House and grounds are lovely. Drapery stained and minor repairs needed with doorknobs and latches but overall a lovely farmhouse with lovely owners/caretakers.

We all enjoyed the property and our week between the holidays. The setting is lovely and we enjoyed the huge eating area.

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen is gorgeous. Rooms were spacious. Check in and out process was very easy. Would come back!

Stayed here during the winter with some friends and family for a 30th birthday party. The house and property were gorgeous, in addition to being well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The hot tub was a surprise hit, and we enjoyed relaxing in it while it was 20* outside. Rhinebeck Village is also adorable and a very short car ride away, and the proximity made it easy to spend an afternoon in town & easy to pick up dinner in the evening. Emily was also very responsive to questions beforehand, and there's apparently a property manager who lives on-premises, which was nice to know even though we didn't need to contact them. We'd happily stay here again in the future!

This was our second time renting this property for our annual Friendsgiving weekend. No other place we have rented has been as wonderful as this. Clean, well stocked, and plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. Would love to come back in the summer for the pool!

It was the perfect place for our group of 10 to stage a Hudson Valley biking and sightseeing tour. Had fun cooking in the kitchen.

The house, including the pool, pond and hot tub made for a wonderful family vacation. The outdoor amenities were especially engaging to the children. We would happily return there another summer.

Our family vacations with a few other families for a week each year in a different location. This property, the surrounding towns and and our experience with the property manager made this experience our best yet. The house/property exceeded our expectations for beauty and hospitality. The hilltop pool was clean and picturesque. The porches, pond and paths were all lovely and well manicured. The great room/kitchen is every bit as nice as the photos, and the house felt like it was designed for a group vacation. It was evident the owners took pride in providing a nice experience to their guests. They went out of their way to make a warm welcome and to be considerate. Rhinebeck itself is beautiful, and we could have spent two weeks there with all of the destinations nearby, including Poughkeepsie Pedestrian Walkway, Poets Walk, FDR Home, West Point, Rhinebeck Aerodome to name a few. While 110% satisfied, if we had to improve any aspect of this house, we'd improve lighting in the great room at night. We would also recommend that guests be cautious with old hardware on interior door locks and cautious with water. Shower controls are very sensitive. We loved the house though and would recommend it to anyone.

The house was perfect for a large group with a big comfortable kitchen. The house is roomy, inviting and warm and the pool was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The space is truly awesome! Beautiful amenities and so much nature! The only two things we didn’t love was the water pressure, which was quite awful, and we didn’t realize how close it was to another property. It felt like we were in their backyard a lot of the time and felt a little intrusive but they were totally awesome and we had no problems but just letting you know it felt very close. We would totally come back this place is really great!! Highly recommended.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very close to Rhinebeck village. We especially loved the kitchen, where we could all fit at the table!

My family enöyed Easter weekend in this Rhinebeck large house with a professional kitchen.The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated.All 13 of us,dogs and grandson were able to relax ,cook and enjoy our families that live in 3 different states on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. We all would love to meet there again.

Background: My family including 8 adults and 7 children staying for a long weekend this winter. We were looking for a property that could accommodate us all and was suitable for kids. We found this property to be below our expectations primarily due to a bug infestation. The pictures in the posting are accurate with the exception of the theater space which is reserved for weddings and not a part of the rental. Pro’s: The kitchen is great. It is the most recently renovated space in the house and you can tell. It is a very large space and great for everyone to come together. The house is really beautiful in a traditional sense, it has a lot of character. The property including the pool, pond, and large amount of land with fire pit seems like it would be great for summer visits. The property management team of Nick and Danielle were friendly and responsive and came to fix an issue we were having with the bathroom and sliding door. Con’s: There was an infestation of lady bugs and waterbugs in the house, especially on the third floor in the small bedroom to the point where our kids did not feel comfortable sleeping on the third floor and we were unable to use that space. We called the property management team to report this issue but they did not have any solution. They acknowledged that there were lady bugs and informed us that they have an exterminator but the only advice was to keep the windows closed. Again they were nice but did not help us with the infestation. Conclusion: I would not stay here again with my family. The infestation of lady bugs and waterbugs was disappointing and although the management company was friendly, they had no way to address this issue for us.

Great house on a magnificent piece of property. Comfortable and updated well. Would com back in a heartbeat!
