Well kept and equipped apt, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful view of the ocean. One negative tho was that the linens were washed with a fabric softener which had a strong odor. Would stay here again tho prefer a higher floor for maximum quiet.

The place felt clean and fresh. Nice view of the ocean. Balcony furniture somewhat uncomfortable for the elderly; my wife only sat out there once as it was too hard on her back and legs. The living room furniture was also not great for the elderly. It was a struggle for me to help my wife get up from the swivel chair. Otherwise the place was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachside condo, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!
First and foremost, the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed morning walks along the shore and easy access to all the Sea Colony amenities.
The condo itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The decor was modern and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
We also had the pleasure of interacting with the host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She ensured we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Overall, this condo offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our beach vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

This condo is amazing. The layout was perfect for us with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and a fantastic view on the 2nd floor - also very convenient to assigned parking space. The condo was clean and beautifully appointed with a relaxed beach ambiance. The amenities at Sea Colony are wonderful and we love the private beach accessibility. We took advantage of the beach, the pools, hot tub/sauna, tennis and cycling on the local cycling paths/trails and in Cape Henlopen. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. Perfect stay for a couple. Thank you so much - we will be back.

check in was a little confused.. pushed me to pay for amenities we had no intention of using. ( gym and pool ) . no drip coffee maker, couldnt navigate the kourig .. otherwise pretty smooth sailing

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Bethany, especially the ocean view! It was great to wake up to a sunrise each morning. Deanna was very responsive, the unit was clean & well stocked. Highly recommend!

The condo had the most beautiful oceN view with plenty of amenities. Bethany Beach is a great beach weekend with lots of sights and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to relax.

Great Oceanfront Beach Condo
We had a wonderful time at Dover House 202 in Sea Colony. The condo is beautiful and the ocean views incredible. Very warm and inviting place with great amenities. Owners were lovely to work with and responded very quickly to questions. Even though it was off season, we found many places open. This is a lovely place and we will definitely rent it again.

Fins Ale House served the best-fried oysters dinner I have had since living in Florida.

Amazing Birthday Weekend
The location was the perfect location just minutes away from the beach I can sit on a couch and look out to the water. The accommodations were better in person than what they showed online I would definitely book again

Perfect Get Away

Off season at the beach
Beautiful, clean property right on the beach. We watched the sunrise each morning, and when we stepped out onto the patio we could hear the roar of the ocean. Close enough to walk to many dining options.

This is a very comfortable condo overlooking Bethany Beach in the Sea Colony complex. Well appointed and the balcony fronting on the ocean can't be beat.

Great escape
This very livable, well appointed property delivered just the respite we were looking for. It has a wonderful ocean view from the whole living area, including the terrace. We watched the waves, walked the beach, hiked a local trail and sampled great restaurants (the host's recommendations were excellent). Nice off-season vibe with no crowds, no traffic and no need for dinner reservations. A success all around.

Great Property
We had a great time at 202 Dover! We loved the easy access to the beach and the great workout room in an adjacent building. The property was very clean and stocked with the basic supplies. A perfect place for a getaway for a couple.

A pleasant, healthy and restauring one week on the beach, in a nicely decorated and well equipped front beach apartment, enjoying long walks, sun and sea. Access to good food from close by restaurants.

First time
Property is how described, condo is beautifully decorated. Very beachy. Has everything you need. Sunrise and moon rise right out side your balcony. This has nothing to do with condo but the beach at Sea Colony is very crowded. Had to buy a beach pass but nobody checked it so who knows if non Sea Colony vacationers just parked and went there. People were setting up there beach chairs as early as 6 am to get a spot and just leaving them. So that was very frustrating. Other then that no other complaints.

Decorators Delight
Lovely property with everything pastel colors of the rainbow. Modern conveniences like the hidden full-size washer dryer. Two large flat screen TVs in the middle of the bedroom and the middle of the living room. A very pretty place indeed. And a comfortable king bed in the one bedroom.
