The condo was beautiful with a great view and great location. The beds were comfortable as well as the seating for meals and evening entertainment whether that was game night or movies. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and easy clean up. The washer and dryer was a great benefit to help keep up with towels. We would definitely come back!

Place was great! Only thing we’d recommend is an exhaust fan in the shower area of the master bathroom. We’d definitely would come back!

Really enjoyed the big windows to see view the river. Easy access to the beach across the street.

We loved everything about this property! We had one rainy day during our stay and enjoyed just hanging out here. Plenty of room, beautiful views. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect! It was hard for us to leave because we wanted to live here forever! The view was amazing, it accommodated our entire family, and the location was beyond perfect. Thanks for the amazing stay.. we will be back!

It was an overall amazing vacation for my family and I. We felt home away from home.

This was a great option to have a water view while not paying the beach price. Just a walk across the street through the other building for the beach.

We loved staying here! You won't regret it if you book this property for you vacation. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. The furniture is so cute & the huge windows overlooking the river are AMAZING.

We love staying at Sea Spray on the river side because it’s perfect for bringing our boat with us. Our unit was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was cool and refreshing, and the gazebo out back with the grill and cooking area was very nice! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!

This was perfect for us and our 4 kids! Access to beach was easy, even with all of our cargo 🙄. This was our second stay at sea spray and will be coming back! Condo had everything we needed. Gas grills ran out of propane on night while we were waiting to use grill, but it was fixed by the next night, so no problem. Great stay!

Stayed at SeaSpray's Riverside building facing the river on the 5th floor over the Thanksgiving Holiday for 4 nights. Unit had plenty of space for our Family of 4 and the two bedrooms provided beds for all of us. Beds were advertised as 3 queens but they looked more like a full-size mattresses. Nevertheless, they met our needs and were comfortable. The master bedroom had the two beds where our adult kids slept while we slept in the guest bedroom. Helpful that the building had two working elevators and ample carts to load our luggage and haul to our floor. Would have given a 5-star review but there were a few minor inconveniences; first, there wasn't enough toilet tissue and Kleenex. We ran out during our 4-night stay and had to purchase our own supply. Second, the check-out instructions required us to run the dishwasher and washing machine for the towels which wasn't a problem except we couldn't find detergent for the washing machine so had to borrow from our Son's home (he's in the military and stationed at the Naval Base in Pensacola). We cooked several meals during our stay and ran the dishwasher more than once so also had to borrow dish washing tabs because the unit only provided one. Other than that, the Unit was well-stocked and comfortable. Everything worked. If you want to cook and use the vent fan from the microwave sitting above the stove, be advised the fan sucks the air and blows it back into the room; it doesn't ventilate outside. Would stay at the Unit again but bring the extra items we found were deficient just in case.

We arrived around 4:30 am & it was difficult finding the office. With the pictures, I didn’t realize we were actually a street between our bldg & the beach. We loved The condo. It was furnished nicely & very clean. We will stay at SeaSpray in the future, however it will be on the gulf side not The riverside.

Property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. Easy beach access. Friendly staff. Will for sure book again!!

Girls trip. Great balcony for sharing a bottle of wine. And close to the beach.
