My family and I have stayed here for 3 summers and we keep coming back because it is a great spot with many amenities. Owners Jan and Jay are great to deal with and very responsive. House is extremely clean and tidy. It is very conveniently located, within walking distance to Roger Wheeler, Aunt Carries. A very short ride to Narragansett and Scarborough beaches. The deck is great and perfect for relaxing in the evening, with nice cool breezes coming off the water. The addition of central air this summer was especially welcome! Wonderful to have two friges and large washer/dryer. My family and are are so pleased we found this Gem to spend our time together in, during our RI vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The deck was amazing - we had many great nights as a family out there. The house was well stocked and clean. Not having to bring our own beach gear was a huge plus as well! Jay was very responsive (as we had to communicate a few times due to a hurricane arriving on the second night of our stay!). We were so pleased with our stay!

My wife and I stayed with our daughter, son in law and two grandkids (1 & 4 years old) it is less than a mile to Roger Wheeler beach. Besides household appliance the house is equipped with pretty much all you would need for the beach (chairs, wagon, beach cart, boogie boards, pails, shovels). The owners couldn’t have been nicer we will be back.

Very much enjoyed our stay and Jay and Jen's place... It was even better than described and the outdoor decks were a great place to unwind, smell the ocean air - (and get a nice view of the ocean all around you from the "birds nest" deck!) Wonderful place to re-connect with family and friends and super convenient to all the things RI has to offer!

We have stayed in Narragansett over the years and we have never stayed in a house this nice! This house was wonderful! It was clean, spacious and beautiful! We loved the fact that there was a downstairs area for the kids to have there own separate space! The decks and view were amazing! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and all the things you would need for the beach are there for you! And I can’t forget to talk about the outdoor shower! It was private clean and so refreshing to take a shower outside after the beach. I had to contact Jay the host with a question and he got back to me immediately. We will never stay at another rental again in Narragansett! We have found the one!! We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk to the beach. The owners made sure we had what we would need for the beach, games and overall amenities in the house. There were 6 adults and 2 teens and all of us raved about our stay! The property was incredibly clean! All blankets and pillows were washed and bagged. The place was immaculate and there were lots of cleaning supplies and disinfectant available as well. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and the appliances were top of the line. It's beautifully decorated with a beachy feel and quality décor (including a downstairs fridge-SCORE!) Beach chairs, a wagon and other items were stored and accessible- very helpful. So was the clothes line and outdoor shower! Communication was the best I've experienced when using vrbo or Airbnb-In advance we received welcoming emails including lots of info about the area. During our stay, the owners were very responsive as well- they even left a little welcome care package for us and came when we arrived because we had trouble w/ the door code. The decks are a definite huge bonus! We spent most of our time there catching the breeze and watching the sunset. The double french doors let in a nice breeze. We visited during the hottest week of the summer - the 2 bedroom window units upstairs did the job but we had a pregnant woman staying downstairs-the provided fan helped but window units in the downstairs bedrooms may be a nice addition if possible. One tip- bring bicycles! It's a dead end street and super quiet. My kids enjoyed just riding around. The walk to the beach is a little long (about 15 mins) as you have to go out to the main road, then back around and down to the beach. On a bike though it's 5 minutes - super easy ride and no avoid paying for parking LOL Overall one of the nicest homes we've stayed in and some of the nicest/communicative owners. I asked (knowing it was probably impossible) if we could extend our week because we didn't want to leave!

Very clean and well-kept. The furniture and beds were all in great condition. Located on a quiet street near beaches and other attractions. Good wifi coverage. Large washer and dryer. Second refrigerator and ice machine on the lower level were especially useful. Definitely interested in renting this house again if we have the opportunity!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owners are extremely nice and very responsive. We had 8 people throughout our week long stay and did not feel cramped at all. Beautiful property and a fantastic week!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. Biked/ walked to the beach almost everyday (even with 4 kids, age 4 and under) and enjoyed sitting outside on the main and upper deck. The kitchen counter space and storage was a little tight for our 8 guests, but other than that, the house was perfect for our group and we had a great week in Narragansett. Thank you!

We had a great time ! The process of reserving and access to rental was very easy! It was a beautiful clean house perfect for our family. We loved the decks and quiet street close to all the beaches and Block island ferry . There was a wonderful arrival gift of a beautiful helpful beach towel and soft portable cooler for beach as well! Also the offer to pick the tomatoes grown on property was very kind and they were delicious! Highly recommend this as a vacation rental!

Always amazing, this home never disappoints!! Our family has stayed in this house for many years now and we are always thrilled and excited to arrive for our vacation as the home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need to relax! The owners are always making new additions and wonderful homey touches !!

We had a great time with family and friends, who all agreed we chose a great vacation rental. The house has a very nice open layout with lots of natural light. Of course our favorite part were the two great decks with ample seating and views of Block Island and even the north shore of Long Island. The street is quiet and close to lots of beaches and restaurants. Having a second Frig as well as a washer and dryer was very convenient. I was a little concerned that not having A/C in the living area would be a problem, especially with a few hot and humid days, but there was always a really nice breeze with the sliders open, as well as a great overhead fan, that we were always comfortable. The downstairs, with two bedrooms, bathroom and sitting area was another great space to spread out if needed. Having a supply of beach chairs and umbrellas to use was a great convenience! And the outdoor shower was appreciated as well. The kitchen was well stocked, and although we brought lots of cleaning supplies and storage bags, etc., there were lots of "left-over" supplies to use. We are already discussing our next year vacation here!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and it’s owners. I was delighted to arrive to a beautiful home with a gift basket waiting for my family and I. We felt welcome and right at home. This house was very accommodating and included everything from kitchen tools, family games to beach umbrellas. As our first family trip to RI, I couldn’t have been more pleased. (Cape family I’m years past) The downstairs did get a little warm, so, I would recommend bringing extra fans. Overall terrific stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot for family vacation. Easy to drive to all the beaches. It’s a bit too far to walk with small children and beach carts. Great deck for viewing fireworks and distant ocean view. Two living rooms and two refrigerators work well for extended family staying with you. Large backyard for kids to play. Plenty of parking. Would definitely consider coming back again next year!

Amazing views from the top deck. House is nicely decorated and really cozy. Kids loved the bunk down stairs. Kitchen is updated and amazing. Fully stocked Keurigs for endless caffeine needed every morning. The slider doors allow that ocean breeze to come in. It rained one day and the fully stocked game room was worth the day inside. Iggys is so close you can smell it. Thank you for the wonderful time!

I've reviewed before, but I will reiterate that after 4 annual visits, this is a nice clean property in a good area that delivers consistent results. I am usually an early season renter, and the home is well configured from the previous college season. As a repeat renter, I am certainly happy to rent again.

This lovely beach home in south Narragansett - away from the crowds - was just perfect for three Golden Girls! The decks are totally relaxing, the home’s layout allowed privacy yet companionship, the owners are wonderful to work with, and the neighborhood is quiet. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

My wife & I along with some of our children & grandchildren recently spent 1 week at this nice property which is a short walk or drive to most of Narragansett's attractions & dining spots. The 2 level outdoor decks is a great place to spend some relax time. We had a little problem on arrival unlocking the entrance door but the owner was quick to show up & resolve the issue. The amenities were fine. The upstairs bathroom sink area is a little short of space...the mirror over the sink extends too far over the sink making it a little difficult to use when brushing your teeth etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for two families. The decks are amazing with a great breeze from the ocean. The big back yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play. Thanks Jay & Jen! You were great to work with!

This was our first trip to Narragansett and it won't be our last. The house was very nice. Very clean and well maintained. I was particularly impressed by how many thoughtful items were there to meet the needs of our family ranging in age from 3 to 83. Games, toys, books and beach equipment were all there to discover and enjoy. Starter items such as coffee, paper plates, salt, pepper and the like were also there. Another thing that struck me is extra "stuff" that may have been left behind has been removed so there is little clutter. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. I can highly recommend this summer rental.
