We enjoyed the condo very much. The beach access was terrific. Exactly as depicted. The spa bathroom was a plus. It was also a short walk down to The Sanctuary where we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast.

The Villa was very clean, and who ever did the update on the Remodeling did a great job of utilizing the space to make the layout seem way bigger than it was.
We had everything needed to make our stay wonderful.
The check in and check out was very easy.
Great location, steps from the beach right out the back door, and within just a few minutes of some great restaurants, I highly recommend the Jasmine Porch!

As advertised! Tidy comfortable first floor condo one sand dune away from the ocean. Our host was responsive to questions we asked ahead of our visit and we found everything to be as described.

This place is awesome! They thought of everything! It was so comfortable and spacious. We went for the weekend but could have easily stayed the week. The manager was so accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy staying on Kiawah, and this property was close to the beach and other sites of interest. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As noted in one of the previous reviews of this property, there is a slight odor of some kind in this condo. We could leave the windows open due to the cool weather, and this overcame the smell. Not sure exactly what it is. Besides that, everything worked out fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I booked this villa for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was clean and beautiful with an ocean view and just steps to the beach. It is also close to the Sanctuary where we had lunch. There are bikes close by to rent also. Beach towels and chairs were also provided. The owner answered all our questions immediately and was so nice. We will definitely book again. We loved it.

The condo was lovely and just as it was described. Updated and comfortable. Great location just steps away from the beach. A quiet setting, but close to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. A very nice stay for two newly empty nesters!! We will return.

It was everything that I wanted. I walked out of the door from the living room onto the boardwalk and I was on the beach. The condo was beautiful and the owner responded to my questions immediately.

Everything about this condo was amazing. First and foremost the communication with the owner was top notch! I reached out a few times before we arrived to ask questions and he responded within the hour every time! Everything from the quality of the furniture, quality of the linens/towels, items in the kitchen, and more was exceptional. The location can not be beat- steps from the beach. I have stayed in several VRBOs in the past and this one was one of the best. It’s such a cute, updated space and perfect for a beach getaway. Really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is right on the beach. There is no water view because of the dunes but it is steps to the water which makes it very convenient

The condo was immaculate with all of the necessities. It was great to be right next to the beach path. The only warning is that it’s on the first floor so views were limited (didn’t bother us) and there was no dryer (also not a problem for us). We would totally book again!

Great spot on the beach. Quiet with nice views, both sunset and sunrise, this time of year. Lovely extra blankets to snuggle under. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and starter oils and salt and pepper.

Nice condo literally steps from the ocean. I had only 2 problems: the throw rugs in the bathroom were extremely slippery and I almost fell a couple of times.
The coffee maker does not have an automatic shut-off so remember to shut it off manually.

Great place to stay for our honeymoon...had everything we needed for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life: dishes, pots and pans, bath linen, bed linen, toiletries, etc. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

Second honeymoon
The property was as advertised and in a great location, one minute walk to the beach out the patio door. Convenient to town market as well. Check in was easy and the condo was very clean and upgraded. It was a return trip to Kiawah for us from our honeymoon 20 yrs ago. Thank you!

Great location, immaculate property
Not only does this have direct beach access (literal steps), but it is the nicest and cleanest vacation property we've visited. We even stayed here twice! Not a grain of sand, don't even know how that is possible.
Ranjiv was very responsive and helpful when needed. Everything was well stocked, like walking into your own home. Highly recommend this property!
