Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. Plenty of space, beds for everyone, heated garage and excellent proximity to the slopes. Can’t ask for much more.

Or stay at this property went exactly as planned, and offered a bit more than expected for the family. Despite the construction you still get a good view of the mountain and it is a 5 min walk to the gondola! Highly recommended!!

Great property at base of keystone - note they are building two huge new complexes between this property and the slopes…so those block most of the view to the slopes from the balcony, and that is impeding your otherwise direct walk to the gondola or the village area (you can still get there but takes a few min extra) Otherwise good location. Need a few small updates (two hairdryers not working great, fireplace didn’t turn on half the time, and needed hot pads in kitchen) but was perfect size for family ski week.

Easy walk to the gondola and plenty of comfortable beds for our party of six. I think this was the easiest check in and out of any property ever and that was greatly appreciated!

Great resort and location!!

First off, Oliver's condo for the items that are within his control is great. if you are looking for a great place to stay this condo fits the bill. We were very excited when we booked. BUT pay attention to what others are saying about construction that will be going on through at least 2025. All the windows in the bedrooms and main room face the construction that you could throw a baseball and hit. There are appx 50 spot light on the new complex that stay on all night shining into every room in the condo. Once again, this is not Oliver's fault, its just a reality of the situation this property finds itself in. Soaking in the pools/hot tubs means construction workers staring over at your wife and daughters the whole time. They're building this new complex about 50 ft from pools. Also, they have the walkway closed so what used to be a quick walk to River Run Gondola is now a very dark walk along a sketchy pathway. When we arrived all of the pools were "closed indefinitely" but a post on Keystone's social media page seemed to rectify that issue quickly. I am giving the property 4 stars. Honestly, its a 5 star condo with one star problems that are outside of the owners control. I feel bad for Oliver because he used to have what I would call the absolute primo spot on the mountain. Now from the Pools, the common areas, Decks and Rooms all you see is a lit building under construction and construction workers checking out your daughters and wife in their swim suits.

We had an amazing stay at the Springs on our annual trip to Keystone. The condo was clean and very large. We swam and biked everyday then had s'mores at night. We're already planning our next trip!

We were very comfortable except for the construction going on right outside the condo. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Great condo! Condo was very spacious with everything needed for comfortable stay. BUT the construction was unbearable! The crew started working EVERY morning at 6:15. The loud trucks beeping, machines pounding, hammering was nonstop from 6:15am to evening. Beware that it is difficult to get good nights sleep and relaxing time in this environment. The walk to ski lift was very easily done around the construction site. The noise and interrupted sleep from the construction site definitely put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

Great place! We had 4 adults & 2 kids (16&10). Plenty of room for all. We judge most on beds and bathrooms. This place was an A on both of those. Comfortable beds and steamy nice showers. Unit was close to elevator. Big con was the construction that started at 6 am and was the view out of most of the windows. It was noisy and you had to walk all around it to get to the village and lifts. I miss the walkway. We will use this building again though.

Beautiful place with great views. Construction is currently underway for additional resort buildings between The Springs and the Gondola, so walking around the site was the only unexpected challenge. Very accurate listing. Would recommend for a great vacation. Building has great amenities, also. Loved having the washer/dryer in the room.

Excellent time had in keystone, really enjoyed staying in Springs and it's proximity to river run.

Perfect place for ski in and ski out. The condo was perfect for our family and very comfortable. It is a great setup with TV in every bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked except for missing hot pads. A necessity if cooking, which we did. Unfortunately, even though check in was promised by 4:00, we arrived at 4:30 and were told the condo would not be ready until 5:30. Parking in the garage was a nightmare on the weekends. Hot tubs were filthy with at least a foot of foam- a very easy thing to fix with proper chemicals. No towels were supplied at the pool as promised and we were told to NOT remove towels from the unit. We had to break that rule! I blame all of this on very poor management. We would consider staying here again because we really liked the unit and location. Just beware the property is not well managed.

Love the location, beautiful views and right off the elevator. Enjoyable, relaxing roomy ski condo with updated bathrooms and nicely equipped kitchen. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. Oliver was very helpful when we had a question about our stay. Would recommend. Five stars!

This is our third time staying in this condo complex and we love it! The location is perfect and the pool is really fun! This condo was very comfortable and spacious! Our only complaint was the floor needed to be swept. But that’s a minor thing and overall we had a great stay! We would stay in this unit again!

The lockers for skis and garage parking made transitioning in and out a breeze. The condo was just right our our two families of four. Our kids shared the bunk room and the adults had their own rooms and bathrooms. We utilized the heated pool and hot tub each afternoon and the grill by the pool worked great for the couple of nights we cooked in. The only issue we had was with the dryer. It was loud and ate all of our clothes. Thankfully, the commercial units on the floor were great and we made due. Oliver was very responsive to our notice about the dryer and indicated he was going to replace it soon. He also credited us some of our fee to replace the clothes ruined by the dryer. All in all our families had a great stay and we would consider this unit again.

Dishwasher had some issues, but kitchen was well supplied. Dryer also had some issues and we had to run several cycles to dry clothes fully. Would have appreciated some laundry detergent, and garbage bags for the kitchen, little things like that. But you can get them at the convenience store in the village. Liked the smart TV and being able to stream from our devices. Only one of the 3 bedrooms had drawers for clothing, and the closets were quite full of other stuff, so not much space to put away clothing. Overall a very comfy place, with plenty of seating in the living room, and a good sized dining table. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at River Run was wonderful. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities you can think of: access to the gondolas just across the parking lot, ski locker, gas fireplace surrounded with very comfy couches and chairs, multiple hot tubs and a pool with slide, pool table, a well-stocked kitchen with gadgets and all your needs, etc. The skiing was great and our teenage boys highly recommend doing the hikes up to the bowls. We would definitely book again if we’re back in that area.

This was our first time to Keystone and we did a considerable amount of research to figure out the best place to stay. SOOO glad we chose this condo. It was super close to the gondola (just across the parking lot) and had everything we needed. We mostly used the parking garage keypad and elevator to get back and forth to the town and gondola. The unit is exactly when you get of the elevator, super easy. Parking underneath was heated (a little tight for the big SUV we had, but fine). The condo itself had very comfortable king beds in two bedrooms with bathrooms inside the rooms. The bunk room was great for the teens and they didn't mind using the hall bathroom near the entrance of the condo. The entryway had plenty of hooks for all the jackets and helmets and it was spacious enough to put boards and boots. Washer/Dryer we used every day. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Living area and fireplace perfect as well. Only two small things - I did not tell Oliver bc they were minor, but just FYI : the built in hairdryer in one (maybe both?) bathrooms did not work. And the dryer had a tendency to grab the strings of our clothes and sort of pull them out bc they got stuck during the cycle. Minor things, but just fyi tie up your strings tight before drying. This was a rare situation were we liked the place so much we would stay again - that almost never happens with us. Great trip!

The property itself is very nice, conveniently located to the Gondola. We also appreciated the parking garage. My concerns were primarily with the cleanliness of the condo. My concerns were presented to Oliver, who was quick to respond. My concerns really presented an opportunity to reset expectations with his cleaning staff. First, the dishes that were in the cabinet and ready for use had food on them as if they were never washed. Second, while checking over the bedding to ensure no bed bugs, we were disappointed to find the mattress protector and mattress presented with very large stains. Finally, with any other rental, the level of care in the home isn't what you would expect if it were your own. Oliver was quick to send someone over to change out the sheets and provide a broom for future cleanup. Other than the lack of cleanliness, to my standards, the condo was warm, inviting, and plenty of room for myself, husband, and two adult children. Would recommend the property and the condo, just be aware it may not be as clean as you would expect when paying $K to stay there. We would probably not chose this specific condo in the future, however, would stay on the property. We stayed on the property, different condo last ski season and this past summer and were extremely pleased. So, while this condo didn't meet our standards, others did.
