Lovely time at big blue again. Great location, love the porch!

All was great - Internet/WiFi/tv were iffy but that’s about it. Great communication with property manager / very responsive. Loved the front porch so much and hung out there most of the time!

We were able to go over 4th of July week and it was amazing! The location of the home allows you to WALK everywhere! We had 7 kids under the age of 8 and even they were able to walk to the beach club and all the shops Watercolor had to offer. The ONLY complaint I had was the ice machine did not work so we had to make sure to buy ice everyday. With that said the property manager was more than willing to supply ice before and after the 4th of July holiday, but we felt is was easier to buy ourselves. Over all the home was absolutely amazing and even BETTER than the photos! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Amazing porch to wake up with coffee or unwind in the evenings. The envy of all that passed by. The property manager was so kind and helpful. Did I say if you don't sit outside, the there's the fantastic great room with so much light and super high ceilings. The house was amazing and the perfect place for our family.

Home was fantastic. Loved the porch and all the primary bedrooms. Location is perfect, walked everywhere all week.

Our families (we shared the home with our good friends) had such a great time in Watercolor! The house had everything as advertised, and came with everything a family or two needs while staying in Watercolor. Plus, communication with the owner, Sanders, and the property manager, Julie, was excellent. We are very grateful to y’all for making our family vacation such a wonderful time. We’ll be back!

Big Blue takes your breath away when you see it. Pictures cannot capture the grandeur of this property. It is about a block from the beach so you never have to get in your car to go to the beach which is a real plus due to the limited parking. The house is spacious and clean. The manager was very helpful is resolving some issues. We had a family of 10 and everyone had plenty of privacy and space. And the porch…..words cannot describe. HIghly recommend Big Blue.

We stayed here with 5 couples for a long weekend. It was perfect. All couples had their own bathroom and nice kingsize bed. Steps from the wine bar and beach. We also loved having coffee and dinners out on the big porch!

We rented the house for the bride and her bridesmaids. The lovely house was a gorgeous backdrop to family event. The house is perfect and only added to the happy time.

Perfect location for our daughter’s wedding and reception that was at Watercolor. Large home with many King size rooms and baths. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and equipped with top of the line appliances. There are many porches to offer a place to sneak away and relax. If you really need some privacy there is a very comfortable carriage house with King size bed. The house is located within walking distance to Seaside and a quick drive to a grocery. The owners have generously stocked the home with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas for use. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very helpful. This is a great property. We will definitely be back!

Our three generation family of 16 stayed at Big Blue over the week between Christmas and New Years. The house worked perfectly for us! The house had every amenity that we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! The bicycles were great! The front porch is the BEST in Watercolor. There was enough room for our 8 grandchildren to play without bothering the grown ups! Julie, the property manager was quickly responsive to our needs and was easy to work with. We highly recommend Big Blue and hope to return someday!

What a fantastic house and location. Our family decided not to exchange Christmas gifts this year and instead all go to Watercolor together. So glad that we did and that all of us could be in the same huge house together with plenty of room and privacy.

This property was everything and more that we hoped for. Great support by the property manager any time we needed anything and the home was fabulous. Our group of girlfriends had a memorable weekend with the front porch being our favorite place to spend time! We will be back!

From the gorgeous house to the fab front porch to the location, this is the perfect house for all ages! We had our entire family, from my 94 yr old dad to our 4 month old granddaughter, it was perfect for all! Comfy beds, lots of room types, ceiling fans, elevator, bikes, lots of beach chairs, huge kitchen with ice machine to the incredible front porch to relax on, 'big blue' provided all we needed! It is an easy walk to the beach club, shops & places to eat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This house is in the BEST location. Don’t even need to use the bikes because everything is walkable. We had a lot of people and the house easily slept and accommodated everyone. They were great property managers and let us check in a few hours early to get ready for the wedding we were going to. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our trip

The location of this home was wonderful and the 18 of us (ages 20 mos to 62) had a marvelous week in Watercolor! The house is amazing (my husband is an architect and found only minor design flaws) and there was space for everyone to roam. As a frequent VRBO renter I was slightly disappointed in the lack of provisions considering the cost per night. Large shampoo, conditioner and body wash would have been nice for a 7 night stay as well as more than one roll of toilet paper per bath and laundry detergent. Silly but it felt a bit cheap. Also there were no extra linens or crib sheet for the pack and play (which I inquired about before arriving). It would make sense if providing a pack and play and umbrella stroller there would also be a high chair but there wasn’t and I was told to rent one separately. It felt like many of the toys, games and accessories were there only by the generosity of previous renters. The pantry had way too much food left from previous renters also… oils, peanut butter and too many spices to inventory. No doubt many of them were outdated, and gross to eat other peoples open containers, but no one took the time to clean it out. The owner was amazing in communicating some HOA issues so we were prepared for the rules that could have ruined our experience. #1 rule, don’t lose your wristband!!! #2 memorize a lot of codes! I give this lovely home a 4+ rating only due to a bit of negligence on the manager’s end and for cheaping out on some basics that seem easy. Thanks Big Blue for a great week!

Great house for our group of 4 families. Our kids are in their early 20s, and everyone loved this house. Great location, layout of house and the best part is the awesome front porch! Someone if not most of us were out there whenever we were home. They all kept asking if we can stay at this house the next time we come-for sure best porch in WaterColor:)

This beautiful home exceeded all expectations and our large group had a perfect week at the beach! The front porch is a lovely place to gather for meals, play games and read a book. This home is more thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped than any other we have rented and made the entire vacation stress free. The Owner and Manager were so nice and responsive and the decor is beautiful. Another note: the wifi is strong, which the was especially appreciated by a few in our group who had zoom meetings and other online commitments. We were all sad to leave, which is the ultimate sign of a great vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Overall, we were very impressed by the location of the house within Watercolor. We were just 4 houses off of the main block with shopping, retail and restaurants in the heart of Watercolor directly across from the main park. We were less than a 3 minute walk to the Watercolor Beach Club and beach access. Parking was easy on the street in front and the garage in the back. Plenty of bikes were provided to us. The house is really well done and very updated. The main kitchen was recently remodeled and the front porch is truly the biggest in Watercolor and functions as the main living and dining space! We had 17 people and slept everyone comfortably. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future! The property manager and owner were very responsive to all of our requests and had a very nice welcome binder which laid out all of the specifics in detail of the house and suggestions of what to do in Watercolor and how to get there.

This rental was amazing for our very large family Easter trip. We would love to have the opportunity to come and stay again. This property is everything and more! Thanks so much for having us.

This property and Watercolors was just about perfect for an event like this. The house, the setup, multiple refrigerators :) and especially that front porch made the event a wonderful occasion for everyone - from kids to adults. There was something for everyone and everyone felt quite at home. Well done.

We had a nice trip, house and location was great. Owner and property manager so nice . My only complaint is not enough wrist bands to access the watercolor pool/beach so our families had to take turns going . We felt that with cost to rent this beautiful home we should have all been able to use pool and beach at same time . House sleeps 18 , only get 14 bands and if you are 13 and older you need a wrist band… we had all adults and older teens .

We have stayed in a lot of homes all over 30A. This one surpasses the rest. Location, amazing outdoor space, nice bikes, beach chairs, and all the amenities you could hope for. I hesitate to tell others about this house because I don't want it to be full all of the time. We will try to stay here again!

"Big Blue" is the best VRBO rental I have every used. Totally 1st Class, Top Shelf and any other superlative one can use.

Second time staying in this house and would do it again. We love the big front porch, the layout is good, and location is great.

We loved this home, especially the front porch where we spent most of our evenings. A huge plus was each couple had a king bed and plenty of space for the kids. So many amenities included such as beach toys, chairs and bikes! I can't wait to rebook!
