The owner was wonderful to communicate with, his home was beautiful and clean and very comfortable for my family of 15. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved our stay in this fantastic Sunriver home! The kitchen is very well appointed and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The living area is spacious enough for our large family to gather around the fireplace. The homeowner was prompt and helpful with the few questions we had. I absolutely recommend this home for your family gathering!

Our family extends over three states and we wanted a place to gather over the Christmas holiday. This house was perfect for us! It had en suite rooms for each family and a bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a crowd. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely! We would definitely recommend this home!

Our annual trip with 4 families/friends was perfect! The house holds all 11 of us so comfortably!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you can ask for. Cul-de-sac is great for kids and keeps the traffic to a minimum. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Certainly went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our time.

Great house with large family room, big kitchen and two great decks. Family loved it!

Everything about this home was perfect for our group. The house was spacious and clean. Tons of books and magazines to read on the back porch. There’s even a pack n play. The location was great! Super close to the North tennis courts. It’s about a 15 minute bike to SHARC, and another 3-5 min to the village. We’re already looking at booking again next summer.

It was so fun! Owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! We will be back! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Rented this property to celebrate two birthdays (both turn 80 this year). The property is beautiful and is a direct reflection of the pictures. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and there were plenty of bikes for cruising the numerous paths in the neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus and needed after an active day. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We go to Sunriver every year and have stayed in many different houses and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, and most spacious house. We loved having a master suite for each family and the entire house was well stocked. Definitely will be back again!

Perfect house for our family, 6 adults and 4 kids ages 6-10. Terrific great room with space for everyone, although sitting area could use more lighting at night. Extremely well-equipped kitchen which got a lot of use. We spent most days off property exploring the area's hiking trails and beautiful lakes and this was a great house to return to.

This house is the perfect place to stay with multiple families. We had 4 families and were able to enjoy every bedroom(except bunk room) having its own bathroom. The bunk room was quite large for the kids to each have a bed as well as space for games and crafts. Well taken care of home with lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. This is a great home for multiple families or friends!

We had a wonderful time (8-1-22 thru 8-6-22)celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary with our family. If anything, your pictures don't do your vacation home justice.It was super clean and well stocked with every amenity one could imagine. Our family of 15 would return in a heartbeat. Dan, the manager, was very responsive to all our questions.

We traveled with four couples and a group of our children from ages two through 10 and this property was perfect for us! The master suites worked out great for the grownups and the kids had a blast in the bunk room. We really enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen for family meals and the deck was a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Sunriver has tons of activities so we were busy busy busy! We would love to come back in the future!

This is an amazing house. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms. We have stayed there several times & just love it.

This house was perfectly appointed with the kitchen island, dining table and card table around the corner. The bedrooms were also spaced nicely. Everyone could have their space yet still be together in hang out/play mode. The sunken living room with fireplace was great and the views of the golf course and Aspen trees were delightful! We had cold rainy weather so didn’t get to enjoy the deck which we were looking forward to. Great house with all of the details dialed in for lighting (ambiance), keeping the house clean (access to all things needed), and the kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend this house for your family and another family. Beds were very comfortable!

We are a group of 4 families and we come to Sunriver annually. This house has everything and was perfect for our group. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and 4 bedrooms have king beds with en suite bathrooms. Dan is a great host and very attentive.

The five adults in our group all wished we could stay longer in this warm, inviting, family friendly rental home in Sunriver, OR. Totally kitted out for families with children, comfy beds and pillows, a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need including spices and cooking oil, numerous pots and pans, electric kettle, two very good coffee makers .. the list goes on and on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for family groups.

We just returned from our stay at the property, and we had a wonderful time! We had 3 families staying together and the layout of the house was perfect. We loved how there were so many king en-suite rooms that fit our whole party. The house was fully stocked, inside and out. Also Dan was super friendly and responsive to all our questions! This house was perfect for our large group of family friends. We had 8 kiddos between the ages of 2-6 and the bunk room was perfect for them. Not to mention all the parents got king bed suites which was amazing. We took advantage of Bachelor, bike riding, the playgrounds and the SHARC while we were there. We had an amazing time and will Defn be back to this place. Dan was extremely responsive and helpful when If I needed anything at all. 5 stars!

I normally don’t do reviews, but this property was so wonderful and the owner was so accommodating and easy to work with that I wanted other people to have the same positive experience as I did. Highly recommend this property!

Our family of 16 traveled from 5 states to spend Christmas in Sunriver. Dan’s home was the perfect setting. We gathered in the large great room/kitchen for meals, games, gift giving, movies and conversation. At the end of the evening, the 5 bedrooms with adjoins bathrooms, gave us ample space when it was time to retire. The generous amenities made free time as much fun as the time we spent together. We used the 12 SHARC passes to swim and relax at the community pool and spent hours on the sledding hill. Dan’s hospitality, and attention to every detail, made our stay feel like home.

This was by far the best house situation for our large extended family. We have vacationed at Sunriver for years. The 4 master suites is perfect for the four couples and the bunk room worked great for the kids.

Beautiful house, fun area! We enjoyed our annual Christmas Family get together here and had fun playing games, sitting around t he fireplace, getting in the hot tub and eating good food. We enjoyed the Village and nearby Bend activities. The property owner was very helpful and made sure that we were happy. I would definately recommend this beautiful house.😊

Fifteen of us together for a fortieth birthday party and Thanksgiving. We had a blast! Plenty of room for everyone and all adult bedrooms with their own bathroom. Ping pong and foosball tournaments, bicycle rides and long walks…plenty to do! The kitchen was well stocked for all cooking we did and there were even extra garbage cans. The this house is perfect for our family!

This house as so cozy, it was the perfect getaway for my birthday. I will definitely be booking again!

This home is wonderful because it has a great layout with open concept for the kitchen, dining, and family room spaces. Two decks off this main living area offer plenty of room to be outside together or separate (kids & adults) if desired. There are 4 in-suite bedrooms with king beds and private baths in each suite. The 5th bedroom is a deluxe bunk-room great for children. It also has it's own bath just outside the bedroom. It also is large enough to be the children's "get-a-way" spot. Our grandsons loved it. This home also has a 3 stall garage filled with fun activities. Ping pong table, Foosball, 10-12 bikes and helmets galore. Beds were all excellent, and house was well furnished with all kitchen items including spices and basic kitchen foil, wrap, etc. We travel often and find some very nice homes poorly equipped with basic kitchen necessities. That is not the case with this home. If you have any issues or questions the owner is very response with getting your questions answers or problem solved. We will be back.
