Great location with plenty of space. We loved the outdoor space with ample parking.

This property is the cutest older home that can sleep a TON of people. The little cottage in the back was darling. Very short walk to all things happening. The large living room and large kitchen table allowed us to all sit in one area and hang out. The owners were amazing to talk to and worked with us. Everyone had a great time.

Tony and Samantha were super accommodating and communicative. The town and house were cute and perfect for an intimate get together. Just note that there is no laundry machine in the building.

We stayed for a long weekend for a family reunion with a group of 15 adults. It was a perfect, walkable location to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva. The house itself was good with the bedroom spaces. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table great for lots of us and room to play games and chat. The outdoor deck had lots of tables and chairs. The yard was good for playing games too. Although the outside is way overgrown and could use some cleaning up! The cottage was nice to have room for one family. Plenty of parking-we had 7 cars from us all coming from different places. It's a good place for a large group. Could use some upkeep on the outside, especially the stairs to the deck and door to the outside. Otherwise, we had a great time seeing family we hadn't seen for a few years.

The house was perfect for our friends and their littles ones. It’s within walking distance to the downtown area, including Starbucks.

The location of this house is amazing. We didn't move our cars once the entire stay. Everyone had a great time and we definitely would stay again. The property manager was very responsive to everything we needed. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property and very clean.

In my family, we like to have what we call "cousins get togethers" so that as adults we remain as close as we were as kids. There were six couples on this trip, and it was the perfect size. Four couples stayed in the house, and two couples stayed in the cottage. We spent most of our time in the living/dining area of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us to eat together at the dining room table. Lots of seating in the living area, so we could all hang out and play games. We also did an escape room, some shopping, and went to see the Tristan Crist magic show, all of which were within a five minute drive from the house. We didn't get to do much outdoors, as it was a cold winter weekend, but the house is just minutes from the lake, where we saw lots of people ice fishing. The location is prime. This is an old house, so it's not fancy, although the kitchen is updated. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, as we just wanted a place where we could all fit and enjoy each other's company. We did notice a lot of cobwebs, which isn't a big deal to us at all. But if that kind of thing freaks you out, you may need to ask that it's taken care of. Owner was available by phone while we were there, although I only texted when we arrived and when we left. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. The coach house was really convenient for the older family members who wanted to turn in early. Great space for family of 20! Great location.

We knit. We alwsys need good light. This is the best lit place we have ever stayed. A few minor issues communicated with the manager. Lived the vottage out back -some of us have non traditional sleep times so being on our own there was nice. Would go back!

Great spot for our group! Clean, close to the main strip and lots of outdoor space! We had a blast!

The property manager was amazing & made this trip very convenient. They got us checked in early. There were some dirty spots, but we notified the property manager right away. There was one hiccup on our end, and the manager and owner have been awesome with handling it. Overall I would say this property is ideal for 18 people no more. Quiet little spot with a yard for yard games & fire right within walking distance of downtown.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and each time has been such a pleasure! Can’t wait for another trip

Stayed at this spot for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms and the cottage was perfect for the mom's to have a separate quiet space. Walking distance to the bars/restaurants. Highly recommend. Great place!

Rented the house for a girls weekend away. Host was helpful and quick with responses. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival (even said we could get in early). We used both the house and cottage for a group of 14. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and extra TP, garbage bags, etc. location was great! It was freezing out but still an easy walk to downtown as well as lake path. We loved that the mansions (Maxwell and Baker) were on our way home from town- great stops!

There are so many good things to say I dont know where to begin! Samantha is just the sweetest and most kind person. Communicates well with the process of renting the property to check in & always answers quickly to any questions. The place itself is above and beyond!!! Plenty of room for large groups. Four adult children w their spouses and 4 wee little grand children. Then local family came over for the Thanksgiving Feast! About 16 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 infants. Everyone felt cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for dinner, playing cards, relaxing with conversation outside by the fireplace, enjoying a Christmas movie, or chatting away in the kitchen with some holiday cheer. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need, sleeping arrangements are abound & perfect w everything being so clean! Plenty of full size large bathrooms. The cottage is cozy as well with 2 more beds! Was nice quiet place for the Queen Mom 😉 to recharge for another day of making good memories. Most definitely recommend this property and will certainly be coming back! Would love to come in the summer! Would love to keep this place under the radar but they more than deserve a honest and great review. They definitely care about having those that are lucky to stay with them make memories to cherish and treasure 💜

I planned for my sisters bachelorette party to stay at this location for 1 night. The host was awesome at communication and there was more then enough beds for our 17 person party. There was tons of seating in the living spaces and we enjoyed sitting and chatting outside. The bonus of the cottage was perfect to send the mothers, allowing them to have their own space and some quiet from the main party! Overall this was fabulous, if I ever have a large party again, I will use this place without a doubt.

We had a friends reunion with 15 people and this house was perfect us. Great location, within walking distance to downtown bars, restaurants and a few blocks from the water. The property has a ton of land, perfect for outdoor games, bonfires and porch sitting. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our group of friends getting together. The layout really offered the flexibility we needed. The lawn is great for games and the small cottage in back was great additional space. Communication with the owner was really good throughout the whole process, making us feel even more comfortable while renting. And don’t forget about the perfect walking distance from downtown!

We celebrated my wife’s dads 60th birthday! Had a great time! 5 different couples and kids. Couldn’t have been better!!

Overall this property is pretty good. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Had to clean the patio and porch prior to using them. There were 19 of us and it was a bit crowded. One of the “sleeping” areas was a double futon in the hallway on the way to the bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and nice as was the dining room and living room. We really enjoyed the patio area and had most all meals there. Nice fire pit with wood were a treat. Laundry facilities would have been nice but I knew going in there would be none. Kid friendly place especially the great yard. Yard was very overgrown and that helped with privacy and road noise but beware of poison ivy!! Cottage was great. Lake, park and downtown a very short walk. Tony was a great host. Always responded in a timely manner when I had questions prior to our trip. Didn’t need to talk to him while we were there but I’m sure he would have been great!

Large and very spacious home, the cottage was a great bonus! The property was clean and organized while still welcoming. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area and enjoy all the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. We had enough room for all 18 of us. So we were not on top of each other. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We would use this house again if we go back to Lake Geneva.
