What a beautiful home in the perfect location with all the amenities!

This place is perfect for family. One, the pool was a great addition to have while it was nap time for the kiddo. It is a safe walking distance to the beach and I believe since there is no parking, there was not as much foot traffic on this portion of the beach, which was ideal for relaxation. We had zero issues and the property manager is very responsive if there was any questions. Overall, 10 out of 10. Also, check out Fonville Press Market for some really good coffee and food.

We had an amazing stay at Poppy Breeze! The property was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival! So many amenities were available- from a well appointed kitchen, pool/beach towels, pool toys to beach chairs & tent & sand toys!! Every detail was thought of and Niki was super responsive! The beach was such a short walk and the pool was fantastic!! We will definitely love to come back to stay at this property!!

We spent a week here for our baby moon and it was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, yet a very short walk to the beach. The pool was perfect to come back to after a long day on the beach or in town. Niki was amazingly attentive and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Poppy Breeze over spring break. The pictures of the house did not do it justice. Everything was in immaculate condition and very well equipped. The house was a short walk to a very nice beach and convenient to everything along 30A. Niki was great to work with, and we would absolutely book again.

We had the most stay!! Communication with Niki was great, the house was clean, close to the beach, etc. We absolutely loved this home. We have been traveling to 30a for a long time and we definitely plan to stay here again!!! We absolutely loved it!!

We travel often. We’ve been to Florida multiple times. We use VRBO frequently. With that said, if you are looking for an excellent house, a wonderful host, and an easy walk to the best beach that is close to all amenities, and located within in a family style/respectful neighborhood, then stop looking and book with Niki! We stayed for 12 days. It felt like home!

The pictures do not do the property justice! My wife, kids and I enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the nicely sized private pool. The house is very well kept and the upgrades to the primary bath were a great surprise!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! The living room/kitchen area was very spacious, along with the master bedroom/bathroom. We loved the Bluetooth mirrors too! That was such a cool touch! And of course, the pool area was a FAVORITE for everyone in my family! We used the pool every single day and it was definitely a highlight of the house! It’s also a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, so the location is perfect! We loved Poppy Breeze and can’t wait to go back! Thanks for your hospitality Niki and Scott!

We have been renting properties for the last 15 years. This was by far the cleanest house in my years of renting. The house was also the most comfortable house we stayed at. The walk to the beach was very easy and it was located well between the restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive and informative of the house. She also recommended a place to go for our kids. It was a great experience.

This house is probably the nicest property we have found through VRBO. The house very cozy and was exactly as described in the listing (and more!). All amenities that we could ask for were on-site; A small pool for the kids Plenty of kitchenware for cooking Nice appliances (Full fridge, a decently upscale dishwasher, newer washer/dryer, etc) All TVs had complimentary streaming services The owners were super responsive to the one minor issue we experienced with the door lock. The decor is inviting but not overly cluttered. All said, this was an excellent property in a nice, quiet and convenient neighborhood that was an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely consider this house again for a 30A trip, and you should as well!

We had an amazing trip to Seacrest! The house was perfect - clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and the walking distance and access to the beach was awesome. We plan on coming back!

Loved our stay! It was just close enough to the beach but just far enough to have a quiet area. The kids loved going back and forth from the pool and beach. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. We hope to be back again!!

We love Poppy’s place!! It was perfect for our family of 7 (includes 4 children, grandma & the parents). Niki was awesome about messaging me with everything we needed beforehand and even checked in on us to make sure we made it in okay. Lovely neighborhood with a short walk to the beach!! The backyard pool was the kids favorite! We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay!! We will be back!

This was our second year staying at Niki's place. We'll be coming back each year. The neighborhood is convenient — easy walk to the beach, quick ride or drive to nearby restaurants and cafes. The pool is incredible and private. There's plenty of room in the yard for kids to play. And inside, the accommodations make for a comfortable stay away from home. Perfect getaway location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Poppy Breeze. The pool was great and I could barely get my kids out of it to go to beach which was a short walk from the house. The neighborhood was quiet but close to plenty of fun areas a bike ride away. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Extremely close to the beach and shop. Very clean and modern. For us, the pool was the best. We have young children and the fact that they could touch was a huge bonus! Definitely recommend this home!

We stayed at the PoppyBreeze in February, and had a very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable vacation. The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the bathrooms towels and the sheets were soft and clean. We were able to do laundry and swim in the heated pool while it was 65F outside.

From age 8 months up to 65, everyone in my family loved staying here. Niki was very easy to communicate with & accurately described the home & neighborhood. We loved having the private pool for our little ones & the beach is a 5 minute walk going slow. We liked being in a more residential area, too, especially during COVID. Always felt safe & relaxed. Plus, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & grilling out. We’ll be back!

This was a great experience, great location, and great place to stay. We loved every minute.

House was good- good area-quiet neighborhood. It was hard to believe we were just one street off of 30A- no noise. 3 min. walk to beach, kids rode bikes and got there in half the time. Pool was nice to have when you wanted to relax and cool down at night or when not at the beach. Love the fact that the house was all on one level! Had one minor problem when there and the owner sent someone out right away to take care of it. Without a doubt would stay here again and again.

Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Pool was great and very private. Very secluded when you are out by the pool. The kitchen was very user friendly. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable. House was in great shape, not dirty at all. There was no sand in the house, which was surprising for a beach house. House is about a 3 minute walk to the beach access, but is not bad at all. Overall a great place. Mike is very easy to work with and a great experience. Thanks again and you will not be disappointed with this property.

Loved having the heated private pool for the kids to enjoy while we grilled out at night & had down time from the beach. The beach was a very short walk (2 min) & it wasn’t crowded which was so nice. Kitchen was fully stocked & beds were comfy. We had a great time!

We were just there for the Song Writer's Festival, had a fabulous time! Perfect location, very clean, had everything we needed!

We just came back from spending 7 days at Simply Seabreeze. What a great vacation! The reservation process was super smooth and the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. This house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was also extremely clean! The beach is a 4 minute walk, and even though we were late risers, and arrived at the beach around noon, we never had a problem getting a great spot. And having the pool in the backyard to take a dip in when we got back was awesome. The house is also conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, so it was a quick ride to either square in the evening for dinner or activities. Great location, you won't reqret it!

We very much enjoyed the beach house. Very close to the beach! And the pool was such a bonus! Clean. Well furnished and appointment. Highly recommend! And close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

We had a very nice time at Seabreeze Cottages. The house was very clean and well stocked. You can tell the owner takes pride in making sure you'll have a great time. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and sets on a pretty and well maintained lot. There is an easy 5 mm walk to the beach. The water was not very hot the week we went so we truly enjoyed the heated pool. I recommend this house with no hesitation.

Pros: The one level house is very clean, spacious and inviting, and my children loved having their own pool. The AC was outstanding. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all types of cookwear, utensils and above average appliances. The gas weber grill is phenomenal so you can do burgers, steaks, and fish pool side! I forgot to bring salt and pepper, spices etc so if you are planning on cooking there as much as we were come prepared because everything else needed to have a gourmet meal is available. The walk to the beach is a short one and access is to the boardwalk could not be simpler. Destin and Panama City are short drives as are all the other beach towns on 30A . FYI: After you have walked to the boardwalk access to the beach, be prepared for steps down to the beach (+-52 of them) so if you are bringing umbrellas, beach gear, toys etc., small children, this can be a challenge. I believe everyone has steps to get down to the beach so this is a 30A issue not a SeaBreeze one. Finally, I thought that since this house was listed in VRBO under Seacrest that we would be in the Seacrest next to Rosemary Beach. Not so. Seabreeze is still a wonderful location but I anticipated being able to walk (a few minutes) to Rosemary Beach's shops, restaurants and Seacrest's as well. From this vrbo listing's location, a car is needed to access these places. The owner is gracious and accommodating and he returrned emails promptly.

My wife and I stayed at this home July 14th through the 21st with our 5 year old and 1 1/2 year old. This house has everything we needed. The inside is very nice and clean. The kids has their own rooms and the master is great. Kitchen has everything you need. The pool is fantastic and we grilled out on the very nice weber most nights. We will be back!
