The process was easy I just feel like it wasn’t up front enough about the area

We went on a two day charter fishing trip. The fishing trip was GREAT and we came home and relaxed. It was easy to shop for food and drinks. They were really close.

We booked this with the intention of working part of the week. As soon as we arrived the internet was out, and was not fixed until Monday afternoon - an only after my husband spent 2.5 hours with the cable guy and missed the afternoon on the beach with us. We missed 3 days of work, in addition to having to stream our own internet and utilize our own data plan (which costs us additional money. The owners response was "i'm glad they were able to get it working for you." No thank you for anything. Had we not done this, they would have been forced to drive down to fix it or continue to deal with the issue with future tenants. If you plan to work while here, or use internet at all, FIND A NEW PLACE. the cable guy said it would likely go out again and they need a new line. He also said there was no way this was the first time there was an issue. The front wheel on the beach cart is completely bent and the handle is about to fall off from rust. We never did find the beach chairs that come with the place, unless you mean the camping chairs that were in the closet. No one wanted to use the the master bathroom shower because it instantly clogged when the water turned on from previous renters hair and sand. I refuse to clean that out myself from someone else's rental. The table has a sticky film on it from something that the cleaners or another renter used. You never have to worry about spilling a glass bc it literally sticks to the table (along with everything else). There is no way that the cleaners vacuumed the floor prior to our arrival, the amount of sand was so bad, that it was the first thing I did. The fan in the spare room was broken, and we had to wipe the washer where mold was growing around the rim. The place just needs some TLC. We have rented for over 20 years in CB area and never had these gross issues, especially when you advertise this place to be a spa like vacation.

Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the beach via the beautiful private walkway. We are already planning a return trip!

I had a wonderful time. I wasn’t able to have my wedding outside because if the rain but it turned out to be wonderful ❤️ The condo was beautiful

As always very consistent stay. We have stayed several times at this location. Never disappointing. Will return again soon.

Booked property as last minute adventure with family. Advertisement looked very clean and accommodating but advertisementWe're deceiving. Upon arrival, we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the property. The dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were dirty. We opened up the sofa bed for our youngest daughter and there were food crumbs, dirt, and what seemed like things that fell out of people's pockets all over the mattress cover. Additional linens were located but most were stained and we ended up using our own blankets as top covers. The bunk bed covers also had stains. Curtains in living room did not cover ANY of the windows. Will not stay again.

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Lovely place & it had everything we needed for a weekend stay -- including beach boards & toys! The ONLY negatives: the hot tub & pool are only open from dawn to dusk beach access is actually about a 1/3 of a mile away via a boardwalk Other than this, we had a great time here & would certainly return again!

We needed a quick relaxing beach retreat, and this was perfect! The condo is private, spacious, and very close to the beach! We can’t wait to return to this cute and clean haven!

This condo has a great layout and very nicely decorated. The condo was equipped with everything we could need and then some! Sharon was a pleasure to work with and very easy to get in touch with throughout the whole booking process, so nice to know your questions/concerns can be answered in a timely manner! I've stayed in Spinnaker Pointe for a number of years now and this was my first time staying in the "C" condo complex. The gated community is one of my favorite aspects of renting in Spinnaker Pointe and the ten minute walk to the beach never grows old for our family as we enjoy seeing all the wildlife along the way (crabs, lizards, birds, etc.)! If you decide to book here, I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Check in was easy, we looked for the wagon that had chairs and couldn’t find it but it was a nice little place to spend the few days we were there

I needed a safe clean place to bring my daughter and her friend to be able to drive and visit UNC Wilmington. This was a fabulous choice to be able to be close to the beach and yet an easy ride to the college. I loved the private gate and the condo was perfect.

We had the most amazing time celebrating our first anniversary here! The decor is so beautiful!! Hardwood floors, cozy furnishings and high quality linens made this one of the most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. Impeccable as far as cleanliness. Kitchen was perfectly apportioned as well! Weather this weekend was perfect with a cool breeze. Owners are so outgoing and kind and communicated quick responses. Easy to see how much care and thoughtfulness went into every detail! Here for beach music festival. Very convenient. We will definitely be back!! Thanks so much Sharon and Thomas!!!

The Tranquility condo was beautiful. Even though we did not have the best weather we enjoyed our stay immensely! Can’t beat the location and amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This beautiful condo is everything we hoped for and then some! We highly recommend Tranquility at Carolina Beach. The beds are extremely comfortable and it's professionally decorated. We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The private boardwalk to the private beach was breathtaking and the beach cart with chairs was a huge plus! Everything is so well maintained. The owners clearly pay attention to detail to make this a top notch rental. Plus, it was super clean! Did I mention the view from the balcony is spectacular? We loved eating our dinners outdoors after using the grills. We loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. So convenient. Wish we had more time to enjoy the new tennis courts. Also, being inside a gated community we felt very safe. We loved the walks to the marina and the beach, right inside the community. I highly suggest this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a beautiful rental. Kudos to the owners. We'll be back!

It was very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach. The location was amazing.

Rented for my daughter's wedding day to have a place to get ready. It was a beautiful place with great views.

We had an amazing stay. The private beach was a wonderful experience. We had friends staying nearby that were complaining of finding room on the beach.. not us! The home is very well decorated with the most comfortable beds and bedding I have experienced on a vacation at the beach. The walk and stairs to the condo could be tough for some, but the privacy, quietness, and serenity are worth the walk. The owners were super accommodating. They sent a cable guy out immediately to fix a problem after a storm. Could not have asked for a better person to rent from. Thomas always responded immediately to any questions and concerns I had. I would 💯 recommend this property to anyone looking for a "true" relaxing worry free vacation.

Without the terrible beds, our stay would have been fantastic. The condo is well designed and it was great to use the updated bathrooms after hours spent at the beach. The owner has an excellent taste and we felt immediately well when we arrived. Fresh colors, some upscale decoration details, and a nice view to the ocean from the balcony were other highlights. The 10 minutes walk to the beach was not a big deal, and we also enjoyed the beach chairs and toys. Last top argument for this place is the kitchen with everything needed to cook and bake for a week. Unfortunately the queen bed in the master and the bunk beds in the other room were very uncomfortable: the queen mattress has a dip making it impossible to rest anywhere but in the middle of the bed. When my 7-year old daughter shared the bed with me, she kept rolling onto me. The bunk bed's mattresses were better but the metal frame made any movement on the bottom noisy/squeaky. The top bed has 2 problems: first the railing is not high enough for a younger child. Secondly, the A/C duct points toward the top bunk: you have either to turn off the A/C to sleep (then it gets really hot) or get a cold or a stiff neck.

Unit was not as well maintained as it appears in the photos. Fire alarm had no battery, dryer squeaked really loud and the sitting area furniture and mattresses were uncomfortable. Even so, the overall area was very nice and we enjoyed our week. Be prepared for a very long walk to the beach!

We arrived at the condo to find that it was every bit as beautiful as the online pictures and description! If anything, the description under-sells the quiet, peaceful neighborhood in which the condo resides! It’s a very short walk to the marina next door, and an easy (although a bit longer) walk across the beautiful tidal marsh to the beach. The boardwalk across the marsh is an adventure in itself, and every day we saw lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery there. The gated community lends itself well to a family stay and the beach is well tended by lifeguards. The condo is well appointed and clean, and the owners provide a fun selection of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and wagons to transport all of it. The washer and dryer are a real plus too! The owners responded quickly to all of our questions and refunded our security deposit quickly after our departure. The location is ideal...close to the beach and marina, a short drive to town, but nestled back in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place to visit again!

Nice place with a lot of amenities. I gave it four stars because the walk to the beach is kind of long (particularly when you have 4 kids that you are taking to said beach.) Overall, it was a great experience. We really liked the full kitchen and balcony.
