Excellent choice for a spacious, clean, quiet house with a beautiful view and supplied with every item to make our vacation totally comfortable. Every member of our family was impressed with this home. Absolutely lovely, relaxing experience and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Breckenridge!

I took my 5 year old daughter and 8 year old nephew to ski at Breckenridge. We had 3 total adults on our trip. Everyone had a blast. John was great, he gave recommendations, the house was clean, and exactly as described. The only complaint that we had was that we didn't stay a few more days. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Everything was fantastic! We stayed for a month to ski and enjoy the winter activities in and around Breckenridge. There's a convenient summit stage bus stop a short walk from the property that we used often. The beds are comfortable and the conveniences within the property are many - heated floors, hot tub, well stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, en suite bathrooms. Absolutely wonderful experience.

From our arrival to our last day this property had everything you could want for a mountain get away! We are looking forward to staying here again!

This home was perfect for our weekend couples’ getaway. The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the communication was excellent. Thank you, we will be back!!!

What a great property! Clean, well-maintained. Host was superb. Had a plumbing issue while we were there and he had it repaired in just a couple hours while we were visiting downtown Breckenridge. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time for a first visit to Colorado. This rental had all the creature comforts and was well equipped for a short or long stay. It was nice staying away from town but being close enough if you need to do get to the store for anything. The view from the deck is awesome we even saw a little fox. Our party had two vehicles so we didn't have to depend on the shuttle but we did see other folks taking advantage of it it's going to stop and just down the street from the house. I highly recommend this probably be on your short list if you're staying in the Breckenridge area

We loved our experience at this cabin. Jack was exceptionally accomodating with our booking. The property was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I'm sad to be going home but I will treasure my memories of this place and hopefully come back someday 😁

We spent 4 nights here in August for a break from Louisiana heat and humidity. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the Breckenridge area. This is probably the best equipped home we have stayed in. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space and privacy. We used the kitchen and the grill for most meals and everything needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay in Breck. The view was amazing and the host was easy to communicate with. We saw a red tail fox run down the driveway, we used the hot tub, just had a great family vacation. I highly recommend this location. We rented in august and weather was amazing!

Beautiful home with views and everything you need. We enjoyed being so close to Breckenridge, but still felt secluded in the mountains. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Check-in was easy and John was always available if we had a question.

Beautiful design, location and fantastic views. Comfortable with good separation of private spaces. Very well equipped and stocked kitchen with quality appliances and cookware. We will definitely revisit this property in the future.

We loved the place. It was perfect. There were a few problems that we couldn't figure out. I tried emailing the owner but I never heard back. The garbage disposal didn't operate. The outlets and lamps in the MB didn't work. Seemed like breakers might be off but I couldn't find them.

This cabin was lovely and had plenty of room for my friends and I when resting between skiing. The hot tub is a huge plus and was a highlight of our night. There was plenty of kitchenware, which made it easy to cook dinner together. Would definitely recommend it!

John was attentive and had everything covered. The house came with so many extras and the hot tub was fantastic. Location is close to town. Great kitchen and rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge

This property was absolutely amazing! We so enjoyed our stay. We had all amenities of home. I must add that it would have been nice to have pillow cases for all pillows and the upstairs bed mattresses need attention. I slept on sofa so not too big of a deal. We will definitely return. Thank you!

We booked this property for my daughters 16 birthday. Sometimes you look to book these places and pictures don’t do the property Justice. This home was way more than we expected. It’s absolutely beautiful, homey, clean and everything we wished for and more. I highly recommend this home for your next stay. 10/10

We stayed at John's property for 12 nights this August and it was a fantastic experience! The house has an amazing main floor for congregating with sweeping views of Breck's mountains thanks to the soaring windows. There is ample, comfy seating, magnificent fireplace and a loaded kitchen with everything you would need. The baby gate in the right location for those with kids was also huge! It helped us tremendously with a 1 year old. The wrap around porch is great and has some shaded spots plus a grill. Out back a very clean, relaxing hot tub on the ideal porch. The beds are all extremely comfy and the ensuite bathrooms are a big win. Working with John was easy and he was a quick communicator. He even shipped a sweater we left back to us! His details, notes and suggestions show he has put in the time to ensure his guests enjoy their stay. I can't recommend this property enough... it was a truly special trip!

This was one of the nicest, most deluxe properties we’ve stayed at. Stunning views of the ski runs on the Ten Mile Range. This property was perfect for three adult couples. It was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It offered the best kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental.
