This cute bungalow was a dream! It was so clean, beds, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. The location was perfect walking to everywhere. Probably the overall best vrbo property we have stayed at.

Can’t say enough nice things about the apartment and owners. Fabulous location, clean and attractive unit, super well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach equipment, readily available and helpful and friendly owners. Wish we could have stayed longer.

As soon as we could we booked this lovely apartment for our second stay. We have stayed in two other apartments in the area but this is our favorite. You cannot beat the location, comfort, and convenience. The apartment is spotless and the beds are comfortable. Doug is a gracious and thoughtful host. I mistakenly booked us as two adults forgetting that our adult daughter would be staying with us. I informed Doug who generously waived the fee for the third guest. We look forward to staying again and will book as soon as we can.

Communication with host was proactive and excellent from the time of booking. Check in/out instructions were clear. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood! Convenient to beach, attractions and shopping. Decor and equipment are VERY thoughtfully selected. Plenty of personal paper goods and cleaning items. Bedding was beautiful and comfy. We will definitely stay here when we return!

Very cute unit that had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owners were very accommodating with our check in. Our daughter lives a few blocks away and we are looking forward to returning again in the near future.

The location is only 6 homes from the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. There's a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and towels for renters. The kitchen was well stocked. Doug, the property manager was very responsive and a great communicator. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was cozy and charming. The beds were comfortable. It had every amenity you could want - in unit washer and dryer came in handy; kitchen was equipped with anything you needed; the sliding door brought in lovely breezes; the hvac system kept us warm and cool as desired. Loved the garage door opener and the parking spot. Cannot say enough positives about it! Would love to have the chance to stay here again.

We came for work but having the beach so close to wear we stayed made the trip that much more memorable. The Airbnb was beautiful, very clean, and the owners/hosts were always available when I needed to make contact for questions I had. Awesome Airbnb and we will absolutely be back to this one! Staying at this VBRO rental in Corona Del Mar was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach was great and the rental itself was lovely. The owner was very informative about the details of the rental as well as recommendations about the area. We loved staying there and hope we can do so again!

This stay was a girl’s getaway. The two of us stayed in one of the 2 bed/1 bath units. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and the comfort of our unit. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the comfortable beds and plentiful linens. We mostly dined out, but noted the well-equipped kitchen . The location is fantastic! Easy walk to cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed morning and evenings walks through the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. And, we loved that the beach was a block away. Many thanks to the owner for the helpful property details he provided along with activity and dining suggestions. Next time we will bring our husbands and stay in the 2 bed/2 bath unit. I highly recommend Seaview Getaways.

Wonderful location! Walkable to the beach and stores/restaurants. Never heard a peep from any of the neighbors either. We agreed this is one of the best Vrbo places we’ve ever stayed in.

Fantastic Vacation Rental
We really enjoyed our stay, the property was everything we needed! Great location to walk to restaurants and the beach, comfortable furnishings, washer/dryer, garage, clean, nice patio space, organized kitchen, a/c, beach supplies and television. Communication with the property owner was quick and detailed which was appreciated. Highly recommend, we look forward to coming back sometime!

Great stay for the 4th!
Unit was clean and as pictured. Close/walking distance to many beaches and tide pools, restaurants and more. Short drive to crystal cove state park where we enjoyed a full day. Walk two blocks to prime fireworks seating! Great stay with our family, would definitely return!

Perfect for relaxation and young family
My family and I just returned from a week at this property and had a great time. The property was exactly as described, and Doug was extremely responsive and helpful. We had our 9 month old daughter and 3.5 year old son with us. The pack n play was clean and fit perfectly in a corner of the room with the queen sized bed. The condo was pretty child proof. My daughter was just starting to crawl and didn’t get into anything she really shouldn’t. We also had some of our extended family over for dinner, and we had enough room to hang out. Highly recommended and we are going back in December!

Beautiful place & perfect location!!
Always love coming back to west coast and CDM is the perfect town to stay when I comeback. This was my first time renting this house, it’s was great and I will definitely rent again - beautiful decor, clean, short walk to coastline and great restaurants/shopping walking distance or 5 minute drive.

We were so pleased with this rental as it served our needs perfectly. It was helpful to have a garage spot available at all times, the beach items were a unique and welcome touch and the bed and linens were so comfortable. Thank you for all of the small kitchen items that made a big difference for us.

Holiday Getaway
Great location. 2 minute walk to watch the gorgeous nightly sunsets. Upscale unit was comfortable, safe and very private. With the lockdown, dining choices were very limited.

All the Comforts - Great Location!
Everything was spotless, the bedding was luxurious, the kitchen was well-equipped, the A/C worked flawlessly (NEEDED in August!) and the location couldn't be beat. Everything we needed was a short walk away. In one direction, the beach - in the other direction, restaurants and shopping. And Balboa island & peninsula was a very short drive away.

Great Location
I was surprised by how great the location of the condo was. One block from the ocean and two blocks away from great restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is only a few minute walk away. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and posh. The condo was clean and access to it was easy. I felt like I was right at home. Extremely cozy. Will definitely stay there again.
