This townhouse is always great to stay at. We have been here since 4 years. Everything is there to make your stay easy. Walking distance to the beach. And a community pool. Perfect for a long weekend!

The townhouse is conveniently located on the island (close to the beach) and was a comfortable place for our small family of 4. It had everything we needed and was well stocked (extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided). It was clean (except for a little sand on the floors upon arrival - which seems to be the case anywhere you stay at the beach). The pools are nice! Overall, we had a great stay and I would book there again!

The condo was great! It was very clean and a perfect size for my family (two young kids). The items they have for the beach make this place top notch! It is a block from the gulf that even my kids enjoyed walking to. The pool in the complex is well maintained and we even visited the playground. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The unit was beautifully decorated. Bed super comfy. I wish the weather would have cooperated to have used the full closet of items for the beach. Pool was clean and large for easy lounging. My only negative is the couch. It really is well used and cushions kept sliding away from back. If the sun would have been shining, I’m sure we wouldn’t have been stuck inside by the rain. People in other units told us not to judge the location as we just were very unlucky with the weather. Still glad we were able to experience a new location! Thank you Kools!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was nice and clean and very spacious. The pools were amazing! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Cheryl and Russ were always very quick to respond if I had any questions. Thank you for having us and we hope to stay at your place again in the future!

We have booked here on multiple occasions. The place is perfect in every way! Clean, comfy, has everything you need. Great pools, close to beach, like home away from home. We rent golf carts and drive to the beach during the day and night too! Kids Love It!

This apartment is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. It has everything you need, even beach toys. The pools in this community are great for our late afternoon playtime. And it is so close to the beach that you can walk.
The property owners are managing it themselves and are super nice and flexible with check-out time if possible.
We love it and have been for long weekends 3 times already.

The property is clean, close to the beach, HEB, and aquarium. The property owners are great and available if you need anything. They have a closet with everything you may need at the beach if you choose to borrow it. My boys had the best time and DID NOT want to leave. There are two pools, splash pad, and playground on the property. We will definitely be back at some point.

This is our third straight year staying at this awesome property. It’s clean and in close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Cheryl kept in contact with us when there was believed to be an issue prior to checkin. They were communicative and luckily, it was a false alarm. The place was clean at check in and having the ability to do laundry and cook is helpful to our little family unit. The kiddos love the bunk beds and it’s an overall great space. One of our condo neighbors said the area is a hidden gem and that’s a true statement. The place is a nostalgia for us now and has helped create memories with my family that we will always cherish. We look forward to next year!

This condo has it all! The owners thought about all the needs anyone would need for a beach trip! Very clean and decor is on point! I highly recommend staying here. The pool and the grills were also perfect for our family beach trip. Local stores are close by and beach access from this condo sold us!

We’re used to “fancy” Florida beaches but we were looking for a quick, budget friendly trip to a TX beach with our young children. This place was perfect. Close to beach access, the kitchen is pretty well stocked with what we needed, and even extra paper towels and toilet tissue! The instructions were all clearly written and the check in/out process was easy. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The house is fully stocked and they even have a closet with all the beach items you need. The location is great and Cheryl was the best and even offered us an early check-in. These hosts literally thought of everything with this Condo. We will definitely be back!

My family of 3 loved staying in this unit! We had other family members staying in the complex so it was nice to be close by everyone. We were driving down earlier in the day & was going to explore the city while we waited for our check-in time, but Cheryl messaged me that we were able to check in earlier! We were so grateful for that. Batteries weren’t working for the master bedroom remote, but Cheryl responded super promptly to let me know there were extras in the kitchen. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kool house. It had everything we needed being away from home. My daughter loved the bunk beds, pool, playground and beach toys. Perfect for families.
Location is great, close to the beach and had parking too. If we return to Texas, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends. Cheryl was great at communicating beforehand and during the trip, was very responsive.

This place was ideal! and < 100 steps from the pool (I counted). We spent 10 days here and wanted for nothing. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed - there were plenty of linens, full kitchen, and the king bed was very comfortable. We spent time each day at the pool, walked to the beach, and did a lot of exploring the area. If you are concerned, the photos represent exactly what the unit looks like and while we were only two, there is capacity for 6. This could be a wonderful unit for a family.

This was the perfect location and size for our family of four beach weekend. Distance to beach is easily walkable but large parking lot available too. Condo was a good size, clean, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. Very close drive (or walk) to the beach, very nice pool and splashpad, and the house had everything we needed! Kids loved the bunk beds! We plan to make this an annual trip!

The Kool property was wonderful. Everything was portrayed accurately and was perfect for us and our 7 and 5 year old. Very clean and updated place. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Their welcome book was very helpful and their closet of beach goodies was great. We would definitely stay here again!
