Great location and the condo was beautiful. Loved having all the restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the weekend concerts from the deck.

We are born and raised South Carolinians and have been vacationing in IOP our entire lives. This is one of the most beautiful and up-to-date ocean front condos we’ve stayed in in IOP. Everything was tastefully decorated and the property was clean. The property managers were great at communication and great at meeting our needs. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. Location is perfect with direct beach access and private pool. We will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful clean, spacious condo, great beach, good communication with renter. Next to live music stage which was loud and played most of the afternoon and evening. Thankfully IOP has a 10pm noise ordinance. Mattresses on beds were soft.

We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be happier with the location, amenities, comfort and convenience. The short walk to the beach is deal for little kids, the view is amazing and the Management company is on top of everything. On our last day, we decide to book the place again for next year, we like it that much.

We had the best time in this lovely place. Really nice furniture, linens, kitchenware, and the view can’t be beat. Walking distance to many restaurants so we did not drive once we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as pictured. It is a lovely, well appointed and well stocked unit we enjoyed the music coming over from The Windjammer and actually got to hear Sister Hazel bands concert for free. What a great perk! We enjoyed both the ocean with our gated entrance to and from as well as the swimming pool. We were there during the hurricane, and the management company communicated clearly with us. There were plenty of starting supplies which was nice so that we didn’t have to go to the store immediately. The location was wonderful and was only a 25 minute drive to Charleston, I always try to offer suggestions even if the place was close to perfect which this was. I would highly recommend they add an umbrella to the table on the deck and replace the bed in the master bedroom, which was very uncomfortable and squeaky. We did contact the management company and they did respond to this timely. However, I believe the bed is beyond support that is needed other than that I would say it is a magnificent place to stay! We would definitely book it again, if we come back.

This was the perfect place for our family of four to spend a week at the beach. I can’t say enough good things about it. The location is great, the view is great, the parking, responsiveness, access to beach, pool, restaurants was perfect. The usable beach toys were ideal for not having to buy and throw away. Restaurants close, beautiful, safe, short walk to beach. Perfect mix of things going on, but a lot of quiet too. Condo itself was nice, well decorated, roomy, clean, up to date. Just a wonderful experience, if ever going back to Charleston, this would be my first option without a doubt.

This was our second stay here, and we’ve absolutely loved it both times. The location is tough to beat - beach front, top floor (3rd) of the condo building, and in the heart of Island of Palms’ “downtown” cluster of bars and restaurants. The only potential downside is the proximity to the Windjammer, which has live music on their outdoor stage several nights a week. The music can be VERY loud on the balcony, but it tends to wrap up around 9:30 pm and the condo itself is soundproofed quite well (our toddlers slept through it without a problem). The condo is very clean and well maintained, and the master bath had been renovated nicely since our last stay. The balcony is large enough for everyone to sit comfortably, and has a beautiful view of the beach. There’s a pool that’s good for little kids, easy beach access, and a storage shed in the parking garage where you can store beach gear. The entire building only has 9 or 10 units, so the property never felt crowded. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here.

Breathtaking views from the balcony of the ocean and beach. Location is perfect with walking distance to several great restaurants and live music next door at the Windjammer. Condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. This is definitely a repeat vacation destination. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing condo! It was more beautiful in person. Our family had a fantastic stay. The communication with owner was wonderful. They had any and everything we could need. The views of the ocean were lovely. We are most meals on the balcony, which was a treat. Truly an effortless stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

We have been making IOP a family trip tradition for Memorial Day weekend. This was our first time staying here and it was the perfect location. We have two small kids, so it was convenient being right on the beach, having access to the pool, and walking distance to the gift shop and restaurants. The view from the balcony is incredible and provides lots of entertainment especially when there is live music at the Windjammer next door. We will definitely highly recommend!

This is a great find. It's spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, but we ate most meals out. It's located in a charming beach town but only a half-hour drive into Charleston. It was great to sit out on the balcony and listen to the concerts next door on weekends (for free!) They ended promptly each evening at a decent hour due to what seemed a strict noise ordinance. We only needed to contact the management once with a quick question but got a prompt reply. I highly recommend!

Beautiful beachfront property with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The gated property is perfectly manicured and maintained, the ocean view from this top floor end unit is spectacular. We spent most of our time on the spacious patio eating our meals, sunning, reading and watching the ocean. A very short walk from the pool to the beach, and all the beach chairs, toys etc available and easily accessible. The unit itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The 3 br each with its own full bath gave all of our guests comfort and privacy. The huge master BR has an ocean view. The large kitchen has high quality cookware, plates, and every implement needed to prepare meals for your guests. The property manager kept in touch via text to make sure we had everything we needed. When we did need to reach out about a question, they were very responsive. I have used VRBO and other services for many years for family vacations. This property is my absolute favorite due to the beautiful, spacious unit and the spectacular ocean view. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the aisle of Palms.

My two best friends and I spent time in Charleston and in Iske of Palms this past week. The location of the condo was perfect. Super clean, very bright and well appointed. Highly recommend this condo for friends or a family. Walking distance to the little downtown area, a two minute drive to the grocery and the liquor store.

A great place to stay! There were six of us and we all had enough room to hangout. The pool and beach were great. You are also very close to all the resteraunts and bars!

Great location, close to restaurants and playground. There is a bar next door which I imagine could be noisy if there was live music outside but it was quiet and we didn’t notice it during our stay. Beautifully decorated and clean condo fully stocked with everything you need (remember to bring your own beach towels!). Very windy weather meant it was too cold for swimming but we would definitely recommend the condo and area and would love to come back!

We had an amazing family vacation and the place is outstanding!! From day one, we had the best customer service from the property managers and the location was perfect. Loved, loved, loved this place! Awesome location right next to windjammer. We were able to listen to the concert right from the deck. Bands stopped playing by 10pm so even on lively nights kids were in bed by a decent hour. We have two kids, 3 & 5, so we like to stay in places walkable to everything and this was perfect. Lots of restaurants close by as well a playground and of course the beach. Beach towels available for rentals. Would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was roomy, with a great view. Everything was in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our meals. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a really nice feature. The gated parking lot and property makes you feel very secure. I would highly recommend the property to others.

We had such a great time in this condo with family and two infants. The beach was just steps away with live music on Saturday night! There was delicious restaurants in walking distance. The condo was clean and very spacious. We would love to return again!
