and cigar tour. Food at the house was very good and staff attentive to all details. No issues at all with the transportation or logistics. Only items that were a bit of a dissapointment were the options of stations and the quality of the TV's. I could have cared less but for a guy golf trip we would have liked to be able to have a way to watch some sports which we struggled with; but thats not really why we were there.. so not a real issue.

Humberto is amazing!!

Christina, Humberto and team were very attentive and made our family ( parents and grown adult children) feel special. Christina's food was terrific as was the fresh passion fruit juice and rum punch that Humberto made for us every day. The house was kept clean as it was cleaned daily with clean towels placed in our rooms every day. We cant wait to return!

This villa was an excellent place to vacation. Not only was the house perfect for our family, with plenty of bedrooms, cleanliness, and the location. We cannot say enough about the staff Humberto & Christina were phenomenal. The service was world class and the food could not have been better. Andrys was our contact for reservations, massages, and anything we wanted to book while there and was a great resource. We can't wait to be back!

We were a total of 10 adults: 4 siblings (3 with their spouses) and 3 adult son & nephews. Total of 5 bedrooms: 2 large master suites with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with tub/spa in addition to shower). The other 3 rooms all with full/queen sized-beds and each with own private bathrooms. Villa came with two electric golf-carts (one for 4 people and other for 6 people), essential to get around the large beautiful Casa de Campo Resort. The service was phenomenal. Cristina cooked delicious meals each day. Humberto helped serve and stayed around to address any needs. Both Cristina & Humberto provided maid-services. Andry was great in checkin/checkout, coordinating meals, reservations, etc. Cannot say enough of this wonderful group. We were land-bound by the arrival of hurricane Fiona during the early hours of our departure day. Most flights had been canceled since two days before. Manager allowed us to stay one extra-night and despite intermittent lack of electricity, internet, plumbing water, and radio signal, we were fine. The kitchen stove and oven function on gas so we were able to prepare breakfast and warm-up left-overs. Andry and Humberto crossed all the rubble to bring us lunch/dinner prepared by Cristina. Great team! The property needs some maintenance. The pool had been recently shocked upon our arrival day and we could not use it that evening. The bathroom showers water pressure and hot temperature were less than optimal. One of the double beds bedroom had inappropriate air conditioning. The living areas do not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans, but they are open spaces and an AC would not function. Toilets seem to need flapper replacement and the toilet in half bath had water leaking. Hotel amenities were not uniformly provided. Some had initial soap and shampoo. Two of the rooms lacked hair blowers. If it weren't for these issues, Villa Ingenio 9 would definitively be a 5-stars. These are issues easy to correct and despite them, we would definitively consider Villa Ingenio 9 for future family reunion.

Spent 6 days with friends and family and we had a great time. Our chef Cristina, butler Humberto, and coordinator Andry were wonderful. They were amazing with the kids and flexible with accommodating requests. The central location between the beach and marina was ideal, and the golf carts make getting around very easy. This is a great house for a Casa de Campo vacation.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, open and spacious. It has a beautiful view of the golf course. The staff was AMAZING, friendly and attentive to every little detail, making our stay even more special. Casa de Campo is a small piece of paradise in the DR. We loved everything about this vacation and definitely plan to come back.

Our stay at Villa Ingenio 9 Was magical beyond all expectations. Humberto, Cristina and Walkiria were wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. The Villa is beautifully designed and decorated. Cristina’s food! Oh my god, the food was totally delicious. We’ve been to Casa de Campo many times and Cristina’s food is better than any of the restaurants and any other villa we’ve tried. Humberto was so attentive, always smiling, helpful and caring. We were deeply touched by his warmth and hospitality. Walkiria is there to check in on what you might need and will take care of any arrangements you need, whatever it is, she will make it happen, she was incredible to work with such a lovely person. We felt so at home, we will miss them very much and look forward to returning soon.

Just spent 5 days in paradise! The whole experience was 10/10. Humberto, Cristina and Jesus were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Will definitely coming back in the near future!

We are regulars to CDC and stayed in ingenio 9 a few years ago. Although the property is beautiful and comfortable we found that it needs updating- the furniture is tired and worn. The property is also under staffed and even though Cristina and Luigi are superb at their jobs … they are overwhelmed. The food and service was great ! Over all will recommend this property and May return unless improvements are made

Awesome villa inside Casa de Campo! We were a group of eight with adult and teenagers in the group. It was a wonderful vacation where everyone had a great time. The house is well located in the Ingenio neighborhood easily accessible to everything within Casa de Campo. You have quick access to the marina and all its restaurants as well as the beach. The two golf carts provided will move up to 10 people at once. The in house service provided by Humberto (butler) and Cristina (cook) could not have been better. Impecable service from the time we arrived to the time we left 6 days later. Awesome food and service! I would highly recommend this property for up to 10 people!!

We loved this property so much!!! We stayed here for a long weekend for a destination wedding and really enjoyed it! I wish we could have stayed longer. Our cook Christina was amazing!!! She really knows how to cook. Everything she made was delicious. Each room had its own bathroom which was great and they had great space. And I can't say enough about Luigi the butler. He was the definition of amazing. Anything that we needed he was there. He drove us around in the golf carts and got us everything we needed from the stores . Whenever we were hanging in the pool, he was always around to grab us more beers and snacks. Great great guy!!! Overall great house, great experience .

We loved this house and Casa de Campo. Cristina, the cook, Francia, the housekeeper, and Andry, the house manager, were amazing and super attentive. The house is súper confortable and it is located nearby the beach and the marina. The pool is big and the beach is beautiful! We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone!

This home is truly a gem in paradise. The staff at the house (chef Cristina and her assistant) were amazing. All the food they cooked was incredible. All our meals were cooked just the way we liked. The house is very spacious and I love the open concept. House sits in a quiet neighborhood with a five minute Drive to the beach, the marina or Altos de chavon in the golf carts provided. The only downside to this vacation was the tedious emails back and forth with the property manager arranging everything prior to the trip. The emails were filled with questions after questions. I felt every time I answered a question I received three in return. They asked for extensive information, passports, dietary preferences, desired reservations. While it’s nice to have your experience catered to you, it was extremely stressful having to answer the multitude of questions via email I was asked. I was so stressed with all the questions and documentation I arrived to my vacation stressed out.
