Easy to rent. The property is perfectly located to things to do and places to eat. Our whole family kids to seniors had more than enlightened to do and the easy access to pool and beach was the best feature for all of us.

Very nice facility. Well kept. Shuffleboard and Tennis Courts right there. Can't get any closer to the beach. Nice clubhouse for those little get togethers. BBQ Pits available and a nice pool what more could you ask for.

Beautiful condo, great location and perfect fit for family of 6. Property owner was easy to reach, replied promptly and even gave us some great suggestions for dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

We just left after our second year at this property- it truly cannot be beat. Directly on the beach, beautiful views and next to the pool. The property itself is immaculate, has anything you could possibly need and is large enough for multiple people to stay comfortably. The 2 sets of beach chairs included are also a wonderful bonus. The owner is super friendly and made the process so easy! 10/10 recommmend

This property is beautifully decorated and the location cannot be beat. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely updated. We cooked everyday in the well equipped kitchen. The outside staircase to the grill area, pool and beach access was so handy too. We will definitely book again. You cannot ask for a better host. Andrea was always responsive and a pleasure to speak with.

Perfect vacation location! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. It's beachfront so my 82 year old mother could sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the view of the beach and sound of the waves all day. Beach access was just steps away. BBQ grills are just down the steps from the condo. The beach chairs/umbrellas reserved for the property were used every day. The entire family loved the condo and our stay in PCB.

Renting was quite easy. Communication with Andrea was wonderful. Property was great! We had wonderful beach access!

The inside of the property is newly renovated and beautiful! The outside of the property doesn’t do it justice. Andrea was an great host and communication was easy. The location is perfect, right next to the pool and beach entrance.

The property is situated so that you have views of the ocean from two balconies. The ocean is just a short walk away -- and the pool (very nice too) is around the corner. There are two umbrellas and 4 beach chairs assigned to the condo which was really, really nice too. The condo (a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom) was nicely decorated (and the beds were nice and comfortable) throughout and the kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils and cookware too. The location is such that you are nearby a Publix grocery store and there are a whole host of non-beach related activities (like rides, go-karts, gift shops, eating establishments ) close by too. We definitely plan to stay again next year.

If you are considering this property, consider this your sign to book! It far exceeded my groups expectations of cleanliness and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living area and generous sized rooms, along with the location next to the pool and 10 steps away from the gate to the beach. We also loved that it came with 2 sets of beach chairs as we did not have to take as much to the beach with us (this property is convenience personified). Not one negative thing to say about the property or experience and we hope to stay here again next summer!

The unit was updated, clean, well stocked with cooking tools and appliances. Most of all we enjoyed the convenient location to the beach without having to deal with elevators. We will be staying again.

We truly enjoyed our stay, plenty of room and convenience to the pool, ocean and grill. We will stay here again. The view was beautiful for those rainy days as well as the sunny days. Well worth the money......

Great condo and owner was awesome!

We could not have asked for more! The condo was located at the end of the building, putting us right next to the coded gate to the beach and the bbq grills. The condo balcony has a short flight of stairs that put you next to the enclosure with the grills and a few feet past that is the gate to the beach, near which are water hoses with which to rinse off the sand. Also nearby is the swimming pool, the building with a ping pong table and other tables, the tennis courts, and the koi pond. So we were close to everything. The condo has beautiful, up to date decor. We had a great view of the beach and gulf from the balcony outside the living room and also from the balcony outside the master bedroom upstairs. The living room and each of the four bedrooms have nice flat screen tvs on the walls. We packed too much clothing as it was so easy to keep up with laundry with the washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was spacious, allowing several of us to move around in it at the same time. The owners promptly responded to what few questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit.

This is a nice unit in a rather dilapidated set of condos. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Our family of 10 stayed from Christmas to NYE and we absolutely loved this property! The location is fantastic and looking at the beach from the 2 balconies was definitely a favorite. The bedrooms accommodated us well and the kitchen and living room were comfortable. Communication with the property owner was fantastic! She answered questions very quickly. The pool on the condo property isn’t heated so you go to the condos next door to use their hot tub and heated pool. You can walk down the beach to get there so it wasn’t bad. We enjoyed where we were located on the beach. It wasn’t busy at all and our kids had so much room to run whenever and play. We were close to town for groceries, errands and shopping. We will definitely be back! We love Sugar Beach Condos and PCB!
