Beautiful views. Close to all activities. My family and I will stay there again. Very convenient. Communication with the manager was very easy. Highly recommend.

Check in and out process was very smooth. Location was outstanding, saw and heard wildlife every night. Owners let us add another night after we reserved and were great to work with. However, the house needs plenty of maintenance. There was a whole in the screen door, patio lights in back didn’t work, an outlet was not working in the kitchen, and one of the washers had a substance in it that caused us to not use it. Again, great communication but for the price, maintenance needed.

The house was exactly as pictured. Also clean and comfortable. The views are nice, especially from the hot tub. The kids really enjoyed the wii system and the ping pong/pool table in the lower level. Cooking was easy in the kitchen. And the two washer/dryers were very helpful. The beds and furniture were very comfortable too. Overall, a great house to spend time while in the area.

The house was perfect size with great views. There’s a cute little pond in Park where the kids caught trout about two minute drive from the house and a trail about four minute drive from the house where we saw a moose and it’s baby. We would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful home! We had members from 3yrs old to 73 years old. Everyone was comfortable and the area is breathtaking. If you’re thinking of renting—do it!

Randy and Sarah’s beautiful home in Silverthorne was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked it. It was exceptionally clean, beautiful and spacious. The house has everything we needed at our fingertips. Our stay was for relaxation and connecting with family. This house was the perfect spot for that. Would highly recommend and hope to get back to Eagles Nest and beautiful Silverthorne someday. Thank you Sarah and Randy!

Very nice property, exactly how it was shown and described in literature. Kitchen was well supplied, access to garage was a plus, made emptying and getting out of car nice during the rain. Great stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Had plenty of room and was perfect for the group of adults that stayed. Host was extremely responsive and we would 100% stay there again.

A group of people went to the mountains with me and most of them did not speak English to read the rules. The house was filthy with a lot of spider webs, dust behind sofas and around windows. Kitchen dis not have enough cookware so constantly we had to wash the pan to make something else during a meal. When it snowed in e had to clean up the path to come out of the house and even a 4x4 suv was not enough to go up the little hill. The house had a Fire pit during winter that we could not use. We paid over 4000 for a 5 night stay and unfortunately we did broke the rule of not firing the pit and we were charged without any advice a 250.00 fee. The house is full of cameras so the owners can watch you during your stay making no privacy at all. I do not recommend this place because of owner.

I'm glad we booked here. It was able to fit our group of 8 adults comfortably. It's a huge space and you never feel congested trying to move throughout the house. I'm confident 11 adults would be just fine in this house. We spent our days at Copper Mountain Skiing, so the Hot Tub and spectacular views where a fantastic way to end the evening. There are some things to consider when you book: 1) The driveway is steep for winter conditions. You will need an AWD vehicle, or you'll end up like us with 8 guys trying to push a front-wheel drive mini-van up the hill. We did a healthy amount of shoveling and ice chipping on the driveway to make sure we didn't have to do that the rest of the trip. 2) Remember that you are renting a house, not a condo. You may be asked to bring the trash bin to the front of the driveway if your trip crosses through trash day. 3) The dining room table has an iron light fixture above it. Watch your head! I think everyone in our group bumped their heads at least once while getting up from the table.

What a beautiful, well-appointed home... and the sweeping views of the valley and the timber made it truly perfect. The owner was always very communicative and accommodating. Our group of 3 families thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

We were spending the weekend skiing at Loveland. The house was lovely - we love the pool/air hockey table and the hot tub. House is close to the rest of Silverthorne and the skiways. We would love to stay again when in the area. Owner was super communicative and helpful.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home as we were attending the wedding of a family friend . The layout was perfect for three couples , and the upstairs office /loft was great for those needing to work . The hot tub and deck area was amazing ! The communication with the seller was great ! We loved every minute , and the view from the upstairs deck was awesome ! We definitely would stay here again, and hope to return !! The location within the community was spectacular, and the neighborhood walk was as pretty as any of the trails we went on . You can also walk to the adjacent neighborhood next door and hike Willowbrook Trail . Great location close to town and shopping . Loved every bit of it !!

Perfect location within a secluded neighborhood, providing privacy . Close to all of the amenities of town without any traffic issues to deal with . Property owners could not have been nicer and were immediately responsive to any questions. Their directions and instructions for check in and check out were very clear and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs and stay . My family would be disappointed to stay anywhere else now that we have experienced the Pinions .

Our family enjoyed a long stay in this well located property. Sarah was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Our children and grandchildren made good use of the hot tub and the air hockey table when at the house. Frisco, Breck, Keystone and Copper Mountain were all nearby for fun outside summer biking, hiking, all with beautiful views.
